There was a rude lady, who supposedly used to be in the Army before working for FedEx.... girl, this aint no military. I am a customer and I pay for it. She was saying she cannot give me an extra envelope for a prepaid return envelope, eventhough I was paying for it but either way.... that lady needs to work on her attitude

Ive gone here multiple times to pick up live animals and have never had issues. One was delayed by a day, but this was no fault of the local ship center itself.

Quick service and easy parking. There is a big sign that directs you to this building at the intersection.Bonus points if you get your package there before lunch, it goes out almost instantly.

I was suppose to have 4 packages delivered today. They were not. The driver said the/she tried to deliver. This is a bald face lie. My building has a security camera outside the front door and inside the lobby. There was no fedex person in sight. Im tired of the lies your drivers make when they dont even try to make a delivery. What is worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. Management needs to fix this problem.

Dont do it you will regret if you use this company FEDEX. My package was loaded on the truck this morning at 6:03 am is 8:50 pm I still do not have it. I I have an appointment tomorrow at 8 that I need the package for and was going to pick it up but they will not let me without permission from sender. I called four different times today and they tell you something just to get you off the phone. I asked for one of them to get a hold of the FedEx off of Troy Hill Road and he said he could not. Then I called back later and the lady got a hold of them. Every time I called I could not understand the person on the other end because they are overseas. I will never use FedEx. Everyone complains about the post office FedEx has them beat for poor workmanship.

Horrible, horrible service. Drivers that dont even come to house, but claim that delivery was attempted. Packages sit in one location for over a week without moving. And when you try to get help, you cant talk to someone local, and all they say is they will try again tomorrow. A total waste of time and money.

What’s the point of having a locations that can’t provide proper service. All I wanted was to get a FedEx label printed so i could ship out. There is a printer in front of the window but was told there I was not a printer available. What a waste of time and very inconvenience

FedEx is unaware how to mail packages in a quick and timely manner... Apparently if you fedex out of Denver to colorado springs. A whole 60 miles they first mail it out of state.. So my paychecks for the last 2 months have been late because apparently theres SNOW in COLORADO and FedEx apparently is unaware how to drive in the snow, thankfully is not a delivery company! Oh wait!

FedEx gave me a run around about where mypackages were and would not deliver them to me because they acted like they were scared of my husband because he is black they called him the N word and then red listed us. The driver lied about my husband... come to find out that he is friends with our neighbor and my neighbor who is also prejudice put him up to it.

Our package included specific instructions for the delivery person to call us in order to be let in the building. They attempted 3 different days to deliver and we never received one call. Then, after they left notice that we needed to come to their local office to pick up the package. This location is a huge hub. Theres not a clearly marked entrance for customers to pick up their packages.

Easy in and out. Nobody goes to this location...I love that.

The only reason this location did not receive the fifth star was because the lady that was stationed upfront as ms my bbn overall wait time.I arrived and I was sitting at her desk -we were discussing a quoted delivery time on agreement that drivers may encounter an uncontrollable situation where a package may not arrive at the time quoted>in the midst of discussion the clock hit the time she was supposed to go. she grabbed her purse and walked out the door, she didnt transition to a formal greeting; good night etc. Or more importantly so and so will finish helping you. Just strange and not really personable considering her environment of assisting customers.So then the driver arrives an hour past the quoted arrival time and the package handler brings it up front. He looks at the recipient. Grabs my ID and has no idea what the courier release process is -even with my paperwork in hand he leaves everything there. I end up finding the gentlemen who had helpful from the start and he has me sign for it--fed ex we need more of him he was attentive, friendly and apologetic about my experience. He was the only reason why more stars werent taken away. And Im sorry I dont recall his name. If I get an order to go back I make it a point to include his name on an updated version of this review.

This is the 2nd delivery that has been tossed over our fence. Walk around to the gate and put the package on our front porch! We have cameras, we see you! Please be courteous! Would you want your merchandise tossed and left in the snow? No! So treat everyone’s package as if it were your own!

Had a bit of a mishap in the beginning but the manager went out of his way to correct it and get the package redelivered the same day. If you have an issue he will set things right. Very happy with this FedEx.

Driver attempted delivery two days in a row...one of which day I was home and today they couldve delivered to the apartments office and I couldve picked up from them. No notices left on my door let alone actually attempted. Customer service said they would call the driver and never did. I get told I can go pick it up at their Fedex office knowing i wont make it before they close nor caring I needed this package for a birthday tomorrow.

If you get past the security, then you get to find out if anybody is staffing the customer pickup window. Hopefully they will do better in the future.Update: I have been back a few times. With better signage and staffing, this is a reasonable place when necessary for a pickup.

I cringe every time i have to get a package from this company. I called the number and it stated it was put on a postal truck for delivery. It requires a signature. I spoke to a rep that was clearly from India. He put the package on hold at a facility clear,across town instead of the one closer to me. Im probably going to have to wait a few days for my package due to my schedule. I hate using this company its a total inconvenience.

