Billy and his team were so wonderful moving our hot tub (twice!). We bought a used one and they got it out of a difficult backyard with ease and care. Since our concrete pad wasnt installed yet they set it aside in our yard, and when we were ready, Billy was super responsive and placed it perfectly. If you need a hot tub moved, call Billy!

Very professional and nice. I was given a free hot tub by a family member that told me it was in extremely good condition. When the gentlemen from Innovative Spa Movers showed up and started to move the tub, they noticed the condition of the hot tub, and started giving us pointers on what we needed to get. At that point, I asked if we could not move it and how much it would cost just for the work they had already done. Gave me a very good deal (Thank you - I very much appreciate it!). When I can finally get a good hot tub, and it works, I will DEFINITELY call back and use Innovative Spa Movers.
