I ordered an in store pick up only items from the nearby Goodwill and they were able to pickup my snowboard for me and ship it. Since the items I got was in store pickup only that prevents a lot of people bidding for it online and allowed me to get a new snowboard dirt cheap. Just had to pay Pakmail for the shipping. Very good service indeed!

I have used Pak Mail exclusively for my large, oversized, and heavy items. They have shipped a 65 DLP TV to Israel, a 75 4K LCD TV to the east coast, and just this week a 50 plus pound keyboard amplifier to the midwest. They came to my house and personally picked up both TVs and meticulously package and shipped the items, and each were received in immaculate condition. My customers who received the items were very impressed with the care that each item was packaged with, and there were not any problems with the condition of the items received. The latest item, the keyboard amplifier, I am sure will be the same experience. They are truly the best at what they do, and are highly responsive and professional. They get my highest recommendation!

They shipped a large cumbersome Jeep part for me. They picked it up from the local wrecker, packed it beautifully, and their pricing was very reasonable. It took a little longer than I had hoped to get the item shipped but I fully understand how busy they are right now so cant deduct any stars for that. The item arrived safely and the was in great shape! Very happy, will use them again.

Pak Mail was able to pick up and ship two very large and delicate musical instruments and ship them out. The service was very good--their staff are fast, accessible, and professional. I visit this store at least once a week since this whole COVID-19 I expect to go into a store and the employees to have masks on the girl who is normally in is great about it. But for the past month I come in and the OWNERS of all people never has a mask on. This is very disturbing I am older and don’t want to be scared to handle business. I will not be giving my money to these people anymore. They obviously don’t care about their customers and their safety. You would think these days small business would care about their employees safety as well as their customers safety.

I had a very challenging shipment. Two extremely large and valuable pieces of artwork with dimensions of 57 x 39 x 8, and the second painting 101 x 89 x 9 (8.4 x 7.4 x 9). Both of which had to be custom crated. and packed into heavy solid crates. Pak Mail did an outstanding job of carefully packing, crating, handling and shipping these pieces. All the staff provided very professional and friendly customer service. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend Pak Mail for any shipping needs. Great job!

I called them last week and asked them some questions about a pick up for today. I was willing to pay the pick up fee for them to come and pick up my items. I asked them if they could do a pick up for today. I was told at that time they did not have another pick up for today. Ok so I called them on Friday morning I didn’t get an answer or a call back. I tried bringing the items to them on Saturday around 5 PM they were closed. Sunday I called to try to get the pick up scheduled no answer assuming they were closed. Today go and fill out the form online called no answer called again no answer sent emails no answer called again a man answered and I couldn’t talk sounded like he was pressing buttons and then he hung up on me!!!!! This is very disappointing I needed this done!!! Now I am paying 1200 dollars to have the items placed on the plane with me and at the most it would have been 400 if PAKMAIL WOULD HAVE JUST DONE THEIR JOB!!!!!!! THEY COST ME 700.00!!!!!!

I shipped all of my grandmothers china from Colorado to Savannah, GA recently. I brought it all to Pak Mail. They carefully packed it and shipped it to me. It was packed so well that not one piece of the large set had any damage at all. I would use them to pack and ship anything without worry.

Ever since Jim and Chris Race sold this business, it has gone downhill. My husband has waited numerous times for them to open the doors. They are consistently hours late on opening. We run a business and depend on getting our mail on time. This is unacceptable!!

The owners and employees are always friendly, always give a smile and never have I seen signs of stress from them which in these stressful times is saying something. They go out of their way to be helpful and if they can’t help they will try to give advice as to where you might find it. I have used Pak Mail in two different states previously. First time using this location. Raelynn was very friendly and professional. She provided an estimate that was timely and spot on for picking up my item locally, packaging it safely and handled all the associated paperwork without any issues cropping up, My package arrived in a very well packaged, clean cardboard container, it was safely packaged with new, clean material and correctly labeled, A+ job all the way around. I sometimes buy artworks from the nearby Goodwill, and the Pak-Mail staff will pick-up there, then pack and ship. They are very courteous and helpful. Communication was good, too!

Chris and crew are good at working with you to pick up and ship a bike from the Goodwill less than half a mile away. Just be REALLY clear (contract?) how much things like pickup and boxing will cost before changing your mind and picking it up yourself. Best to get all details squared away before handing over any payment info.

The service here is awesome. They do a phenominal job packing and shipping. I shipped artwork and had no problems with broken boxes. If anything, they over wrap everything! I highly recommend using them if you have valueable items that need shipping!

My favorite place to mail anything & everything. Its close to my house, so I started using pak Mail to send care packages to my husband who was deployed at the time. PakMail picked up a 24 x 18 rock slab petroglyph replica from the auction site from which it was purchased, packed it, and shipped it to my home in Columbus. Phillip at PakMail patiently answered my questions, even though it was evident there were customers in the shop, supplied a quote in a timely manner, and kept me informed as the process unfolded over the Xmas/New Year holidays no less. Went in to ship something and as I ealked thru the door the presumed owner was immediately rude I went to the counter attempted to be kind amd funny to break her anti social crust didnt work she was so unhelpful and hesitant I said lets start over hi howre you because she still had not even greeted me it continued to degrade until I chose to go out of my way to a different shipping store because its 2017 and we have options! Fedex down the road was so muchore willing and helpful it was a relief. Pak mail deserves to fail
