Kim’s alterations are spectacular! I have had several of my favorite items tailored. I’ve lost some weight due to a medical condition; but thanks to these awesome ladies I haven’t had to give up on my favorite pieces. They fit even better than before. Thanks again

I took a suit in to get tailored. The older lady was beyond sweet and very helpful. Ive never owned a suit before and, so she was a big help to me.

I had taken a pair of brown jeans to them and when I received them they were starched which I did not ask for, creased which I did not ask for, scorched the outline of the front pockets and sides where the seams are, and had what looks like bleach discoloration. The old lady guaranteed it was them that did it. And they made me pay for. Their are crooks that just want your money. Good luck if anything happens to your clothing items.

Kims repaired two zippers for me in a very reasonable time frame, even though they were extremely busy. The two ladies were very friendly and professional and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you! :-)

Best place for alterations. I have tried several different places and none have met expectations like this place. I asked for very specific alterations to be made and they delivered! I refuse to go to any other place since I will not get what I requested. Lifetime customer here!!!

Managed to help me with last minute request with no problems. Had it ready the next day! Everything was smooth and they were extremely friendly!

I had an event to go to, but my white shirt collar was dirty the day before... and guess what? Kims has a special where they do a 24H turn around for dry cleaning! It turned out great, the shirt was as spotless as before I gave it to them and on top of that they even cleaned the collar (the only slightly dirty part). I came back less then a week later because I while riding in a car I unexpectedly spilled my drink while going over a bump and stain my shirt. When I came to pick up my $30 dry cleaning I was surprised... also completely unexpectedly my shirt was still stained. When I brought it to the employees attention they tried to tell me, The stain had been there for months, well it was less than two day... I took it home threw some bleach on it (white dress shirt) and the stain, like magic, was gone... what did I pay for!!!!

Very fast and neat work! Not to mention cheap if not reasonable prices. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

She did great and the price was more than fair! I will be going back.Update:My wife had her alter her bridesmaids dress for a wedding, but she forgot to pick it up before she closed and we were flying out early the next morning. She brought the dress to our house! Incredible. She really saved us. I dont think many people would have done what she did for us. You cant put a price on that kind of service and dedication.

After calling this shop to request getting measured for an upcoming event, the lady says we dont do that, yet they do alterations. Definitely will not be giving her my business...

Ive been using Kim for alterations and hemming since 2012. Shes hemmed and altered every single prom and special occasion dress Ive ever had and she always does it perfectly. I had a recital dress that needed hemmed and altered a bit on the top, and it was a huge poofy dress, and the work she did on it was great! Also I think her prices are more than fair!

These ladies did a lovely and precise job altering a dress for me. Price was fair. Highly reccomend.

They did a fabulous job with all 5 of our bridesmaids dresses and thankfully they accommodated 4 out of the 5 with in 1 week of the day of the wedding. 2 of those 4 didnt even have what they needed for the fitting yet the alterations somehow still came out perfectly.

Rapid alterations at a reasonable rate.

Prices were high and they sent my clothes back and forth to another cleaner without asking my permission, and then made me run all around town to find them. It took me 2 days after they were clean to finally get my clothes back. They even sent me to a store on the other side of town that was already closed.
