Terrible sod work! Substrate was not prepared properly and they left large rocks under the sod. Gaps are also present 1-4 wide.

Metco has been absolutely great to work with, they always make sure my property needs are met and fulfilled on time. Installed irrigation system, left without going over any instructions on how to use it. Unresponsive when contacted about when contacted

Workers broke fence and left cigarettes everywhere. Covington Homes used them as a contractor for our landscaping.Update: They never return calls after messages left.Update again: They covered a downspout pipe extender under rocks. Everyone says it should be exposed so I know if its backlogged. The sprinklers are not in corners like they should be.Update: Raised to two stars because they finished landscaping nicely.

Wow, these landscapers are bad! First they put in different plants than the agreed upon ones and when I asked them what those plants were they said they didnt know. I just knew they werent the right ones because they didnt look like they were supposed to. Also, they adjusted the sprikler to spray around the yard into more than halfway on the street wasting water. And to top it off, the drip line has a leak in it causing a puddle in the yard. When I contacted them, I spoke with a gentleman who said they are not responsible.

Metco is so awesome! They really take great care of our property whether its snowing or beautiful warm days.

Never returns messages. Sprinklers were put in fast and sloppy, not in corners. Landscaping still not done with no communication or updates. Still waiting in Wolf Ranch.

Worse company to ever work for, especially Colorado Springs Branch. Terrible customer service, they cut corners to save the company money daily, at the expense of the customers and properties. Their staff & management has little experience in the industry.

Just the worst landscaping company. The sod they put down left missing patches. I tried telling them, but no one that came to install it spoke English. I never saw a supervisor, so I couldnt convince them to fix it.
