Jazz is the all time best hairdresser Ive ever been to. Shes super easy to talk to, she remembers who you are and past conversations weve had. When I first started seeing her, my hair was a disaster due to a previous salon I had been going to. I had lost almost half of my hair, it wasnt shiny, it wouldnt curl anymore( I have naturally curly hair). We ended up chopping a good amount of my hair off so we could start fresh. She has done wonders with my hair! I now have more hair than Ive ever had, its super shiny, very healthy, grows like a weed, and super soft. And Im able to dye my hair and it stays super healthy. I love going to see her. Definitely makes my day! Hands down I would recommend Jazz to anyone looking for a new salon to go to!

My daughters and I have been going to Montage for over a decade. Every now and then we try going somewhere else, but have ended up regretting it EVERY time! Montage’s stylists are worth every penny! They are simply the best!

Love this salon. It is right by my house, in a good location and so very clean. The staff is all very friendly and Jazz rescued me from a horrifically bad haircut I got elsewhere. She took her time to do everything right and with laser precision. I was a serious challenge since I already have a short bob and we needed to try to fix it without making it too short. Jazz completely saved the whole heap of hair in one sitting and made sure my bob was cut in a way that favored the curvature I wanted for the shape and also de-bulked my hair to make sure it doesnt grow out bulky and unruly (I have a very stubborn natural flip at the end that favors sticking up versus in). Despite my hair starting off as a complete mullet tail train wreck, Jazz made the fix look easy (FYI blunt bobs are NOT easy - especially when the last place gives you a mullet). My color service also turned out beautifully with no extra pigments being used (she was helpful in explaining all I needed was a blue tint to cool off my brown versus any any other brown tones since it will keep adding to the warmth) and I have never had a better salon experience in my entire life. I received a product consultation after the service to ensure I am setting myself up for successful and healthy regrowth for the length I lost having to get the previous haircut fixed. I am trying to go long after this and I am confident I will get there sooner than later thanks to the superior service from this salon.

A few words that come to mind to describe my experience with Montage...professional, ethical, honest, clean...just to name a few.Recently, I scheduled my first ever highlight service with Montage. After going home I was not happy with the end result and felt my highlights too closely matched the color of my hair, and they did not achieve hiding my grey hair as I had discussed with my stylist. Rather than panic, I simply reached out to the salon and expressed my concerns. They immediately responded, and apologized that my service did not meet my expectations. They stood behind their work by inviting me back in to redo my highlights. I left very satisfied with my results and my experience. Not only were they professional and responsive, but they immediately corrected my hair color, and treated me fabulous during both visits. Not only will I be back in the future, but I would highly recommend this salon!

My husband is working on a 4 year project in Colorado Springs. I am traveling back and forth from Texas. I needed a color and cut so looked up a nearby Aveda salon. Montage came up so I made an appointment. Sylvia colored, cut, and styled my hair. She was so nice, and did an amazing job! This will be my go to salon when I am in town!

Addison is amazing!! I have naturally curly hair and she does my hair perfectly so I can wear it curly or straight!! So glad I found her!

My stylist asked me good questions about how I wanted my hair and made some great suggestions. I went in with a style I felt was blah and came out feeling like she reshaped it perfectly to have more texture and bounce. The staff all take the appropriate protections against Covid19, so I felt safe there.

I was really disappointing with my service.Granted I did come in with my hair pretty bad but still I just asked for my roots to be touched up and not only was I not happy with the coloring but they were not up front about the prices either. I though I was paying 85 + tip for my roots to be touched up but they charged me $40 extra to tone my hair without telling me till the end.For $125 I could have at least gotten all my dark covered.I did like my cut though!

If you want a change, from long hair to a pixie haircut, I highly recommend Montage. I doubted myself to get a pixie haircut because I thought it wouldn’t look good on me. But both ladies made their customer the happiest person with the style she wanted 🥰 It was my second time today, and I would keep coming back. The first time I had my haircut was with Brianna, and today was with Addison. Both of them were excellent! Like I’ve mentioned, I got the hairstyle I wanted 😉

Tyler was awesome! I loved my hair cut but my partial highlights could’ve been better.. way better... I wanted caramel/blonde ish highlights and I walked out with light brown/Godiva chocolate highlights.. my hair is already dark brown.. I mean it looked good, I liked it, but it’s not what I wanted. I even showed him a pic for reference.. all good though..

I went there with an appointment and a Pinterest picture of what I wanted. I left with nice make up. The hairstyle on the other hand was whatever the stylist picked “that was good for my hair” 30 min later, I looked like a bunch of kids pulled on my hair. Also the stylist said “I will give you our best hair spray to keep adding on throughout the night to help your hair stay in place.” Beside the fact that it didn’t help, I was also charged for it, so I wasn’t GIVEN the spray. I bought it! The stylist was extremely friendly and seemed to try her best but it didn’t help the result!

