I have a membership there and I love it. I have 4 kids which makes the free vacuums a blessing and living on a dirt road I sometimes have to go 2-3 times to get all the dirt and mud off and they are so helpful and patient. They will get their pressure hose out and make sure my car is perfectly clean!

It’s a decent automatic car wash. Their subscription for 12 months is pretty cheap. Good vacuums as well. Only downside is the wash itself is not very high end. I expected more brush machines and a wide array of amenities. Didn’t get the bugs off my car very well.

Great service. Quick and easy. The attendants at the pay station and lot are nice and the place is kept clean. Great wash if you wash your vehicle more than once a month using thier VIP membership.

I have gone to this location or the one on Barnes for many years. Today there was a car parked at the end nearest Caliber Collision. The customer vacuuming his Jeep had its BOOM speakers up so loud, they could be heard in the office with the door closed! There was an attendant in the cleaning area and I asked him to please ask the customer to turn the speakers down. He ignored me so I went into the office. Another employee said it did not meet the criteria for loud music. He refused to give me his name but several years ago when he was working at the car wash, he said he used to work at Walmart but couldnt stand dealing with the customers. The employee who 1st refused to take action left in a Buick with fancy wheel covers. Maybe Im in the wrong here, but I think noises this abrasive should not be allowed.

For a value car wash, this place is great. $7 for an exterior car wash. Plus, you can get add on. Free vacuums and mat cleaning.

I have gone to this carwash several times using the premium to basic service, now I purchased the monthly service and today the brushes scratched my car.The attendant said they would take pictures and send it to their corporate office. To many reviews on here that the corporate office doe not fix your car or respond.I emailed the corporate office last month on a different matter and never got a response.At least when this carwash wash locally owned you were able to get help and a timely response.There are other carwash services performing better then this corporation.From the photos a little hard to see, the brushes scratched my left rear door and left grooves in my left rear bumper.The vacuums are excellent, as well as the floor mat brush machine.

Great place for a quick wash and vac. The owner is a nice guy too. He is there frequently, checking the soap and wax levels and gathering quarters from the machines. The place is clean. Time using the sprayer is a bit short, but ok anyway.

Memberships are very reasonable, and service is *usually* smooth. However, on busy days, the line is kind of outrageous.SOLUTION: Since there are two lines for admittance into the car wash, one should be dedicated to members only; and overflow for cash/credit card payments should be funneled into the members lane when the member lane is low. Members dont fiddle at the screen, ensuring a truly expedited lane. From a strategic business standpoint, this would even incentivize more people to become members. All it would take is one *point person* at the head of the line to divert members to the expedited members lane during peak rush hours.NOTE: I used to work at a car wash and did valet parking at the Gaylord Palms in Florida, where we had 3,000+ vehicle movements in a span of a few hours during convention season; and have a weird passion for process improvement/ Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I know what Im talking about. I just hope this gets read by the right person.

Good place to get a very detailed clean car wash

I came in today to get my car washed, after reading the reviews of the wash leaving some cars dirty I was skeptical but decided to form my own opinion. Would you guess that! My car came out leaving dirt all along side the passenger side. Frustrated I went inside to get a refund and the man told me I couldn’t get a refund but I could go through again for no charge. I appreciate the gesture but don’t have time to wait for 12 cars to go through the wash in order for me to go again when the first time should have been enough. I should have listened to the bad reviews. As well the guy with the brush guiding cars in didn’t even touch my car with the brush and also made a nasty gesture while I entered the wash.

After the wash, wheels were still filthy and the front of the car was still covered with smashed bugs. Not too pleased with the cleanliness versus cost.

Sometimes we get good service here, b sometimes not. The was never gets all the dirt off the car, even at the premium, but it is what it is.Vacuums are good and the floor mat beaters are a nice option.

I made a huge mistake after cleaning my car and vacuumed up my incredibly expensive work key. John and Jessie spent an hour after closing digging through the trash with me to find it. And we did! It was lodged in a hose. They went above and beyond to help me recover my horrible mistake. Exceptional care!!

I paid $16 for their best car wash and it didnt do much but scratch my paint. I talked to the attendant and he let me go through again. Still not clean. The car wash cant remove dust that I can wipe away with a light swipe of my fingers. What the heck? I called the manager and he told me it is an Express wash and I should just go to a detail shop if I want my car clean. What a sham. Save your money and go somewhere else.

So the sign-up process for the monthly deal isnt maybe the most clear but once thats out of the way, its smooth sailing. The monthly plan pays for itself fairly quickly in the winter with how often its been snowing. Maybe Ill update as December rolls around .

Had a monthly membership here for 4 years now (under previous and current owners) and I woukd likely go without my coffee addiction if I had to pick between good coffee and my car wash membership! It actually is a huge savings if you keep your car looking nice:) pretty great service too!!

Jon the assistant manager was by far amazing to me and my wife. Very professional gentleman. The free vacuum that is offered with a basic wash I love. The nozzles they have for the vacuum help getting hard to reach areas. I hate I was introduced to this wash so soon to me leaving Colorado.

The vacuums are nice. The car wash itself was just okay. It doesnt clean very well and leaves spots everywhere. I paid 13 dollars for a wash and tire clean. Wasnt impressed with the outcome. And my car wasnt even that dirty.

Cancelled my membership back in December. Left at least 10 messages because waiting for a team member to answer the phone is a very wasteful endeavor. No one ever picks up. I’m on the other side of the country so stopping in is joy an option.Here we are 4 months later and these morons are still attempting to charge my credit card for a service that was cancelled.

