Not only is it impossible to get in touch with anyone from here, they never take care of their own duties when you finally do. Mice are rampant and they charge you for things like the garbage disposal breaking. Dont expect to get a security deposit back either. They charge outrageous pricing for things like cleaning and filing. There is absolutely no reliability with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolutely awful. When we moved into the house it was an absolute disaster, dirty and filled with previous tenants things. We called multiple times and were told they wouldnt clean anything up. Cleaned up everything on our own, but left a lot of the stuff there since it was there when we moved in and only got half of our security deposit back because we were charged for them cleaning trash and fixing the things we asked them to fix multiple times during our stay there. They now arent answering any of my calls about the security deposit. 10/10 would not recommend.

I have rented office, factory and warehouse space for over 40 years. Never have I had a worse, unresponsive, dishonest property manager than Marsha/Marcia of Domininion Property Management. Deal with this person at your peril.

I have lived next to one of their properties for years. They have rented the house to one couple that did not trash the house. Dominion hasnt maintained the house or yard. The owners have been ripped off by this Property Manager.

Have been very reasonable on rent/ location. I am in a commercial property.

They make feeble attempts to extort their renters, do not seem to know anything about Colorado/El Paso laws, and throw glorified tantrums when you won’t pay up. Marcia is a glorified slumlord and an outright nightmare. Will never rent from again, and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Horrible management and forget about getting matience to fix anything. And say goodbye to your security deposit.
