Nice store however, they sent me to another store to get simple parts for my pull start. When after going to EZ Way, they repaired my pull start when Aspen could have made that attempt. Aspen would have to order the parts taking days for simple parts they should have on hand. Three stars because they told me where to go.

Fantastic. We were really impressed with the level of customer service, no-pressure advice, and ease of delivery of our new mower. I chose Aspen Leaf over hardware stores for service after the sale, and Aspen Leaf does repairs and routine service for mowers and other outdoor/landscaping equipment. Gary and his team really know their craft, and we will definitely be using Aspen Leaf in the future.

Terrible customer service. I was put on hold 3 times back to back for 8-10 minutes at a time. Lady was rude! I drive down after unsuccessfully trying to see if my blades were in stock. I walked in and lady at counter acted like she did not want to help me. She went and looked for blades for a couple a minutes and said she couldn’t find them. Wanted me to order and didn’t feel like looking. LAZY!!!! I will never step foot in Aspen Leaf again!!!!

When I had my Craftsman generator taken in for warranty work I was told that it would be $28. Then when I pick it up they charged me $72 and said it was due to not being told it was warranty work. If you are told to bring your Craftsman generator here for warranty work take it from my experience and dont they will tell you one thing then rip you off.

My parents purchased our family Christmas gift, a new slow blower, from Aspen Leaf. Although I can’t speak to the process of purchasing through Aspen Leaf, I give the delivery and tutorial process 5 stars. The friendly gentleman who delivered our new equipment called to let us know he was on his way. He then spent 15 minutes walking us through the use, care, and maintenance of our new snowblower.

Folks are awesome here. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable about equipment that they sell. I had bought a snow blower a year ago. It was damaged while being shipped. I took it to them, replaced it for free under manufacturers faulty packing.Very nice people.

We are beyond thrilled! We found the owner to be very professional and eager to please. Two crews were out to complete the job, both were friendly and VERY hard working. They built beautiful rock retaining walls (122 tons worth), put down fabric, edging, rock. Regraded to direct the flow of water. Made a beautiful, compacted rock drive to our barn. Seed and blanketed dirt areas for new grass. We plan to have them back to plant in the spring. I would recommend Aspen Leaf again and again!

Website says they are open Saturday. I show up and they have a paper posted up with hours which is only Monday through Friday. There was a person inside that had seen me but didnt even bother to come over as I was looking in through the door window. I think thats a pretty good indication of poor service. Ill spend my money elsewhere

Wouldnt take my equipment anywhere else! Gary and team are top notch, best price in town, and his mechanics are very knowledgeable. Take your equipment off season so you dont have a long wait for maintenance and repairs. Happy to support this local small business.

My original review was substantially less appreciative of this one due to the substantial difference in price between the quote and the final bill. Since then, I wrote a letter to the manager explaining the quote I had on voicemail and the final bill. I was surprised to receive a check for the difference in the mail today. This response by the company has restored some of my faith in their business.

I wish I had read all the reviews before patronizing this company. I purchased a new Toro Snowblower in January 2020. The snowblower arrived and had a defective carburetor. Not knowing this when I got it home it leaked gas. I was told before I took it home that it had been checked out by their techs and was good to go. So I took the snowblower back [never used] and they checked it out and said they found small pieces of plastic debris in the carburetor from the factory. They kept it for a number of days and never called me to pick it up. I had to call them. I got the snowblower home and it still leaked. I took it back and again they had it another week or so and never called. I called and was told it was ready and I picked it up. Dont know if it is fixed or not because I havent use it yet but I question the ability of their so called techs. Another thing is they said they would deliver it because I am a senior citizen and have to have help unloading it. When I asked for it to be delivered they said they were too busy. I admonish [warn] you to not use this company. They have the worst customer service and attitude of any place I have ever dealt with. Their lack-a-daisical attitude which equates to unfriendly is beyond belief. Dont just take my word for it; read the reviews below me. Many people say the same thing. I highly recommend that you take your business to Craigs Power Equipment because thats where Im spending my money from now on.

I had ordered a part for my pressure washer over a month ago and still have not received it. Called twice to resolve the problem and still no resolution. Follow up isnt good and poor service. I would not recommend doing business here.

I took my Mantis in as it was not starting like it was supposed to and kept stalling. I asked the service guy if he could fix it so that it would start up nice and easy and he assured me it would. So after $120 some dollars, I brought it home and tried to use it. Same thing happened....it kept stalling and it was leaking gas too. I should have brought it back in right away, but it was out of my way and I was fed up with the dang thing. I wouldnt have spent that much money trying to get it fixed, if I knew it wouldnt be. I would have used the money for a new machine. I called in just after a year had passed (I know I waited too long) and asked that they at least look at it to see why the job they did the 1st time was unsuccessful but they would not do it without charging me again to look at it and as I said Im already into this thing for $120 and cant see spending any more. So I am very displeased they would not at least look at the machine free of charge. I will try to find another service place for future lawn equipment repairs as I feel the least they could have done is look at my mantis they supposedly fixed:( We have a lot of lawn equipment so Aspen leaf just lost a lot of future business from me.

