First, David’s bridal sized me as an 18 🥴 I ordered a 22 and really honestlyNeeded a 24/26. Bridesmaid dresses almost always can not be taken out, so I was pressed, because well, I got the dress 2 weeks before I had to go to the wedding. 😰 Dianne said no worries. I got you. She put a corset in the back, and hemmed this dress beautifully. She did it…. In record time, with what seemed like hundreds of other clients orders as well. She knew my name and dress without being prompted. Her home is beautiful, very warm and welcoming energy. My dress looked the best out of everyone’s because it was handled by a true professional. My daughter found the most amazing dress for prom but it was just to long for her short build. With very little notice Dianne was able to make the alterations and help my daughter feel like a princess. The fit was amazing, Dianne took the time to really explain what was going on and to make my daughter feel special. The quality of the work was impressive. The turn around very quick. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Dianne is WONDERFUL!! She hemmed and put a hook on the back of a formal dress for me I wore to a gala. It originally had a long train she removed as well. It was absolutely perfect and I had so many compliments!! She also cut part of my dress into a pocket square for my fiance. ❤ I must say we were the best dressed!!

Dianne is simply amazing. She altered my daughter’s birthday dress about 2 years ago. I posted before and after pictures. Dianne literally used 2 safety pins and it fit my daughter perfect. She loves it, even still to this day. Diane did a lot of work, had to take the entire bottom of the skirt off to bring it up. Which meant she had to take the waste and all the jewels off. She fixed the waste, the sash for the chest, the arm pits and the shoulders. It looked like weeks of work to me and she got it done in 2 days, in time for the party!!! Dianne was so sweet and kind; she worked so hard on altering my wedding dress. We ended up having to change the whole back of my dress. However, one of my straps was falling off all night and the back would not stay the way it shouldve on the wedding day. The whole process was stressful because I wasnt sure if my dress was going to turn out. It was beautiful but not perfect, unfortunately.

Ok wow.. Dianne is truly a perfectionist and a master of her craft. Dianne altered my wedding dress which was made out of several delicate layers of silk and lace. My dress was done in less than two weeks and when I tried it on, I was ecstatic. The dress not only fit me perfectly but Dianne even moved around some of the flowers on the dress to make them blend even better than they did originally. She is an artist.

Diane was wonderful! I received so many compliments on my maid of honor dress this past weekend! When my dress was delivered to a shop in Denver in July, I requested it to be altered. Mainly for my height, but I also tried it on and asked the seamstress her opinion for the rest of the dress. She said it was fine and I could pick the dress up in 3 weeks. I picked my dress up when I went with the bride to pick up her dress. I tried it on for the bride and she was worried about my hips being the only thing holding up the strapless dress. I called Diane and she told to come right on over for a fitting and she perfectly had the dress done in less than 2 days. She was willing to work with this short timeframe since I had to be back into Denver for the wedding events. The price was amazing and the same amount I paid for the Denver seamstress to cut the bottom length off. The dress did not pinch my back area and stayed up wonderfully throughout the reception dancing and everything! Wonderful experience!!!!

Two other bridal seamstresses refused the job because they said it was too much work and the outcome would not look right. I was referred to Dianne by a family friend. Dianne never hesitated with the work needed and she exceeded my expectations. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day. Hi! I am Angie Hayes! There is so much that i can say about Mrs. Dianne! When I ordered my renewal dress online. I tried it on it was to big and I was freaking out because the date was getting close and we didnt know anyone that could sew. My partner looked online and found Dianne. I called to make an appointment to have her look at my dress to see what she could do.Oh my! Her mind was on the same wave link as mine! We clicked so well that I trusted her will my dress! So her is the Outcome was EPIC!!! She is the Best!!!!!(Wish i could show the before and after pictures)

