The membership is so so worth it too if you like your car looking clean, go through just once a week and you’ll already meet the value of the membership. I like to go through at least twice a week. Paid 19.00 for a wash, wheels and wax. My wheels were still dirty and other areas on my vehicle didnt get clean. The car wash at the Shell station does a better job. The only reason I give it a 2 is because the kids liked the lights.

Am Grandfathered as a customer and when I have problems my plan and price are always used for my service. The people are always friendly and helpful and are always looking out for their customers and ready to help any way they can. The extra drive is well worth the service.

On the plus side, the wash didnt cause any damage, but it did a very poor job removing dirt from my 2015 Mustang that had been trailered over 10 miles of dirt road. There were several areas on the hood and trunk were the dirt was simply not removed - simply not enough brush contact.

Automated car wash sheared through the metal of my side view mirror at Car Wash USA Express, I was informed that their policy is to not pay anything in terms of repairs for cars older than 7 years. Careful using this car wash if you drive a 2013 or older.

I went through this car wash and noticed that it didnt get a lot of the dead bug/bug guts off my windshield. I mentioned it to one of the workers and they let me go through a second time for free (and they spent extra time washing my windshield to get those bugs off). I was impressed by their customer service! My car looked so much better the second time through.

I have run my brand new 2021 truck through a few times now and have noticed small scratches and swirls because of the brushes. Warning! Do not use unless you like scratches and swirls on your vehicle.

I used to use this car wash all the time when i worked in the area. Used it a week ago and there was an attendant out at the entrance taking peoples cards inside because “the machine was having problems”. I pulled out a card i rarely use and he ran it inside before returning it a few minutes later. This was the only time i used this card for the entire week and the only time its ever left my possession. They used my information and used my card all over town charging $500 to various places before my bank froze my card. Needless to say, their reviews shows their services have gone down hill and obviously their integrity and customer service have as well, since they hire thieves.

Car wash was good, vacuum was just ok. I went to get gift cards for easter baskets along with getting my car washed, the man behind the counter told me the new owners that took over are not doing gift cards anymore but he then went on to tell me that he knew Quick Quack offered them. 🤣

Ive been searching for a good drive thru car wash and have previously been disappointed because they all left the back of my truck extremely dirty. But, Wild Blue Car Wash did not fail me! First, I will say that I got the most expensive wash, as I have at the other car washes, and this was the least expensive at $16 - which included a hot wax. As I mentioned, the biggest miss has been getting the back of my truck clean, which is difficult to accomplish at a drive thru car wash. So, how did Wild Blue excel where the others failed? They had a person washing the back of all the cars and trucks while entering the carwash! It probably only took him 30 seconds per vehicle, but that was enough to make all the difference! Definitely recommend.

Not happy at all had to go up the street to the spray and wash and do it correctly myself.

Car Wash USA has been unresponsive in my attempts to cancel my membership. They continue to charge my credit card--which is stealing. If you must use their service, DO NOT let them make automatic withdrawals from your credit card. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back, and their online cancellation form is useless!!! I have had to contact my credit card company to stop their theft.

This place has no way to call and speak to anyone at the main car wash or customer service. Have left several messages and called the listed number so many times to get no answer. Trying to Cancel my memberships for both vehicles and they make it impossible to do so. Not a single returned call or help from anyone at this place. Horrible customer service. Take your business to another place before wasting money on these car washes that do the same wash no matter what you pay for. It’s a giant scam.

They have a mat cleaner that you run your mat through and it brushes off all the dirt. Its amazing. I dont know anywhere else with one!

I pay $20/month for unlimited washes. Pull up, wait for the computer to detect the RFID installed on my windshield and voila! Im on my way to clean with tire shine in under five minutes. Have a few extra minutes to spare, the vacuums are free and they really suck...like in a good way.You can wash your floor mats here (havent tried that as I have custom molded weather tec mats).Highly recommend.

