If you want to be ignored, then this is the place for you! My residential fire suppression system needs repair. I initially called them on July 14th. The person who answered the phone put me through to an employee’s voicemail. I left my message and repeated my phone number twice. I never received a call back. I called again on July 29th, and was told that I should not have been put through to the previous person, so I was transferred to someone else’s voicemail. I left all of my information again. I completely understand that COVID-19 is impacting businesses in small and large ways. Regardless, a simple response can go a long way for customer service.
We have been using Western States for 3 years now and they have always provided great service. Very polite and explained every detail of the service to us.
They scheduled a time for an estimate, walked around and took notes. Said they would email the estimate, but after multiple requests they replied after 10 days saying they were too busy.
