Very clean and employees are super helpful. They have lots of equipment that is in good shape and an on-site trainer to help you at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place!

Love this gym! Love the staff, the tanning beds, the customer service and just warm feeling here. A++++ much better than all other locations in the springs.

The only bad thing is that their is a lady who cleans the mens locker and even though she has a sign that says lockers being cleaned some men keep going in to use the restrooms and sometimes they want to go in and take a shower. That is not proper behavior. I would suggest you should have someone looking out so that that the lady can work comfortable without being pressured and not feeling uncomfortable. She does a really good job.The gym looks really clean.

24hrs lie! Price charged different each month. Speak to the club manager that’s a joke, like the staff. The staff talks amongst themselves ignoring the guests. You will wait upward of 10 minutes for staff to respond to excuse me! Not professional at all taking my business elsewhere! Thanks

I appreciate that even though our state is changing color meter mandates, you still are required to wear a mask inside. Clearly the rules have changed though. Before u could remove if on treadmill or cardio machines actively working out” . This week a very nice gal approached us at treadmill and requested we pull mask up at least to nose. I follow rules so didn’t mind however a guy doing weights wore no mask at all, and guy on bike had his protecting his chin. Maybe make this rule for everyone as they enter facility. Make it universal not random!

I like the guy that runs the overnight shift. I wish there was a water fountain that was for filling water bottles 😉. Otherwise, good place. The supervisor Samira has made such a positive impact on the environment. She told the employee “I appreciate you.” She is definitely one of those people who makes employees want to stay rather than be micromanaged. Also, I see her hard work.

I been to so many planet fitness locations due to the fact that we constantly move around and this one has hands down been my favorite. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. While the facility is also spotless. They really take the extra step on keeping this place clean. Which I appreciate a lot. 10/10 will continue to go.

Everyone has a bad opinion of anything and planet is no different. Its a gym. And thankfully because so many people hate on it theres never a wait for equipment. People are friendly. Its never crowded and you get your own space.

Even though masks are required not a single employee enforces it. Looking at 4 not wearing and 3 using them as a chin strap. This isnt a one time thing either. I rarely come anymore because of this.

Always liked this planet Fitness, especially because it is close. Only problem I have is the payment system is automated, but it has gotten better since I ended my old gym membership with them (about a year ago). The staff is friendly and will talk to you like a normal person if you are nice to them. Just be decent to these people because they will be decent with you.

Your employee Stevi should be employee of the year.I have noticed several times when this handicap elderly member arrives at the gym she runs out and helps him with his walker ,vehicle doors and escorts him in .Beyond Fantastic employee.

When they say it’s a place you won’t get judged or bullied, they mean it. I was so worried going in to a gym for the first time and being overweight and I am so comfortable there. I won’t go anywhere else now. Also LOVE that I can tan at the same place, and you won’t find an unlimited tanning package for that cheap anywhere in town I promise you. So convenient, so inexpensive, so close to home, so comfortable, so-my only gym ever.

Planet Fitness is a great gym! They keep the place very clean and well kept up! The staff is friendly and helpful as well. The equipment is all very good and makes working out a pleasure. They have enough free weights as well for those who like that.

Nice gym. Been going here for over a year. My only complaint is that the staff need to make sure everyone is cleaning off equipment. Even with covid going on theres too many people not cleaning equipment and the staff hasnt done a thing about it.

There is nothing to complain about this gym. The staff is friendly and always smiling, clean equipment , clean locker room and classy people working out.This is not a hardcore gym by the way, make no mistake.There are more than enough machines to work all your body parts and countless treadmills but no barbells and heavy weights, just enough set of dumbbells and adequate number of machines.and the location is just great, there is always a space for parking your car.

I’ve been in to cancel twice and they’re still charging me, when I called the woman was no help at all. This place is not worth your time or money

I love this gym. There is an area dedicated to calisthenic exercises and theres plenty of cardio machines. It does get busy at this location around 5 PM so if youre like me and dont want to deal with the crowds then I recommend going early to get the full gym experience.

When I was a member of Planet Fitness, I visited this location all the time and had no complains at all. The environment is filled with normal, everyday people which was super comforting. The staff was always friendly and the gym was always clean. For $10/month, it was definitely worth the investment!

Dan, the overnight front desk employee, is an amazing employee. He is always kind and welcoming, gets to know his regulars (which shows how he is always engaged with customers), and is one of my favorite things about this planet fitness! He holds great standards for customer service and is an excellent representation of a great company. The facility is very clean and has a great selection of workout machines. The black card membership is so worth it, and doesn’t break the bank. I really do like this gym!

Management is extremely rude! Over charged me and wont refund their mistake. Continue to charge me after Ive canceled! I will never go to this place again and I highly advise to anyone else to stay away from these moraless people.