I got a car wash at this car wash this morning and, overall, it was a good experience. The location is basically fine and convenient, but the side road off of Barnes Rd. that leads to the car wash is very dirty, full of potholes, and narrow. The actual car wash itself is reasonably priced, very good and does a good job cleaning your vehicle. The vacuum area is excellent. The employees are patient.

Fun! The car had been dirty since Saturday from a dirt road east of COS so I thought I would have to wash it myself but the automatic washer got her cleaned up. Plus easy to use vacuuming!! Thank you!!

Let me tell you these guys are awesome. I came through with a Bug splattered Subaru. Paid for the wash and vacuumed out the car. Rushed out to get the kids gone for their midday nap. Once getting home realized that bug guts were all over the front Dacia. Came back in talked to them and they hooked me up with making sure the big guts were removed. Exceptional service every time I have been through here. There are a ton of these places popping up but this place will be the only one that gets my service.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee through, paid $19 for the best wash and it is still covered in dust, my rims and gait are filthy. Dust is streaking down my doors. My Jeep was just dusty, no mud or major work needed done. The vacuum worked, but thats about all I have to report that is good.

Not great. Took my car for a wash to get bugs off from traveling. Didnt get all the bugs off the body or the windshield and the vacuum want very strong. Only $7 for the wash, but still. . . .

Vacuums actually suck up debris! The crew is very helpful & friendly. I visit this place almost daily.

Good value for money. Assistant tried to prewash all the bug stains and got many of them. Staff could be friendlier, tho.

Car was dusty, ran through the wash and it came out with stripes of dust on it! I dont know how this is possible having been completely soaked. There are many spots that the brushes didnt even touch. Free vacuums available but had to go inside to ask for wiping cloth.

Awesome place. I liked it so much that I signed up for monthly services to keep my car spotless, especially in winter-spring time. There is no limitation how many times you can go through car wash and I had to do it twice one day. But other than that, its clean from the first try. Highly recommend.

Our BMW wasnt completely clean passing through the 19.00 wash,tire wash and wax. Vacuums worked well. Just not happy with the cleaning results.

I dont know how to attach pictures, but I went today, and my wheel wells were left caked in the mud that i went there to get cleaned off. Other than that great job, just wont be back.-EDIT Emailed when i woke up this morning and still waiting on a reply, will update as it progresses.-Edit #2 still no reply to my email so guess it was just for show.

Newer equipment. Actually cleaned better than the Garden of the Gods location. Membership scanner was a little wonky when we went so be patient

The car wash does a good job. The vacuums are the best! A ton of suction and the nose gets into this hard to reach crevasses.

Service staff very nice and competent. My car really feels good about the monthly membership, and it shows.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Paint damage and severe scratches in (2) places to my custom painted 4Runner. I filed a damage claim and I was told by Assistant Manager (Blake?) that I would be contacted - nothing. ZERO integrity and good customer service. If you care about your vehicle (especially our military members) boycott this place and DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! There are much better options in town.

Went for a car wash. Never been to one like this before. Just the gas station kind. Did what I was told by the person guiding me through. Rolled my window down and told him I wasnt sure if I was doing it right and he told me to drive forward and I was good. I did what I was told. Had a windshield covered in soap. I bumped the car in front of me because I followed the instructions of the employee. Now theyre putting all of the blame on me. I did as I was told by an employee and because their camera footage doesnt put them at fault, Im getting screwed over.

Probably one of the best car washes in town. Smells good inside the wash and cleans the car well. I only have to manually clean the rear of the car in the tight places the brushes do not reach. Vacuums are good as well.

Skeptical: There are 2 drive up pay terminals. If 2 cars pay around the same time, not sure how they decipher which car paid for which wash. I paid for the $16 car wash and Im pretty sure that is not what I got. It went through super quick, and I saw no special lights for the hot wax or anything, and it dried my SUV for about 20 seconds, so pretty much did not dry my vehicle at all.

Stefan was great. We lost a hub cap wheel cover and they returned it to us the next visit. Stephan was wonderful amd recognized our car right away and let us know they had it. When we exited the car wash Stephan was there with the hub cap cover. I have a membership here and would recommend it to others. Thank you wild blue and especially Stefan.

