Just a fantastic experience with Arctic Spas in Colorado Springs! We moved to Woodland Park a couple of months ago and our home has a great hot tub but we didn’t know anything about how to care for and maintain it.We called and made and appointment, which was easy and efficient. Kris came out within a few days and thoroughly checked out our tub, replaced the filter, made sure the water was balanced, and provided a great “Spa School” class for us. Really put our mind at ease and we are now confident we can take good care of our tub.If we ever need service or want to upgrade, we know Arctic Spas in Colorado Springs will take great care of us!Thanks Kris, Wanda and the entire team!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Wanda was so helpful throughout our three visits and multiple phone calls to narrow down what we wanted. We learned that Arctic Spas had the shortest turnaround for production despite the pandemic. After delivery, Craig and team have been amazing at both monitoring my tub remotely via the app and following up with us on questions. The best choice for a tub in the Springs after shopping all over town.

Wanda, Craig, and her team and simply incredible. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we knew they were who we wanted to get our spa from. Their friendliness and customer service is unmatched by anyone else in town. They guided us through different option, upgrades, sizes and their service options. We felt comfortable the entire time. We chose the Arctic Tundra Spa and couldn’t be happier. They have us updates as our Tundra was being built to our customized preference. The install day went as smooth as can be. Craig and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They helped navigate the spa into our back yard and outside of our walk out basement. They explained the entire process and stayed after to quide us on how to take care of our investment. They always made us feel like they truly appreciated our business and promised to always help us with anything needed moving forward. I highly recommend them.

My hot tub cover had reached the end of a good life and I started the search for a new one. After reading so many poor reviews involving online manufacturers, I called Arctic Spas Colorado Springs. Wanda was very helpful from the beginning in finding me a cover for the 1999 Arctic Fox tub that my wife and I still use almost daily. Still in good shape and well insulated. After planning to order one from the factory, she found a like new floor model in the back (only sat on a dry tub) and offered us a discounted price. Wandas husband Craig helped me load in the back of my truck and away I went. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great people who I will definitely recommend going forward. Well worth the hour drive from Pueblo West.

We live in Utah. 8 hours away from their office. We love arctic spas but not the Utah store. Wanda and Craig gave me their personal cell phone number and helped us get it delivered from Colorado. They face timed with me at 9 pm the first night helping with the set up. 8 months later it had a bizarre leak. They packed up their bags stayed two nights and got it fixed. Im absolutely blown away Im a life long customer and would recommend everyone to this store.

Arctic Spas are made for extreme environments. My spa is at 9,300 feet in the Colorado Rockies. Winters are extreme but no problem for this spa. We live an hour and a half away from the Colorado Springs store. No problem. They actually enjoy servicing spas that far away. No extra cost!!!If my spa looses power due to Winter storm this spa will contain its heat for a week before you need to worry about freezing. Other spas...not so. It is because of where Arctic Spas places the insulation. An extra effort by them gives you peace of mind.Our tub includes Spaboy. This system is truly wonderful if you are not home all the time. It keeps your spa chemicals perfect and with an internet connection, I can monitor the tub from anywhere in the world. I actually checked my tub from China once.Kudos to Wanda, Kris, Cameron and Craig for making Arctic Spas Colorado Springs team the best in the business. Thanks for all your efforts and advice. Because of you I am never alone owning my Arctic Spa.

Arctic Spas of Colorado Springs has been excellent. Wanda & Craig are great. They were very helpful in helping us choose a spa, along with teaching us how yo operate it. We love the online app for checking temperature and chemicals on our phone. Installation was on time and went very well.We are extremely happy we choose this company because of the quality and service.

Excellent customer service. I came in here seeking for help and Wanda was very nice and offered me all the advice I needed. She took her time to explain how to keep my spa water clean and sanitized although I did not buy my hot tub with them. I brought my husband back and we bought 2 spas from them for our rental properties. I highly recommend them.

Shopped at 3 spa dealers in Col Springs including Arctic Spas. Wanda and Craig were by far the kindest sales people we encountered. They did not make us feel stupid for not being experts, which is how we felt at the other dealers. It all came down to trust, and thats why we chose to buy from Wanda and Craig at Arctic Spas.

Wanda is great! Started with email questions, which she answered everyone of them promptly. I was already sold just from the emails. Once I went to the store and met Wanda, she was not pushy at all. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. They have quite a few hot tubs in the store. The over all experience of purchasing a hot tub from Arctic Spas, was not stressful at all. Wanda and her husband Craig gave me piece of mind and made the experience easy and relaxing. If youre in the market for a new hot tub, i definitely recommend Arctic Spas!

Wand and Craig are the absolute best bosses I have EVER had the pleasure of working for. It is with a heavy heart that I must move due to personal reasons. They care so deeply about their customers and products, and make great strives to serve the community here in Colorado Springs. These two will bend over backwards any time of day to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. Thank you Shepard family and the Arctic Spas family for everything! I love our Artic Spa we have had it for about five years now easy to take care of. They say that the tubs can go weeks without freezing, it is true. We went to Disney for a couple of weeks. I check the tub awhile after we returned and the breaker had tripped this was toward the end of December. When I turn the tub back on the water temp was 29 degrees and the pumps started right up heating the pool back up to temp. I dont know how long it was turned off but it never froze.

Searching for the best spa out there ultimately led me to Arctic Spas - their features and construction speak for themselves.But it was different for me to buy from Arctic because there were no show rooms nearby so I couldnt see one in person nor try one... I had to rely on pictures, brochures, and information provided by staff. I spoke with Wanda. She stayed in contact over several weeks.. and I mean answered every questions, specs, & details I needed to make up my mind over which model to get.. took videos to send me from their Colorado Springs showroom, pictures, etc. I loved the Cub model but I decided on the Kodiak because of its bigger size. Wanda was so patient... and available through texts, emails, phone, outside work hours, from her home.. So Colorado Springs service to its buyers & customers... is hard to beat. I love my spa. And the Kodiak was THE hot tub for me. Buyers remorse gone after first use - one of the best wellness investment I have made. And the whole team (thank you also to Jay & Greg..) walked me through the experience and made it positive from Day 1 until delivery so far away, set up, and even afterwards - Wanda sent me 2 extra filters and cabinet conditioner.. . Thank yall so much.

Hot tub repair request started off rough with previous owners repair technician, but new owners, Wanda and Craig corrected the issues very quickly. Owner hand carried needed part back from Washington state so we could avoid shipping charges. Repairs made quickly and efficiently even with inclement weather. Big improvement from previous ownership. Big thanks to Wanda and Craig for great customer service. Don

Wanda is great! We came in 10 minutes before closing and showed us around and took 2 hours of her day. She was not pushy to force us to buy a hot tub. We had a really good experience and would definitely recommend to people.

Needed to schedule a service appoint to address a HL error code on my tub. Called the Colorado Springs number and was routed to Alberta Canada where they set up the appointment and wanted me to give them all of my credit card information over the phone. A technician did actually show up a few days later but couldnt figure out why the HL code was appearing. He called a couple of people for advice, cycled the tub a couple of times & moved a sensor wire about 2 inches, but did not resolve the issue. Was charged $104 for the service visit & still have the HL code. Do not recommend this business for service on Arctic Spas.
