I rented out a 24x10 foot storage unite from this Storage King for several months. The local management and staff were very helpful and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. Also the ceilings are high so theres a lot of room for storing even the largest furniture. My storage unite was easily accessible even with a U-Haul trunk. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

The affordable rates were great and Jolene, the manager, made the experience even better. Ive used other local facilities in the past, but this one was by far the best considering she didnt have additional support today. She was very positive and bubbly. She even offered me water and drove it to me as she was checking in making sure I found everything to be fine at my unit.Thanks, Jolene!

Im only giving 3 stars because I really dont have an opinion of Storage King just yet. Stor-Mor was the best storage facility I have ever used. What made it the best, was the onsite manager. She knew her customers by name. Always drove by on her little buggy to say hello every time I stopped by. She was kind and understanding but ran her facility strictly by the book and she held her customers the same standards. Because of that though I never doubted the safety of my belongings. I knew nothing or no one would be able to get anything past her. Im so sad to see her go. Actually I was quite upset when I recieved the email informing me that Stor-Mor had been bought out by Storage King. Stor-Mors prices were fair to say the least. In all honesty they were cheap and the deals were awesome. The late fees were fair and practical. Priced in a way that even in a tough situation you were still able to get caught up. Initially my impression of Storage King is that they are just like all the other storage facilities in that regard. I hope I never fall behind on payments cuz there is no way I would be able to pay those fees.

We used this storage company when we first moved here in 2015, and again this past year while my husband deployed. Each time we were done with the unit, closing it out was fast and easy. We had no issues with them & if we ever need storage again we will definitely be coming back here!!

More than efficient storage company. Customer service is excellent. Ive had storage here for over 14 years. During that time, they have helped me with various problem situations (caused at my end) and recommended the most advantageous solutions to accommodate me. Your message is promptly returned by friendly manager and/or employee. Talk to Jolene, Manager, to let her help you with your needs. You wont be disappointed. This is a very well kept and run facility. The property manager is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure the tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend this storage facility. -Gary

Finally a honest storage facility. My rental rates stayed the same and Jolene the on site Manager was incredible. As a business owner I felt safe storing my equipment here seeing the routine security checks Jolene would perform. She even hands out water on them hot days. I have used Stor-Mor for years and they have ALWAYS been amazing. The staff is so polite and friendly and if I have ever had a time that I was not able to make my rent payment on the due date, I call them and they work with me. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER STORAGE!! Why would I? I get great service and decent rent prices and I get superior above and beyond customer service.

Ive been at Stor Mor for a year now and I have no complaints. The site manager Jolene is awesome, shes very friendly, always helpful. Shess also strict about following the policies, so I know my belongings safe.

The woman at the storage unit was extremely rude to me I have a friend that is letting me store my items there and unfortunately I mispronounced his last name so she turned me away from even renting a unit I say if you rent with these people do it your own risk theyre very flaky

I’ve had a lot of storage units at different places over the years and always seemed to have one issue or another , but stormor has been amazing !! Their staff is awesome, their prices are extremely reasonable! , way better than public storage! I saw some other reviews saying their prices are outrageous?! At public storage I had a tiny 5 x 5 for $120 a month , with Stor Mor I have a huge 10 x 20 for $100 a month ..... so to say their prices are outrageous is outrageous......I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say

This is THE BEST storage unit company EVER. The guys were SO helpful, Patrick and Doug, with both my boyfriends and my needs. They have a FREE truck that you just have to put a deposit down on, that you get back cause they give you 30 miles free, and we had so many things come up complications and unexpected events and these guys were SO gracious to help out with whatever. Seriously the BEST storage unit ever. Lets just say these guys really helped us out. Hope they can for you too!! Get over there and reserve the truck today!!!!!

One star because Katherine was friendly. Tried to find out how much I needed to pay on one of my units and was told I shouldnt be in that unit and they were going to RED lock it until I find my paperwork. They didnt have any proof. Obviously, the place doesnt keep good records. They should have a copy. It is very disappointing how sloppy they are. My documents are in a box somewhere.

Was convinant location from my house but they locked gates @ 9 PM. That didnt work out si well for me & I the prices are outrageous

Betty is awesome! She was able to provide answers to all questions and does her best to meet the needs of her customers. Stor Mor has a moving trunk free for customer use that was very helpful to get my stuff hauled to storage. Prices were competitive and has a variety of unit sizes.

Storage is great, units are clean, water tight and rodent /insect free. Access is easy and management is good. Love it and will continue to use!

This is my 5th (maybe 6th) time storing my items at Stor-Mor Self storage. Ive been using them over the course of several years. The first reason is due to getting the second month free. It gives me a chance to ease into a regular payment. Second reason is cost - they beat everyone in town and they always have the size locker that I need! Third reason is that I can pay online. No worries about getting to their office on time - and its a very easy website to get around. Fourth and lastly, the employees! Everyone has always been so nice to me. Thanks for your great service and product! I recommend you to everyone I know.

I have been with Stor-Mor since 2007!! They have always been helpful and everyone I have spoken to has always been polite and courteous!! I can count on Stor-Mor to always do what is right for me!!
