Each and everyone of the guys were knowledgeable, kind, helpful and respectful. It is very refreshing to work with young men who are pleasant and helpful during a stressful time! I will definitely recommend Service Master to others and will use this company myself should I ever need their services again.I cannot stress enough how nice it was to work with these young men!

Rio Cruz and his crew are VERY unprofessional. Once, they called day of and asked if they could come over for a few hours. We said no because of other appointments and needed to coordinate schedules. We scheduled a different day and time and they showed up an hour and a half late, never bothered to text or call us to say why they were late. Then, he had the audacity to say my husband scheduled the wrong time. I told him we had both been on speakerphone with him when the agreed upon time was determined so he could not blame his no show on us. We have a baby in NICU, and they know we have to schedule around work and the hospital and doctor appointments on top of packing/moving out of a flooded house (uninhabitable kitchen and bathroom). Another time, Rio said his crew would be done in a four hour timeframe. Well...they showed up late (nearly another hour late) and stayed an hour and a half after that initial timeframe, making it difficult to get back to the hospital because we didnt want to leave our home and belongings unattended/unlocked. Also, his crew banged their toolkit on doors and walls, not being careful and damaged belongings and didnt apologize or say anything until we pointed it out to them, even though we witnessed it as the damage occurred. Two times Rio blamed their tardiness on a truck breaking down. But they never showed up ONCE on time. On top of this, his crew used foul language and innuendo-laced conversation and when I asked them to please be professional with their language because they were still in our home, they only stopped until they thought I was out of the room, but continued as we tried to pack up things around them. They left a drywall mess and didnt communicate/give notice about which areas they were going to be working on. (IE Rio said to pack up the kitchen, so we did, but then they began work on a hallway and bathroom that day so we had a mess to clean up and had to rush to empty that room for them.) A little bit of communication and a lot of timeliness would have gone a long way, but we are really unimpressed by their behavior and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Crew was friendly and professional. They did a good job of keeping the dust and removed sheetrock and fiberglass debris to a minimum and vacuuming up afterwards.

High attention to detail when I had a pipe burst in the basement. The technicians were very friendly and walked me through the whole process before they started the work. Two thumbs up. I hope this never happens again but I know who to call if it does.

We were gone when our house had severe water damage. We came home to a house that SM had taken down to the studs (goodbye everything) and had totally packed out our belongings. Using fans and heat and taking measurements, they made sure we had no mold issues. As I am now unpacking, I am grateful for how carefully they packed everything, havent found one thing broken or mishandled. I was here when they brought all of our items back and again, they were so careful and so professional with the way they put our furniture and boxes back in our house. They were timely and flexible and respectable with all they did. And the people we worked with were very personable. I would give them a 10+, a 5 star!! Thanks to all!
