They came out when they said they would for my initial inspection and Dereck was very professional and provided me some great information. The very next day a technician came out to do the annual certification and replace/charge my extinguishers. Quick and great experience. I dont know why folks are leaving bad reviews, but the two times Ive dealt with them last week they were great.

CIntas has billed for work they didnt do (last year), and work they were not authorizd to do (this year). They provide terrible a terrible value proposition, and try to scare or extort customers about noncompliance. Although they corrected the charges last year, they were unrepsonsive and did not see a problem with doing unauthorized service work this year.

Im not sure who posted the other review, but, thats not what you get if you use this company.We used these guys for about 9 years and finally decided we were done. It was a miracle to get someone out to repair or replace something without waiting a week.I could never get a person on the phone who knew what was going on. If they did come out, there was a special trip charge or they didnt have the notifier/part they needed - even though I kept new ones in my building. The other problem was the people coming out were always different and would be talking trash about management.I asked for a bid to add more office suites to the system and never got anything from them.I asked for them to change a smoke sensor to a heat sensor and the guy never got back to me on it.It took two years to get the monitoring company to stop billing me and then calling for payment.
