Contacted by Hearing Life to schedule an appointment at the office on 21st Street to have hearing and hearing aids checked. Hearing test was conducted. Firmware for my hearing aids was updated and they were adjusted to a slightly new Hearing profile. Also enabled selection of a speech & noise program & enabled volume control. Requested info on new models but was not pressured to buy new aids. Vendor also provided new power domes & wax filters.The visit was pleasant and productive and my Hearing aids are functioning quite well.

Wasnt impressed did not seem to be very friendly. It seems like all they wanted to do is sell me another set of hearing aids.

I have used hearing life for years for my hearing needs. I have bought two devices (Oticon) over that time frame and they have worked wonderfully. I have had several hearing tests to keep my devices properly tuned for my needs. The receptionist is welcoming and accommodating when I have needs. The doctors have provided good technical advice and service when needed.

I called several times using the local number listed. No mater what I tried it connects you to some call center. I finally got someone and explained what needed. She said I’ll connect you to their office. I spoke to the lady there who said she have my batteries ready at the front desk. When I got there the lady said she never talked to me and had no idea what I was talking about. Since Hearing Life took everything is falling apart. I wish I had gotten my hearing aids anywhere else.

Hearing Life is a wonderful place. I enjoy working with the staff , who are quite professional and very friendly . They take the time one needs and they then provide the best possible solution for any hearing loss a person may be experiencing.

Amy and Travis are so caring, helpful and easy to work with! Always look forward to seeing them.
