Have needed to replace my phone battery for a couple of months. Pleasantly surprised to find out I could have this done at Batteries + Bulbs since it is in my neighborhood! They were knowledgeable and friendly. It took about an hour and was ready to go. Also got $10 off for making an appointment online.

Batteries Plus opened at 8, all other cellphone repair shops opened later at 10, this was my initial reason for choosing them. He did a great job at a great price, and was friendly and helpful to boot! I even got a $10 discount for setting up my appointment on line. I would definitely use Batteries Plus again. It was a 5/5 experience.

I made an online appointment, so they were able to start replacing my shattered screen right away. I left and came back after an hour and it was ready. It looks great, works perfectly! Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Do yourself a favor and only buy screen protectors from these guys. They install them perfectly and they replace them for only $5 when you crack the protectors.

First time into a Batteries Plus store. Needed a new battery for my cell phone. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Ill definitely return next time I have an issue with my phone.

They did a good job and replacing the screen on my Galaxy S7. It was more than I would have liked to spend, even with their discounts. It is $189. And you can find some 15% off coupons if you look.The problem is that I dropped my phone again a month later, and the screen started acting up. Even though the phone is in an OtterBox.So I dont know the quality of the screens they are using. But I did have them replace it again. They do it in a quick turnaround. Only a few hours. And even work on Sundays.They do perform work on other phones. Ive watched people bring iPhones and other brands in as well. Im pretty confident that nothing costs as much as a Galaxy S7, S8, or S9 because the screen picture quality is unmatched.Just make sure that you look online for some coupons before you pay.EDIT 6/21:I got rid of the otter box and got a much stronger aluminum case on the outside and silicone on the inside. So, I dropped my phone again this morning and the screen shattered. The screen protector they put on the phone was completely untouched.I brought it in this morning and got little more than a shrug and the manager took the phone.I get the fact that I dropped the phone... but it is in a metal case with soft silicone surrounding it. The screen protector was untouched.Dropping my rating to 1 star.Severely disappointed.

Great job but I did not get a call when my iPad was ready for pickup. That would have been helpful. Otherwise, all good.

I broke my phone screen and brought it into Batteries + Bulbs. Within 2 hours they fixed the screen, and my phone actually worked better than ever before. They alerted me of some issues with my phone that they noticed and fixed. 10/10 would go to again and recommend to a friend.

I requested midgrade batteries for one drill battery pack and the high-end batteries for the other pack. I asked to have the labeled as to what each one was. Received a call that they were done and that I could come and pick them up. Got there and they were not labeled. Another tech. disassembled them to identify which one was the high end drill battery pack. Turns the mid-grade batteries were in both packs. Thats almost a thirty dollar difference. Now I have to make another or second trip to pick up the crrected battery pack tomorrow. A screw was missing on the pack I had to ask the tech. to put in the screw.

I had the screen on my iPhone 6S replaced yesterday and it is like brand new. I am very satifisied with the work they did. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It went pretty good and was fairly quick. Only issue is that when they had to remove the adhesive it released some of the adhesive on the screen as well

I had scheduled an appointment for 8:30 and told repairs typically take 45-60 minutes and would be done at 11:00. By 12:30 I was told that the repair had been completed.Side-note, I had previously used this Batteries Plus to get a new battery and when I went to schedule my appointment online was suggested that I could also get the battery replaced for $39.99 - or half of what I had paid just two weeks earlier.