This is my first time going to a gym and I really was so intimidated. Planet fitness was the right choice. Staff members are nice and polite. Members are so nice. 0 intimidation. You feel welcome.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL PLANET FITNESS IN COLORADO!!!! Ive truly had the worst experience at all the locations. They say its a safe environment but they have the rudest staff. Theyve taken 2 payments a month for the last two months and after providing it on my end Im told they wont do anything about it. I truly wish I was able to give 0 stars because 1 start is being to generous. Im told management is in from 10am-7pm and yet all 14 times Ive called management is mysteriously never there. The staff laughs at people working out. Theyre telling me a payment was never made so they want to charge me $85.24 to cancel my membership. Ive never been so frustrated at a company in my life. Id recommend Golds Gym cleaner environment and the staff is amazing at Gold Gym!!

I’ve been going to this gym since 2015 and I like the gym itself. It gets the job done. All you really need is free weights and a squat rack (although they only have Smith machines). Three stars because it is clean, and not usually busy. People are also good about wiping down equipment. It’s a very respectful gym for a cheap price. $10.However, whenever I come in the women at the front desk are always rude or in a “snobby” mood. If I need my card scanned and they’re talking to someone it’s as if I’m such a huge inconvenience for them. I never get a “hello” or “have a good workout” except from whom I assume is the manager or trainer. The girls here are just rude and never say anything to you, but believe me they will make you feel like they’re annoyed you’re there. You don’t have to talk to me, but I’m your customer so you should generally be kind. I’ve also seen some of these same girls for the past few months, everyday. You’d think they’d say hello.However if you’re looking to get a good workout in for cheap and don’t mind wearing clothing that actually covers your stomach, this is the place for you.

Excellent atmosphere here. Also love that they have areas that guide you through a solid workout in a planned out time frame. Like 30 minute abs. I would be giving 5 stars, but the showers in the mens locker all had broken, loose knobs. Ended up taking a kinda cold shower cause I couldnt get it turned up anymore. But other than that I really enjoy coming here. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service ever!!! Not worth the discount. Go to 24 hour fitness instead!!! I reached out to management and they didnt want to help. Said there was no one else I could talk to either. It was a brick wall.

Great... but not as good as woodman

This is the 3rd one Ive been to and wont be back to this one. There was a guy talking on his cell phone very loudly in the 30 minute section the whole time, no spray bottle, then went to use the Hydro chair and the gal was on a personal phone call while checking me in, no spray bottle back there so came out to ask for one shes still on her phone call and stated the one for that area was broken, so I asked for the one that was right there on thecounter then she gave it to me. There are nicer ones than this one.

I’d give zero stars if possible. I’m super disappointed with this gym. I signed a one year contract last January and ended up pregnant about 4 months later. I had my baby the end of this January and tried to come in to cancel my membership and they told me I had to come in after February 17.. well my baby ended up with rsv and for anyone who knows what that is, it’s extremely dangerous. I couldn’t bring her out of the house to cancel and I couldn’t cancel my membership over the phone either. I was able to finally get in today and they wouldn’t refund me my annual renewal even though there was no way for me to get in any sooner to cancel. And on top of it I’m getting charged for another month as well. Super disappointed and I will NEVER be apart of this gym again.Think wisely before signing up here, I’m going to go check out VASA.

He is so friendly and courteous,You can tell he is passionate about his job.And every time I walk in he is cleaning that place top to bottom.The few others Ive seen in there at night just sat around on their phones, while the gym looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a week.And morning staff is okay but usually rude.Id still recommend this location though.

Great gym very clean. Sometimes gets too busy. Till the equipment I want to use is being used for an entire hour. Over all they have alot of other equipment such as. 10 minute ab stations, treadmills, free weights, pull-up bars etc.

They claim to be open 24/5 when they are actually only open 24 hours FOUR days a week (NOT 5) so they falsely advertise their hours. Plus they close early for everything, even days that are NOT HOLIDAYS! In my opinion they are never open when I want to work out. Why are they open at 3am but NOT after 7pm two nights a week?! They close at 9pm on Friday and 7pm Sat. and Sunday -and they close early on other days that are not holidays, like the day before Thanksgiving (WEDNESDAY) they close at 7pm! WHY?? Plus they are completely closed all day on major holidays. Not everyone celebrates holidays! Absolutely LAME compared to other locations in bigger cities. I have a membership in a major city and they are open all the time - this location is just lame. And the staff are twits, giggling girls who dont care about the customers. I cant wait go to a different location.

Gym is usually pretty clean and “is meant for older people and people who aren’t big into working out” (that’s what I was told by the employee when I joined), but be careful of their membership policies. I signed up last summer during their $1.99 sign up special. I don’t go very often and just got randomly billed $39! When I went in this morning to find out what it was for, they said it is for my annual membership fee that I signed a contract for. Well, it would have been nice to have some sort of notification about that. The gal at the front desk said,”Yeah, we should probably have sent something out.” But because I signed a contract last year, they will not refund my membership fee. I think I’m going to cancel and just not return.