Jazz is amazing! She helped me to figure out the color style I was wanting, as well as answered all my hair questions. She helped me to figure out what I was doing that was making my hair brassy and she found me the right shampoo for my hair type. The amount of knowledge and effort she put was a memorable experience for me. And my hair color came out amazing!

Tyler was great with my young son who has pretty severe social anxieties. He was very soft and caring and even managed to get a smile from him! He listened to us and did exactly what we wanted even though its not the trending style at the moment (mullet, since he is growing his hair out to donate when long enough). Tyler also told us to reach out if we needed anything adjusted. Montage stylists truly care about their clients!

I have had my hair cut and styled by Dakota at Montage Salon since I moved to Colorado Springs in 2016. He always does a beautiful job on my long-layered hair! He is consistent and professional. I receive many compliments! Besides being a very talented stylist, Dakota is an amazing, kind and generous human being who regularly donates to community causes!

Everyone here is super kind and helpful. They fit me in so that I could ups have hair and makeup done for my wedding short notice. They do a great job!

Yesterday was my third visit at Montage, second specifically with Addison. Addison is great. She is very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about hair and The physics involved in hair styles.My appointment was originally for a trim and some foils and I turned it into a full new short layered cut and almost a full head of foils. Addison was patient with me the whole way, and also kept her next appointment in the loop regarding any delays that might occur.I showed her a few pics of the direction I wanted to go in and she nailed it in color, tone and shape. She is a genius with my hard to shape thinning, aging hair.The salon is always clean, friendly and they seem to all work well together. I won’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely the best salon I have ever been to. Briana is an outstanding stylist and I always leave very happy with my cut and/or color. Matthew and Tyler are a pleasure to work with also. The only downside to the location is the lack of designated parking for the salon. I think that whomever made the decision (perhaps based on tenant square footage?) definitely shorted Montage. The Thai restaurant next door has way too many spaces. I frankly dont think that there should be any designated parking at all. Open up the lot.

The owners take care of their people. The salon is always clean and smells amazing. You are greeted by smiling faces and a wonderful cup of tea. I have used 4 different stylists although Riley is my favorite. I have curly hair and Riley takes the time to dry cut it and make sure it is right. I have long supported Montage since the days of the Carefree store and I will continue to while the doors are open.

I have been going to Montage Salon for over 12 years, and I would not go anywhere else! Dakota has been my stylist these 12 years, and I love him. This summer I had neck surgery which has led to needing extra help when I get my hair cut and colored. Both Dakota and Riley have been a tremendous help with styling my hair when Ive not been able to do so, and doing so with such great care and gentleness to not irritate my neck. Matthew and Tyler have gone above and beyond the call of duty to fit me in for appointments and making sure everything is great during my visit! Based on several reviews, I decided to try Montage. I booked an appt online with Kelsey.I have very thick hair and decided to try a shorter haircut - which has been proven (in the past) to be almost impossible to create a stylish look. I brought in 2 pictures to show her what I had in mind. She listened and offered tips/suggestions. After we discussed, she showed me a pic of what she thought I wanted and it was perfect.My new hairstyle looks amazing! And it lost the “heaviness”.Love, Love, Love and will definitely become a regular client with Kelsey!!

Jazz is the best. I have watched and listened to the others there as well and they all take care of their clients. Aveda products are great and I like the more natural option they have and promote there.

I just found this salon and very happy with what they are offering. Great staff.Alyson gave me a great hair cut. Very personable and welcoming. She was very professional with her skills and training. She took time to assess and discuss what I wanted. I had a very specific cut that I was looking for and she did 100% justice.She also did a free of cost recut ( no issues with first cut) as my hair length was not in regulation for my work. Highly recommend these guys for the time they spend with each client and quality of service they provide.

Went to check in for my apt and the receptionist told me I had to use the monitor to do self check in. Then she told me once I sat down I could help myself to water or tea.Needless to say the front end staff was not very welcoming or serving. What is the point of having a receptionist if you do everything yourself. I know that is nit picking but if your going to shell out over $250 for a hair cut then you expect better service.Hairdresser was good but the cost is way too much.Overall the salon does not feel high end to match its prices.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE CAITLYN, Also love and appreciate the help and direction from her manager on a difficult cut for a picky customer. At 69 years old, with curly hair, I have had MORE than one AWFUL cut that the day after left me frustrated and the weeks after letting it grow out irritated that I had to fuss so much to put up with the calics and such that I ended up with. The cut I got in February from Caitlyn and Montage Salon LASTED ME THROUGH COVID 19 UP TO MIDDLE OF JULY. This morning I go up and actually liked what I saw in the mirror. I recently went to Montage and had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey! Not only was she an amazing friend, and made me feel at home in her chair while breastfeeding my son, she did such a great job on my hair. For way too long i tried out different local stylist trying to go lighter and was never satisfied with the end result. It took Kelsey one session to accomplish what I had been after for years. My hair has never been so healthy, and I love my new look! Aside from a great head of hair, I walked out of their with my new holy grail of products and some great education on my hair and up keep. I recommend Kelsey to anyone who wants a great salon experience!

