I tried this salon out of desperation on a Saturday when everyone was booked and I needed a last minute appointment. It is the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. Everyone in the shop is friendly, talented and flexible. I ended up making appointments for my whole family. Hydra and Reese especially were FANTASTIC. This is my new regular salon.

My husband has been here a couple of times and has had a very pleasant experience, so I wanted to give them try. I originally called Saturday morning and asked if she happened to have any openings same day or next day for an all over color. She originally offered me 4pm, which unfortunately was too late for me. She then offered me 11am, I told her she didnt have to squeeze me in or over book herself, and she informed me she would never do that. When I got there at 11, she was ready for me and very friendly. She asked me what color I wanted, I told her red-she asked if I wanted a bright red or a natural red, I said natural. There was no further discussion from there nor was I given any other choices on my color. As she was mixing my color her next color appointment walked in. She hastily slapped color on my hair, starting on my roots, despite me telling her my ends were dyed a dark brown. I proceeded to sit there for 45 min with color in my hair because during the other color, 2 other haircuts walked in, that she had to attend to, until another employee showed up (who seemed to be late or in a rush, but flustered regardless) and was directed to rinse my color. The rinse and wash was rough, and I had to ask to have the back of my head ( I have an undercut) to be rinsed because it was burning and itching. A treatment was done, which was never actually explained to me as to what it was, and from what I could tell was just regular conditioner. I was told to just hang out for 10 minutes in their very uncomfortable rinsing sink, laying back against a soaking wet towel. Second employee comes back and rinses out my color and I go back to the chair for my cut. My actual haircut and undercut shave was done by the 1st person (from what I could deduce was the owner and or owners wife, Im not sure- there were no introductions given). The haircut was good, the undercut-not so much. She was making comments about using the barbers clippers because they were better. I wish she had, hers were incredibly dull and hurt so bad. She cut the back of my neck, not a little nick, like full on dragged dull clippers across my neck and they ate up my skin in the process. The back of my neck, undercut and hairline are scabbed horribly and what isnt scabbed is covered in a rash. The 2nd girl blow dried my hair and started to curl it and the 1st girl came back and finished curling it. It was also rushed and sub par, but that was the least of my concern. What I noticed at the salon but did not fully get to see in detail was the amount of color she got on my skin! My forehead, part of my cheeks, ears and neck are COVERED in red dye. I am embarrassed to go to work on Monday because of how awful this looks, not to mention that I paid to look like this. For the final blow, My roots are a bright red and the rest of my hair is well.... dark brown, so there is that gem. Like I said she was nice, and I feel if she actually had time to pay attention to me as a client, my experience would have been much different. But she didnt and my experience was awful. Im out the money and have to wait to have my hair fixed now, and endure the staining of my skin, and the cuts and rash on my neck.

I booked a Womens Undercut Design and was not disappointed. Detail was amazing and he is definitely talented. I would recommend to anyone!

Anna does an amazing job on my hair and can always find the time to get me in, even last minute. I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to my hair, plus I’m always changing it but Anna is always up for the challenge and I leave with gorgeous hair every time.

Went and saw Gerald today for beard sculpting. Literally the best that my beard has ever looked. This guys attention to detail and pride he takes in his job is amazing. Unmatched from anyone I have seen. He for sure earned a client in me today. Beard and hair. He cleaned up my haircut I got from another barber and knew exactly what I wanted in a hair cut without me saying a word. Amazing job and ill for sure be back.

Awesome staff and the product they use for vibrant hair color is incredible. The blue and pink specifically stay bright and dont fade even half as much over twice the amount of time. Anna is fantastic and always accommodating.

I’ve been going here since about the time the shop officially opened. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the work I have had done, cuts and color. I moved out here from Denver and I have been having a hard time finding a good barber out here. I asked for recommendations on facebook. Gerald replied and several people. Recommend him. I set my appointment for Noon. I live 45 minutes from the springs. When I got there on time, he put someone else in the chair. I was not going to wait an hour after I had already made an appointment, when I had things to do. Very unprofessional.

Went in for a simple under cut design and it turned out really bad. I dont know if it was because he was rushed or just didnt want to do it. Either way I have a bad hair cut because of it. I came in because the pictures on site made it seem like the guy was competent enough to do it. Not the case in this instance. Will never come back because of this experience.

Had an undercut here and was less than pleased with the turnout. I did my research before coming here, and thought I was in good hands but it seems otherwise. I even sent him a picture to work off of and the design turned out NOTHING like what was shown to him. My head looked like a pineapple for a while. Thankfully I decided not to come back and have this part of my hair dyed, like I originally planned. My undercut has since grown out, thank goodness, but for the few weeks that it was still fresh I was honestly embarrassed and wore my hair down. A LOT. I even showed my coworkers after them begging me to show them, and they said that the cut was very uneven, however NOT the WORST they had seen. I was told that my coworkers school could do the cut that I had shown them, and they are still learning. I was not pleased. My fiancé fixed up my hair and cut where it was uneven, and even shaved some pieces up to try and make it look better. The only reason it looked any better was because he helped me fix it. I was so distraught about my hair. Thankfully it is fine now, as it has grown out quite a bit. I am not sure if the service was rushed, or he did not want to do it, however, I know now where to go if I ever want this done again.I sat with Gerald on November 11th, 2018.Also, I have read numerous other reviews on your sites as well.It seems like something similar happened to someone else with blonde hair. We understood that the picture would not turn out like the photos because of our light colored hair. But trying to blame the actual design on us, because of our light hair is bogus. Yes, to get it to show like in the picture I wouldve had to dye my hair, which we spoke about. But saying that you TOLD us NOT to get it done, and that we were advised by professionals is going a little too far. You and some other lady were the only ones in the shop, and you were the ONLY one that said anything to me, and you questioned if I still wanted it done, and I said yes, and that I would get it colored to show the design better. However, with how it turned out, I chose not to get it colored because it was not the flower like I originally showed you. My head was just a bunch of geometric shapes, as seen in the photos. Also, the photo with my head colored in different colors, that was taken right after we left your shop, with nothing done to my hair. So to say that we butchered my hair, is a total lie. The lines were not straight. Things were not even.As far as how the design would turn out based on our hair color, I knew that, she also knew that, based off of her review. But it looks like she too gave you a specific picture to go off of, and you just did your own thing, her words, not mine.Ive seen pictures on the sites of what you can do, so if that is the case, then my picture shouldve been a cake walk for you. IT shouldve been simple in comparison to the other things you have done.Hair color would not affect the design, or how it turned out, if it was done correctly, as the picture showed.

Went in today for the first time left very happy Vanessa did an amazing job very much about detail and friendliness could not ask for a better cut or time and Anna Marie thank you so much for cutting my daughters bangs and styling her hair she looks so cute will be back again this is my go to barber shop now and will recommend to everyone