This place was charging $5.00 per regular carwash, they raised to $7.00 and stopped brushing your front and back windshields and license plates, the guy who brushes skip me twice I complaint with the management for discrimination and he replied is just for members which it wasnt true, my wife us not member and get brush the windshield, anyway raising prices and lowering service is not a good investment due you have to pay the top price if you want the car a little cleaner if you pay $7.00 you will have to pass thru several times or take the dirt by yourself if you want your car clean. Better use the quarter carwash if you are going to do the job for cheap.

Super busy, but staff is always friendly and they do a good job of staggering how many people they run the automated wash so you never have to wait for a vacuum. The floor mat beater is a nice touch.

A great fast way to wash your car and the available vaccums are awesome. Staff is very professional and helpful if you have questions about the wash. I have saved lots in money by paying the monthly membership. My car 11 year old car always comes out very clean. Probably will be member untill I move out of Colorado Springs in the far future.

Fair warning, this car wash left multiple long scratches on my windshield and hood. We made a report, the employee took pictures and then had to wait for their customer service specialist to review the incident. Of course they immediately came back with its not their fault. Between two emails, she changed her story. First saying there was preexisting damage (incorrect, its a brand new car). After I questioned her about it she then said there was no damage when we left the car wash and provided me with two far away pictures that shows absolutely nothing. She even accused me of leaving, scratching my vehicle and coming back to report it. Who would do that? Why would I scratch my own NEW vehicle? She also said that no one else claimed any damage. Wrong again, while we were there doing our damage report another customer came up and claimed damage to his truck. Stay away from this place!!!

Yes I was at the car wash Saturday and the guy waved me to go in I always follow the instructions for my car to have a good wash there was another car in ahead of me. I pulled in put my car in neutral. There was also another car behind me. The car wash started and I noticed my car getting closer the the one in front of me. Till I bumped the car I had to put my brakes because I would of just kept on bumping the car. In the mean time the car behind me bumped my car. The attendant asked me if I had my car in drive I said no! I have been coming here for two years now I should know what to do. He said we need to go out so we can exchange information about our insurance. I think this guy did not have my car in the tracks and it was swaying back and forth. The people that were in front of me said there was no damage to there vehicle and the guy in back of me said there was no damage to his vehicle. It was real bad experience I do not like swaying around in a car wash. I will be taking my business somewhere else. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash.

Paid for the $16 ultimate wash. It got my car cleaner but still had visible dirt. Included tire shine didnt seem to do anything unlike other locations. Incredibly long line through the parking lot but moved quickly. Free vacuums are nice.

Great pricinf on the unlimited memberships. Wash does and excellent job getting grime off cars( and I drive for limo service so Im very particular with the wash) and good strong vacumns to clean interior

A bit pricey but worth it if you get the monthly subscription. The vacuums are very powerful and free for the public. Im pretty sure they also have insurance if their machine ever causes damage to your car.

This is my preferred carwash spot. It offers more options than most places in terms of price/options. Wheres other carwashes will charge $15+ for an automatic basic wash, and then charge more to use the vacuums, this carwash gives you multiple choices under than price, is kept clean and the machinery updated, plus you get to use the vacuums complimentary. Also, its got multiple vacant plots so lots of people can use the facilities at once instead of having to wait.

I ran my car through the first time and my car came out really dirty. I found an employee who allowed me to run it through again free of charge but the second time wasnt any better. My entire car was covered in a nasty abrasive grit. I do not recommend this car wash!

I use the car wash quite often during the month and I think that the wash is excellent although it could use a better rinse cycle with a little more water at the end. I love the overall detail it puts on the car for an automatic wash. And I want to thank the staff for working through the Corvid very well appreciated at this end thanks again.

Ive been going here for years! Customer service is GREAT, service is fast and I love the fact that they open at 730am! 3 stars because the vacuums could be a lot better and stronger.

The only car wash I go to. The price is good. It leaves my car clean on the outside and I love that I can take my time using the vacuum. Granted, I dont take longer than 5 minutes, but its good to know a timer isnt ticking and I can make sure I get all the crumbs that my children leave in between the seats. Highly recommended.

I really like this place. Ive been coming here for a year. The only negative thing I have to say is when I went to cancel my membership I still got charged the next month. On their website it says allow three days to cancel. I did this. When I went into the office they were very polite and gave me the website I was already on to get a refund. Its difficult to find where exactly to go for a refund. I suggest that you do it on your phone while in the office so they can assist you (if youre not good with tech stuff like me)

Great place to get a quick car wash and vacuum. I had a lot of bug splat on my car and had no idea how to remove it. John was super helpful, informative and nice. He took the time to explain the different options I had, which included the bug wipes for $1 that I had no idea existed.

I canceled both passes I had with them 7 months ago. Didn’t realize until recently that they only canceled one of them. Have reached out several times to them about refunding the charges and canceling it for good and have received no email or call backs from them.

They need to have someone tending the vaccum area. Too many people detailing their cars while 60% of the customers have to leave because there are no vacuums available. Other drivedrive-through car washes have attendants watching this.

They have remodeled the building and it is a much better wash than it used to be

I went through this carwash once, paid the full price for the top clean, went through and it was so dirty still that the employees came to my car and offered another car wash. Of course I accepted and I appreciate their kindness but when I went through a second time, it was still noticeably dirty and Im still having to go to another car wash to finish cleaning it

I love this place!!! It is quick and love the fact that the vacuums help cause I got two furry animals. It’s probably the only place I know so far that has a specific cleaning tool that I need to get on tough spots . Awesome place and friendly people

Definitely a good place for a quick wash but like all the automatic car wash places the tire black doesnt seem to work on my truck tires. It comes out streaky and uneven. Overall Wild Blue gives you a good wash and most of vacuums work really well. Save 3 bucks on the wash and bring you own tire shine.
