She was kind, compassionate, professional and did everything in her power to make it a smooth process. I highly recommend this location if your looking for storage. Angie was phenomenal to work with and has been working for Public Storage for 19 years. I noticed her sweeping the road inside the storage area and she made frequent trips around the facility to check on things. I rented a 10x 30’ unit and the ceiling had to be about 15’. It was cool inside and we easily fit everything from a completely packed 26’ U-Haul box truck inside the unit. The roll-up door comes with a lock and key, but you can add up to two additional shackle locks. The opening for the lock is on the smaller side so if you have a thick shackle on your lock, it likely won’t fit. There isn’t the $1 special on the first month for this larger unit, but you do get the second month free. I would be extremely careful to find a route out of the storage area that you feel comfortable with if you have the larger 26’ truck. The experienced driver I used had to be extremely careful and had about an inch or less between the truck and some of the cement poles that protected the corners of the storage units. Besides the tight driving and having to find an alternate lock, I had no issues and would recommend this location to anyone. Please give Angie your business!

I have used public storage on and off for over 20 years and never had a bad experience until I started using this one over 3 yrs ago.....2 years ago I moved to canon city and I let them know... summer of 2018 I got 60 days behind and they have had their lock on since.....I told them I was coming into town and I need in my unit for blankets and stuff because I live in my vehicle and its getting cold....they said no....I have not gone 60 days late since 2018 and am current on my bill....they said they would give me a free lock if I drove 45 minutes from Cañon City to colorado springs .......so I hope that they feel good about Not letting me into my unit that is current in payments to get blankets to keep warm this winter....I cant always make it to springs....this was my one chance for god knows how long

Worked with Angie on a really tight timeline. I was in a terrible bind where I couldnt move stuff into a house I was purchasing. Angie got me setup into a spot in minutes and when the mover came and complained, she quickly got a different spot and was nice the whole way. Really like this space and her help.

Great facility! Fantastic customer service! Angie, the property manager, is very friendly and has tons of experience and knowledge. The facility is very clean and secure. What impressed me the most was that when I purchased a new lock (The units can have more than one), the District Manager, Tiffany, volunteered to walk down to my unit to put it on for me. This was no small thing since the facility is built on a hill and my unit was quite a ways down. She walked all the way down and back up to give me the key. Wow! That is service!