She took my alterations job of 3 items. Told me to pick up on May 17. The day of, she calls me to say the alterations are not ready. So, I was understanding and said it would be fine to go with the next week, so we changed the date of pick up to the following Friday. I called on that Friday and told her I could not come but could on Monday, however, my alterations were still not ready anyway. I told her I only had one more chance to pick up my items before needing them and she said to come the following Friday. I called her the night before to confirm pick up for the next day, and the items were still not done. I told her I cant come again and could only come tomorrow and she was so hostile and defensive on the phone, and impossible to communicate with. When I told her I can only come tomorrow, Friday, she snapped at me in an aggressive tone saying she does all her work at night, shes so busy, they will be done and it will be ready tomorrow for pick up. So, Friday comes and I go to pick up after work and sure enough my clothes were STILL NOT DONE!! I was in utter shock! It was a surreal experience to hear her saying it STILL wasnt ready. And to add fuel to the fire she lit, she was so aggressive and hostile, and seemed to be angry at ME! I told her this was the reason I called last night to confirm pick up for today. She goes on saying that she is so tired, and so busy and full of excuses. So, why did she agree to take my work in the first place. Then she says it will be ready tomorrow, Sat, and I told her I COULD NOT come tomorrow, Sat, as i had told her this a few times, that this was the last chance for me to pick up the clothes (did she think I was just saying this??). She goes on to state in a very rude, abrupt and hostile tone that she will bring the clothes to me tomorrow (Sat), and what time do I want her to drop them off. I didnt have my planner on me so I had to stop and think because I had important plans on Sat morning and she was so impatient and rude about me telling her a time, I had to actually tell her that she sounded so angry and none of this was fair to ME (the customer!!! REMEMBER!!). So, finally the next day her husband brought me my clothes completed. I initially went to her excited to be having a good experience with a trusted professional because of the good reviews, so I do feel compelled to warn others who rely on reviews like I do. BUYER BEWARE and basic business principle applies: dont make promises you cant keep!!! Work within your limits, dont take more work than you are capable of doing!! She turned an experience that I was excited about into a stressful, disturbing one instead.

She altered 2 dresses for me. One for a military ball, another formal dress for family pictures. Both came out wonderfully!!!! One of the dresses has a large amount of beadwork that had to be sewn on by hand and her work was spectacular!!

I had Diane do some alterations on my wedding dress, and oh man did she do way more than I expected. I had a lot to be done on my dress since I bought an off the rack dress (discontinued dress and I had to have it lol ) well she had to take out some things. fix seams and all sorts of stuff to make my dress perfect and she absolutely did. And she also did some changes to my flower girls dress. I would highly recommend her for any kind of alterations. I mean hey I trusted her with my wedding dress and she did amazing work. By the way the cost is extremely reasonable. And she is very professional In every way. Her downstairs is set up for her appointments and the mirrors were even better than the bridal shop. I went to Dianne because she had such high reviews online. This was my first time to visit a tailor, and I was a little bit nervous that I would get back something I didnt want. When I dropped my pants off, Dianne took the time to talk to me about what I was really looking for, and I left very confident that she would do a great job.She had my pants ready in less than a week. When I picked them up, she had done exactly what I asked, but that caused them to be a bit funky in the knees. I talked to her about it, and she said no problem - shed fix them with no upcharge. I just picked them up this afternoon, and theyre PERFECT. They are literally exactly what I had hoped for. As I sit in my perfectly fitting pants, staring at a pile of clothes Ill be taking to her, I couldnt be happier.I definitely will be suggesting her to everyone I know. Shes marvelous.

In terms of service, this place cant be beat. Dianne is a wonderful person. I brought her a jacket that Mens Wearhouse quite frankly butchered, and she pointed out everything that was wrong, and because of her advice was able to get a new custom jacket ordered free of charge. I needed to get the delicate upper portion of my wedding dress shortened, and was also hoping to minimize the appearance of seams. I took in a formal dress for a ball on a Tuesday and got it back by Thursday. She did a great job on my alterations and was very affordable. Will definitely recommend her to my friends!

Got my groomsmen pants tailored here for my brothers wedding. She did a very good job! However, although she said she would be done by Wednesday night, when I called on Thursday morning she said she still needed about 30 more minutes or so to finish it up. Not sure if she was just busy during that time, or had forgotten till then, but if I was in a time crunch it may have been bad.

My clothing item was to be done on a Friday and when I went to pick it up the following week, it was not done. She said she forgot to put it in her system and was barely apologetic about the special trip I made to come pick up my item. I will not be using this place again, considering no compensation, a little off the price, was given to me for wasting my time and forgetting to tailor my item.