I went to Dakota after meeting a lady who had a gorgeous style. he did not disappoint. I got full highlights color and a cut and love it. I have been to a lot of stylists he is up at the top of my list.

My first time here and Lauren was my hairstylist. She was great and really listened to me and what I was looking for. She did a great job overall and I will go back again. One thing I wasnt thrilled with though was the sales-y approach as I was checking out. The lady/owner(?) wanted to tell me about the membership I could have and wanted to encourage me to think about that for the future. It was enough for me to just get out and treat myself to a new haircut. Otherwise, it was a convenient location and fairly reasonably priced. Lauren was great and for her I give 5 stars

Amazing place to have the works done! I moved here 4 years ago and was matched up with Briana for a cut and color. I could never dream going elsewhere! I was in town and needed a haircut and highlights done and no other place had an opening. I called Montage Salon and they were also booked, told the receptionist that I was only in town for the day and after putting me on hold for a second, she got me in. It was nice. I had tea, a complimentary hand massage, and Briana, the young lady who did my hair and highlights was amazing. I have super long black hair and she did an excellent job helping me choose colors for my high and low lights. I had a good experience in this salon and recommend the place. Only thing is, its kinda pricey but Id spend to get my hair done good.

Fantastic stylists! They listen to what you want and consider your lifestyle & at-home routine/tools/time before starting your cut.The stylist who cut my 8-yo daughters hair did such a competent job on her tapered bob that my girl needs only to blow-dry her hair before she goes to bed at night, then brush her hair in the morning... and it looks freshly styled all day. No round brush, no iron, no spray or other product. Its amazing!I referred Montage to a friend who complemented my daughters hair -- today, even though her short cut is a month old.

Go see Sierra! Im a naturally curly girl of Latin descent with 3A/B hair type and Sierra is one of the ONLY hair stylists that can actually cut curly hair! My mom and I will never go to anyone else for our cuts and weve been seeing her for nearly 4 years now. Besides the fact that Sierra is an amazing stylist she is also a wonderful and pleasant woman. You wont be disappointed.

I had the best experience at Montage Salon. I made a dramatic color (from brown with years of different colors to strawberry blonde) and cut change to my hair with the help of Dakota and Sherrie, and I absolutely love it. I started getting my hair done at this salon by a friend I met at college 10 years ago. This place is AMAZING. I highly recommend Kelsey for any hair goals. She is truly an artist with color, and gives fantastic cuts as well. This is an Aveda Salon, and Kels is always recommending the best cruelty free products for my hair needs. Dont be surprised if someone offers you a hand massage while your color is processing, or for an essential oil head massage if youre just getting a cut

Amazing!I have been going here for over 5 years, ever since they were on Academy. I get haircuts, beard trims the works! it is always an amazing experience they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and leave loving the way you look. I even came in one time when I wasnt scheduled ( my error ) and they still did what they could to fit me in and get my cut done. I have no need to look anywhere else to get my hair done.

The staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. You are greeted with wonderful herbal tea or coffee and a relaxing setting. Your cut begins with a quick consult to understand what you wish and then a scalp massage to complete you relaxation. Your stylist is experienced and knowledgeable. At the end your stylist will show you which products were used on you without pressuring you to buy any. :)

Haven’t gone anywhere else since I discovered Montage. Kelsey is the best stylist I have ever had, I’ve not once left disappointed. If you want your hair done to perfection schedule with Kelsey. I can’t rave enough about her.

The male barber had a poor attitude. This salon advertised as an Aveda salon but didn’t come with the usual upscale Aveda experience I’ve had from other Aveda salons in the past. No scalp massage even though it’s advertised. Don’t expect a call back if you call with inquiries. All in all, confusing menu of services. When I tried to clarify, it was received with frustration and attitude.

SO disappointed! Went to Ridgeline location wanting blonde highlights and my hair ended up a horrible orange/brassy color. Now my hair is completely damaged and I am out $250. Would not recommend Kelsey for anyone who is trying to go from dark to light.
