No wait and two great haircuts so far as I’m on an extended stay here in the Springs. Everyone was friendly to me and made me feel hospitable. Durango is the best bang for the buck IMO.

This barber shop is nice with im pretty sure friendly folks. I got a nice cut however I don’t speak Spanish and the woman cutting my hair didnt speak English so it was a little difficult to articulate what I wanted. It came out pretty close though so im satisfied. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the price. It was $30 for the haircut and I gave a $5 tip. Im not sure if that is the standard price there or if they ripped me off but either way I think its a nice place, though I wont be returning there again simply because of the price

They do not know how to cut hair here. My sons hair was messed up and so was mine. To much gossip about their personal life which is very unprofessional! I do not recommend this place. I will not return again. Also they tell you one price as you arrive and a different one when you are paying.

Oh shizzy! We have been going to the same barber for over 20 years. These guys are awesome and get it done Right! Luz and Maritza are the absolute best and have become more than a barber for us. Our sons first haircut was done by Luz over 20 years ago. Now his children will be going there soon. The absolute best!

I was greeted by a lovely young lady when I arrived. Despite a little language barrier the owner was glad to help us communicate and I got one of the best fades in a long long time. Price was astonishingly only $16. My new spot for sure!!

I went to Supercuts to get my hair cut and textured. They MESSED up my hair so I happened to pass by Durango Barber Shop and thought I would check it out. I walk in to see prices and they ALL greeted me so happily. I immediately got amazing service and they told me what they could do to fix my hair. I showed them examples of what I wanted my hair to look like and they offered to fix it! I thought I would go on a limb and see what they could do. I was sat down right away and they did an AMAZING job with what I wanted with my hair. I will never go to any other place to get my hair done. They are very nice and welcoming.

Love this place. Their are a few people i wouldn’t let touch my hair but 80% of the staff is great. Kim is the only guy that speaks English if you don’t speak Spanish but he’s great.

I went in as a last minute emergency, and they got me right in a chair and hair chopped up real pretty and had me on my way!

Superb haircut! They had a little trouble understanding me but I thought their level of customer service was fantastic. My barber, John, was so expert until I couldnt understand how he was already done in the time I was setting there. When I saw the job he did on my hair though, I was shocked! It was probably the most perfect cut Id ever had. Also, the price was a lot lower than I thought it would be considering his experience. I dont think Im being overly generous with my rating even considering the minor language barrier. If youre looking for an impressive cut and dont discriminate, I highly recommend this location.(Please note: they have move across Pikes Peak and this information is not updated on Google yet)

This is the worst barber shop I’ve been to. First of all, the workers there attend people who just arrive when you’ve been waiting for half an hour and then when they do finally attend you, all they do is talk. Talk talk talk and no cutting I go in at 12 and get out around 1:40. Cutting hair should NOT take that long. Then after you’re done, they charge you differently. One barber can charge you 24 and the other 32. It’s completely unacceptable. Never going here again!

This was arguably one of the better haircuts I’ve got in Colorado Springs. If you’re in the military, stop going to the PX barbers where it’s over priced and start going here. You’ll only pay a couple dollars more, but do a way better job, and their work with a straight razor is great.

I think the location might be off here but I go to the Durango barber shop thats down E Pikes Peak across the street and a few buildings down from the 7/11 and popeyes. Ive had my hair cut there by I think 3 different ladies and 1 guy(medium fade and a hard part) and Ive always left with a great hair cut. I dont know about the bad reviews. . . Im 4 for 4 and I dont think I will go anywhere else for a hair cut. Saw a review that said something like thats how they treat people who serve etc. Get over yourself. Real soldiers dont boast about their service. My entire platoon is jealous of my haircut every time. Another review was complaining about the music they were playing. Its a diverse world bud. No one told you to stay. They are really good at what they do and I recommend them to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could. Also, the hours are off here. They close at 9pm most days.

Its hit or miss here. Thelma did my hair and did an awesome job! However, other stylist are preoccupied with gossip. They talk about their clients in front of other clients. Made me very uncomfortable.

Requested a low fade haircut, but the result was one of the worst haircuts of my life. I really appreciate how nice the lady was, but the haircut is seriously unaesthetic. I am waiting for my hair to grow out. I decided that I could do a better job with a mirror and my clippers. The mens haircuts start at $14. I had an amazing haircut from another shop for $14, including tip. Thanks for the service, but no thank you for the haircut.

I always go to Durango Barber Shop for my hair cut. Its the only place where I like to do my hair.

Friendly staff and clean barber shop. Looks like a salon but they were able to cut my son and I hair pretty good. Good price.

1st experience with Durango and last. I asked for a medium skin fade with a 1/4 inch off the top for comb over and I got a high and tight instead with a 1/2 inch left of hair on top and an uneven fade. Definitely do not recommend this place.

This place is ridiculous took my client here, too much going on talk talk talk not working on their client. Her husband was not very happy with the service.And no Im not racist my kids are half MexicanLike their Dad is from Gomez Durango Mexico(So DONT go there)The lady that was doing her hair started doing it then had another take over the service, just WRONG!!!!There are just some things you dont do when you have an elderly woman in a wheelchair at your booth and in your salon!!!

I went in to get my whole hair brown . lady ended doing highlights then try to blame me and say I told her I wanted highlights when it was another nosey worker that told her. Horrible highlight and bad hair cut never returning here.

Way better than sport clips, JC Penney Salon, cost cutters and all the other crap. These ladies know to do mens haircuts plus got my beard trimmed perfect. This is the only place that everyone knows how to do beard. This is the best place for skin fades (military haircuts), they use razor, not just clippers. I am very impressed and pleased with the treatment. + military and vet discount. I am a vet and get my discount everytime. And yes, they are bilingual!!!

Probably the worst haircut Ive received living in the springs so far. Asked for a fade, absolutely none, quarterback inch off the top? Lets take an inch off. Im actually pissed. Haircut maybe took 5 minutes

These bean like ladies well especially one kept me waiting for two and a half hours. then when i went to ask when i can get my haircut she told me she had lots of appointments. people who came after me were just going before me and i didn’t know you had to call. poor customer service

The worst experience of my life, my husband had to go to the doctor after leaving the room because the lady who attended him cut him everywhere. The work with the razors is a serious thing can seriously hurt someone, KNIGHTS DO NOT VISIT THAT PLACE! OR THEY CAN FINISH CUT OUT OF THEIR FACE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK!

I never go back to that place they lasted a long time, and the paint they use is the most common, when I woke up the next day I realized that I had only grabbed half of my hair, my daughters the hairstyle that made them fall apart in a while. The cut of men if they were fine I think that is the only thing they know how to do. I did not make a claim because I do not live there and I had to travel far the next day.But I do not recommend it at all