One star is generous. I took my new Generac power washer to Aspen Leaf because when it arrived it had been shipped with oil in it and since it was probably turn over during shipment there was oil everywhere and it wouldnt start. I had to pay to get it cleaned up and when I asked why it wasnt covered under warranty was told Generac doesnt ship them with oil it them.Since it had oil in it and all over it and all over the packaging when I got it I asked how they explain that. They blamed Amazon, as in someone at Amazon opened the box, put oil in it, and sealed up the box again before shipping it to me. I was also told that because I bought it from Amazon and not a licensed dealer (as in them) the warranty was voided.I learned several things from this: 1. never buy anything made by Generac, 2. never do business with Aspen Leaf again, 3. never buy power equipment or anything with a warranty from Amazon.

Im surprised at the reviews. I had a great experience with them. Took my mower because it wouldnt start. They had it fixed and ready to go within 4 days. Didnt charge me much either. Id go there again.

I would avoid Aspen Leaf at all costs. To the point I wouldnt bring a broken pencil there to have it sharpened. One of my guys brought his chainsaw in because it wouldnt start. They said it needed a new motor. I took it home and put a new kill switch in. Fired right up...

You must wonder about repair shops that refuse to let you talk with the mechanics. Being in the field I understand there time is valuable, but when you have a warranty case and they are the place the manufacture of your engine refers you too there are sometimes specifics that you would like to make sure the tech understands. I requested when I dropped of unit that they call me prior to calling their tech assistance line. I met immediate ressistance on this. I was asked why do you want us to call you first. I explained that I was in industry and because of this knew that how you say what you found can depend largly on whether or not your product will be warrantied. Despite three different time requesting this they still did not call me first. I got a call from the tech finally 2 weeks after I dropped it off and they said no warranty and by the way you owe us 140 dollars (I only authorized 1 hour at 70). When I complained about this and in general I got the feeling that I was a pain in the rear and not worth the time or effort. It is dissapointing to me because again I m in the repair industry they have a beatiful very cappable building and property but they need to work on there people skills. One note the owner Gary was the most helpful person there discounting my ticket to what I was expecting. I wish he would have been involved from the beginning.

Brought my snow blower in due to it leaking gas back in Feb 2015. Aspen Leaf Outdoor Power tells me it needs a new carburetor, ok. Can’t find a carburetor so they will have to rebuild it, ok. I get it back, bring it home and it is still leaking gas. Bring it back to Aspen. They “say” they fixed it, so I go to pick it up and as soon as they bring it out of the shop I can smell gas. They agree to bring it back in the shop and look at it again. I receive a call from Aspen to tell me the guy who worked on my snow blower forgot a screw in the carburetor when he rebuilt it, but it’s fixed now and I pick it up Mar 2015. I pull my snow blower out this Nov 15 to get it ready for this season and when I un-collapse the handle (The handle had to be collapsed so the snow blower can fit in the back of my SUV) I notice my cable that runs from the handle down to engage the auger is missing (when it was brought out from the shop the handle was already in the collapsed position, so I never noticed the missing cable). I call Aspen and talk to Heidi, who was extremely rude and unprofessional tells me in her 22yrs she has never heard of something like this happening. She says she can order me what I need and since I need a cable I tell her to go ahead. It comes in and they charge me $38 ($8.50 for shipping!) and tell me they are giving me a deal because they’re “giving” it to me for cost. The cable is the wrong size AND it’s missing the spring that attaches to it. I say, “where’s the spring?” They say “you didn’t tell us you needed the spring.” Are you kidding me?!?! They are the experts, they knew I needed the entire unit. I call back and talk to Kendra, who has only been working there for 2 weeks and unbelievably must have gotten her customer service skills from Heidi, because she is just as rude and unprofessional as Heidi. I ask her if they looked back in the shop for my cable unit and she says “oh, like it’s hiding back in the shop.” I traveled all the way to Woodland Park to see Peter at RDK Small Engine Repair and he hooks me up in less than a week AND for less than $25. I would implore anyone never to use Aspen Leaf Outdoor Power! I know I’ll never be back!

Took my weedeater to them for maintenance. Carburetor replaced, but had to have tech fiddle with it to get it started as I walked out the door with it. Remained ornery over a handful of uses then quit working again entirely several months later. Took it back to them, explained the issues I was having post-repair. Was advised itd be three days before they could look at it. Asked rep to have a tech see if he could get it started real quick, 2 minutes. Response was negative. Theyre pretty busy. Said ok. But are you going to charge me to look into it again being as you did the repair. Response, Yes. There will be a $28 diagnostic fee. Picked up my useless weedeater and just left. I will NOT be going back. Customer service is not what Id expect after having spent money with them already. They may be good at point of purchade, but I think their post-sale customer service is just poor.