Access to the car wash is on Integrity Center Point via Barnes which is a complete zoo ... especially with all the street work ( they never stop messing with the highway ) so getting across is nearly impossible ... and you better bring a towel to clean of all the excess water!!!

I had such a fantastic experience this morning at the car wash! From the beginning when the guys were nice enough to help me out with my coupon and especially the guy who scrubbed my windshield I just adore these guys! Will definitely be back!!!

Good car wash. Kind of on the expensive side, but not anything too outrageous. I got the basic wash and had some dirty spots still left on my car, but Im sure if I had paid a little extra I wouldve gotten a more detailed wash. For the price, it did the trick just fine.

My car was filthy going in. The car was very clean everywhere except the back end between brake lights including license plate area. When dried, places where brushes missed, were obvious. All in all though, good value for a fast wash

2 price increases in short period of time otherwise wed give them 5 stars. vacuums have good suction. theres usually someone available when payment machine misbehaves. we like the monthly pay option. would like to suggest senior & military discount options be considered.

Had some bad luck today after driving through paint. Two 50 gallon paint containers fell off a truck & I didnt have the opportunity to swerve in time. Thankfully Bryson hooked it up & spent additional time power washing the mess off. Thanks again! I cant express my gratitude enough.

Quite decent car wash, very fast services. After car washed you also get self serviced vacuum your car for free. If you like washing your car very often they offer monthly fees, it’s cheaper that way. I did single paid $12 for the car wash, came out nice and shiny. The thing is that my car is large suv, so the back windshield by my trunk that has a little hood pop out and back bumper didn’t get cleaned very well. For me is ok it got washed by machine, not a big deal. After car washed just need little wipe off where you vacuum your car.

Easiest car wash in town with windshield RFID tags to breeze you through the line. Does get busy in big commute times. But gives a high quality wash and vacuum.

Fast car wash, fun for kids

Not impressed at all went to get a car wash dumps a lot of soap on your car. The water pressure to rinse it off isnt strong enough to get all the soap off so the whole front fender of my car was covered in soap. I did go back through to try and fix the problem they gave me a free car wash when back through and the problem still wasnt fixed I would not recommend.

Last night while I was cleaning out my car I accidentally threw out my wallet. I didnt notice it was missing until I got home. The last place I had it was the car wash, so the next day I went back down to Wild Blue and spoke to the guys there and explained my problem. Tim, one of the attendants, offered to dig through the dumpster for me to find my wallet. At first I declined and said dont worry about it because the dumpster was full and not very appealing. Tim insisted and told me he wouldnt mind digging through the dumpster. Thanks to Tims insistence and his desire to go above and beyond, he found my wallet!!!Thanks Tim, I hope you always keep your charisma and desire to help others. Terrible carwash. First time I tried it after a snow storm, I had to go through 4-5 times just to get my truck clean. The soap isnt strong enough, the rinse doesnt last long enough and leaves soap all over your vehicle, the blow dryers dont last long enough to get all the soap off, and it ripped off my license plate. Great service from the staff though. Tried to cancel my subscription and the first person I talked to told me I had to do it online. Theres no where on the website to cancel your subscription. Second person canceled it in under 2 min on the phone.

Completely Destroyed my blue paint on my 2016 Civic Touring. Scratches everywhere. Would not recommend.

Was a great place until they decided to increase their prices 1 Oct. Yet they were closed for 3 full days and no one mentioned anything about some form of credit for those paying monthly. Guess we have to pay for their new paved parking spaces!! I’m done with businesses who always feel they don’t make enough money!!!!!

Very well run with a great staff. Quality equipment; all fronts. It can get busy though. They need a 3rd and/or maybe a 4th Springs location. Although, Im sure theyd all be busy too.

Love this carwash for a multitude of reasons but specifically for the fact that they did put some covid precautions out as soon as the stay at home order began. They only allowed every other vacuum station to be used and everytime Ive been able to access them and get in and out effortlessly even with lines to get into the wash. Definitely reccomend over quick quack for the quality of their wash & power of the vacuums.