Called because I wasnt there to receive my package thinking I can pick it up at this place. first call they said they cant hold it because it required a signature and the drivers they use dont even take the undelivered mail back, they take it for the night with the truck, second time I called they said they can change the delivery time after 6 so I will be there to sign. called again to confirm the day of that it was going to happen. nope, they said I was given wrong information and that wasnt even an option to being with. now I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up there at the location, like I asked if I could initially. somehow its not an option to hold my package for me to pick it up. I have to take an hour off work just to pick up my mail. Oven been waiting a week extra just to get this. poor customer service. but not like I had a choice. Ill be more aware to go through UPS for anything from now on.

Drivers do not even make an attempt to deliver a package - I have been home on delivery dates and my package now states that an attempt was made - no one home. Calling a 1-800 number basically gives me the same data I already know from online and you cannot by any way contact the actual depot where the package is being held/hidden or who knows even stolen. I have never had good service with Fedex. I will have to us USPS or UPS from now on as Fedex clearly does not give a damn about customer service or on timely delivery while outsourcing all their customer service overseas. What a great example of a corporation that needs to just go under and let those that have good service (UPS) take over.

Had one of your FedEx guys leave a package inside my fence rather than the front door. My dog was out and there is even a beware of dog sign up. My dog makes hisself noticeable. Dog destroyed the package. Use common since next time. We have no idea what was in the package sent by mother in law.Thanks alot fedex.

Very unreliable service. The driver may deliver your package on the expected delivery date if they feel up to it. If not they’ll wait two or three days extra.

Horrible service, had a heavy package delivered and requested that the package will be left on back patio. That is one of the great features FedEx offers. Needless to say the package was delivered to the front door. I called FedEx, talked to a Charlie, explained the package is so heavy I can not lift it and asked if he could call the driver to make a uturn and at least drag it in the garage with me. Charlie said he is sorry it was delivered wrong but if he sends a driver back to my house I would be charged a pick up fee. What kind of service is that? They made the mistake and I should pay?If I have a choice it will be UPS from now on!

Driver attempted delivery no notice on my door and no adhesive residue. Yeah no they didnt and by the time I get home and call about that, this place is already closed. At 6 PM when most folks are just getting home they have shut down the shop. Dont bother calling the 800 number and asking for the centers number to call direct, its for internal only.Summary just look at everyone else within the last year minus the Local Guides they are all negitive and similar. My best guess, either to lazy to walk up to my 3rd floor, or running late so parked for 30 seconds in my parking lot and said unable to deliver. And speeds away, to get rid of the larger and more sensitive packages.

Helpful on prices but couldnt ship ground after 5pm like all the other Fed ex shipping locations.

The Fedex delivery drivers in the area are trash.If I ever get a heavier package they leave a slip at my door saying they missed me. Every time I have been less than 20 feet from the door and didnt hear anything. Worthless never go through fedex if you dont have to. This has happened multiple times.

Disregard for timelines.They are usually 2-4 days off the expected delivery time listed on the tracking number.I usually have to pick up the package myself, they usually say no one was home, but there is literally always someone in my home (there is a guard on site 24/7)

FedEx switched my delivery with someone elses. Had to go to the the FedEx office. They were nice, and they did straighten it out the same day, but it seemed to be a little more than a hassel than it should have been.

Worst shipping experience I have ever had! My package was wrongly shipping to Idaho due to a glitch in the conputer program rather than my address in Colorado. FedEx stated only the shipper could change an address so I verified through the FedEx website to correct my own address. The package was rerouted and I called to confirm delivery on Friday 8/05/16 to ake sure I would get my package the following day. I wad told it would be delivered on Saturday. My package was out for delivery Sat 8/06/16 and was never delivered. At the end of the day, I called FedEx and was told they were understaffed at that terminal and it needed to be sent to a different terminal so I would have to wait until Tuesday 8/09/16. I filed a complaint and had a case opened for a manager to call me. I never recieved a call. It is now Tuesday 8/09/16, I called FedEx to have my package held at the facility so I could pick up. I was told it was pulled off the truck and sitting at pickup and I could pickup anytime today until 6pm. I was at the facility at 7:30am for pickup. The receptionist told me she had my package and it was on its way up. Then came back 5 mins later and stated that we were too late and it had been put on a truck out for delivery. The tracking number states that its sitting at the FedEx location. No one knows where the truck that is transporting my package is, the manager is unavailable coincidentally... FedEx is a HUGE JOKE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very upset, I called to see how I pick up a package and the person on the phone raised his voice and was rude and did not resolve the issue.

Its a very large facility and very confusing for customers to use because its mainly a shipping location and theres no signs for where the customer should go. Theres also no posted phone number or hours.