This place was GREAT when it first opened a few years ago. There were no problem during the first year. Everything was going great. Then things got worse last year. The main problem is the cleanliness. Showers were always dirty. The janitors always on her phone and likes to give people a dirty look. One time she mopped right into my shoes from another stall when I was on the toilet (sorry had to tell) - I felt disrespected. The front desk workers are always friendly and welcoming people. The equipment is always working but tend to be dirty because people dont wipe down after themselves. This is sad but last weekend I ended my membership there after being a loyal black member for over two years. I upgraded to a better gym & more equipment.

Terrible cancellation policy. Since I can’t come into the club, I have to send a certified letter to their address. That is an absurd requirement, but it doesn’t surprise me coming from this shady, second-rate gym.

Why so many complaints? Do your research before going to this gym. This gym is mainly for toning and loosing weight. That is what I want to do. I want the body of Enrique Iglesias, not Arnold. If you want Arnold, then head over to Golds Gym, Southern Cali or New Jersey with the rest of the meat heads. This is solely for loosing weight and toning. People with billing issues. I read a lot of reviews. I signed up today and they were very very clear to me when the money comes out each month. I wrote it down and will make note to it to my bank to make sure the money is in there. Period. The reviews I read only blames the company, but never takes responsibilities for themselves. It is always 100% the companies fault, but never yours. Hard to believe. The ones that complain about the gym and what it has and doesnt have. Nothing is going to be 100 percent perfect and up to your specific standards. It is a very nice gym with everything you can ask for especially for what they charge you for membership. If you want to find a gym where they charge you 200 dollars a month just so you can have your precious squat machine, dont let the door hit you on the way out. Just make the best of what you have and let the others enjoy as well. You should always encourage people to exercise and not be afraid of gyms. By you guys being so negative makes people weary of even trying to make changes to their life. When I got there and before I even signed up for the membership. I looked around at all the machines to see what they could do for me. I checked all the corners, the bathrooms, everything. From there I made a decision. No one pointed a gun to your head to make you sign up for membership and then your bitter because they dont have the machine you want?? I hope the people who run the Austin Bluff Gym reads this and I want to let them know that thank you for making the sign up process very easy going especially when you made me the guinea pig as you were training one of your new employees. I really enjoyed your gym and thank you for answering all my questions I had during the enrollment.

The staff here are awesome. The trainers are encouraging and are able to meet you where you are. The gym has an atmosphere of support and they truly live up to their judgement free zone.

Probably the best gym in Colorado Springs if youre interested in staying in shape, toning and getting in shape. Not for radical workouts, but for great conditioning, toning, cardio and even weight loss. The place is spotless, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the machines are top-notch. We have the Black Card membership which lets us use the hydro massage - thats worth the extra $10 alone! Great location, great price and a fantastic atmosphere - what else could be better?

Finally found a cool place to work out that doesnt break the bank.I love that there are lots of machines (and they arent sticky!).The 30 minute work station is an awesome concept. Right when I am about to give up I am done with the work out. Its freaking awesome!Top that off with a hydromassage and massage chair. Once a week i go to the tanning bed during my lunch time.I certainly recommend Planet Fitness! W

Im working in Colorado Springs this week. I have been able to workout at Planet Fitness in several cities in many States. This location is huge, and very well equipped. Mark greeted me at the front desk. He was very kind, and couldnt have been more professional. I ended the workout with a relaxing water massage. Thank you very much.

Gym is super clean and the staff is friendly! Best part of my day is working out at this gym! Not to mention the have updated WiFi and a 360! I love the Black card membership because I can tan and get a massage after my workout with no extra fee. The contracts are easy to understand and you’re only locked in for a year and the price to buy out is equivalent to a monthly price at any other gym so bonus! I highly recommend this gym, it’s environment, updated (clean) equipment and everything the black card has to offer. Thanks for being such an amazing gym and making me feel at home!

Quick fix if your trying to get a work out in. Could upgrade some of their machines. And the woman at front desk are honestly, never too welcoming. It says judgement free zone but they stare at you upon entry and dont say hello. Other then that, clean facility. A basic planet fitness.

A lady threw my drink away just because she asked a bunch of people and nobody knew who it belonged to. Her attitude towards me was horrible.

Gym is nice enough...however, half the people here dont wipe their sweat off the machines and the staff doesnt say a word to them. Oh yeah, Ill speak to them about it!, and then the only thing I hear is Have a nice day! when the nasty sweat leavers walk out the door.

I went to this Planet Fitness location as a guest of a member and was greeted by a friendly employee at the counter. The gym was busy for a Tuesday evening but there were still plenty of machines readily available. The womens locker room was very clean and the overall atmosphere of the gym was full of energy. I look forward to working out at this location in the future!

Great facility. Tanning, water massages, clean, and a friendly upbeat staff. And great prices!! The reviews on here did not at all relate to my experience at this PF. I went in, they showed me around got to know me introduced me to the trainer . Sat down went over prices and from there I was hooked. They then signed me up and explained everything to me (in excruciating detail... but hey, I can understand from reading reviews left by people on here,, YOU DONT READ. As long as you read what you are signing and make a mental note of it you will love this gym. Best one out of the couple in town