Wouldnt honor their own coupon. Dont purchase anything from them online they will just steal your money

Dryer blew off and damaged my passenger side exterior door panel. They were responsive to the damage report but refused to take responsibility even after reviewing the video. Basically said oh it was loose when you came in. Its definitely wasnt loose and all of the clips were still in tact. If I could Id file a law suit against these guys. Very disappointing customer integrity service and lack of integrity on their part.

Best car wash on the Powers corridor. Great wash and FREE vacuum! I love the monthly wash memberships as they save me quite a bit of money off the regulars prices. I love Wild Blue! Best deal in town! Great equipment and fast and convenient. MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR CAR IN NEUTRAL WHEN GOING THROUGH THE CAR WASH! I got rear-ended in the car wash because the person behind me didnt put their car in neutral! No harm done to my car though.

UPDATE: Another year another price increase. This time with no warning. Membership just went up $5/month! I remember when membership was $9/month a couple years ago. Now its $15. Thats a 66% increase in just 2 years!! Consumer price index rate for that same period was only 6%!!! Look for my cancellation to come through today.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Never had any problems here. Buy they keep jacking up their prices. It was $3 when they opened a few years back but now its $5. They want to get you to buy their unlimited wash club option which is a decent deal at $9/month. But if you ever go on a nice weekend day the line is out to the road and youll be waiting for 15-20 minutes.

Terrible customer service! My husband and I have had the the best unlimited wash on our cars for some time now. I have a Mercedes Benz s550 and you guys have had to give me multiple stickers for inside and out of my car and it never would work so you guys just recently gave me a card that I can stick out of my window. Today as I was getting ready to go to through the wash and Chris at the powers location tried to physically gab my membership ship card because I would not give it to him and then told me I could not be a customer if I didn’t give it to him.then I was holding my phone on speaker so he could talk with my husband and chris took my phone out of my hand and would not give it back. He humiliated me. He even had another worker go tell all the cars behind me what was going on and that it was going to be a while. He then was not going to let me go through the car wash. He was very very rude. Cussed at me and took my property out of my hands and would not give it back!! I have never had a bad experience until today. We hope this matter gets solved soon! Completely unacceptable

This place is the move for anyone needing a wash or two every week on the regular from 7-7. Monthly fee ranges from $35-$40 for unlimited washes with the works includes clear coat protection, rainex, tire shine,. If they had a full serve option for the interior would be a five star establishment.

I’ve been going to this car wash since it opened! The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful! Steffan was extremely helpful and went the extra mile at my most recent visit by helping me put my spare tire back under my car, not something you would expect at a car wash, but it definitely saved my day!I would definitely recommend Wild Blue because the car wash is as amazing as their staff!!

Great car wash and great value. There are so many kinds of things you can get at this car wash. From cheaper to more expensive, the cheapest wash you can get is just $5 and the most expensive is $15. There is also a wash club where you can even save more money. The $15 wash ($26 per month for wash club) is the best value. This wash includes a basic wash plus wheel cleaner, tire scrubber, clear coat protection, extra jet drying, triple foam polish, Carnauba hot wax, and tire shine (as seen on website). Only unfortunate thing is that the line almost always takes a while to get through. Almost every time I go I wait about 5-10 minutes. Overall great wash though, almost every time I go the car comes out completely clean.

A fine automatic car wash with friendly and helpful staff. As it tends to be the case for most automatic car washes, I did have to hand dry my car afterwards but overall I feel like the wash was acceptable.

Great wash but doesnt dry enough

Paid $18 for a car wash and when I got out to vacuum the car, the front bumper was still incredibly dirty. I took a picture and showed it to a supervisor. He told me they could redo it but I would need to wait in line again (it took 30 min the first time and the line was slightly longer). I told him I did not have the time and asked if I could come back another day which he said was not an option. Seems off and I am super displeased with the product and customer service.
