Used Fogg’s in 2018. Was very satisfied. Used them again today. Not disappointed, they continue to do top notch work. Highly recommended.

I am happy with their service. Keith was very good in making sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Emily in the front desk is very helpful and forthcoming in the status of the repairs. They do get busy so dont expect a quick turn around. I had my Audi rear bumper repainted after it was hit by another vehicle due to a recent snowstorm and Foggs did repainted the bumper to match the color of the car. I have read some reviews about customer service of not been good. I can only say that my experience was a positive one and I do recommned the shop. However, has a mentioned earlier dont expect a quick turn around and thats okay by me because I prefer quality craftsmanship over meeting time deadlines.

The quality of the work they did on my car itself was fine. The customer service left quite a bit to be desired. In the process of finishing up my car, they damaged both my front and rear dash camera mounts. The cameras themselves recorded the detailer hitting the cameras while wiping down the insides of the windows. I also sent pictures of the broken camera mounts. It was obvious they damaged the components and I figured it would be easy for them to simply refund me the $40 it would cost me to replace the mounts. I did not receive any kind of apology and instead they insisted they couldnt help me unless I came down to the shop again for them to look at it. It wasnt worth my time to take time off of work and drive down there to maybe get a resolution. It was only $40 and it was clear at this point that they dont understand the concept of customer service. They would have had a return customer if they had simply apologized for the accident and paid for the damage they had clearly caused.

Very impressed! I’ve used Fogg’s twice now. Once for hail damage and once to fix damage from my car getting hit while parked. Great work and customer service! Thank you!!!!

Quality work. They do up to and including full restorations. They seem to be able to find obscure parts when necessary. They tell you like it is...no matter how painful it may be.

Since this review, I took my car to another auto shop. Foggs tried to get me to give them one more shot, which I can understand, but wanted to be done with that. Foggs covered the bill without any hassle to me, which I respect. So in the end my car is done right, and looks good.I got rear-ended, other driver was at fault, and insurance authorized repairs. I took it to Foggs for their reputation of working on high-end cars. I had an appointment to drop it off on August 29. The day before, they call and tell me they need to push my appointment out to September 5th, because something broke and they didnt fix it or whatever.I drop my car off on Sept 5, to have a back bumper replaced. Today is October 26, I just picked the car up, and it still doesnt look good. Im taking it to another body shop to fix Foggs errors and low quality repairs.I told Foggs up-front that the car had to be PERFECT. I said very clearly the insurance company would cover all associated costs.Three times Foggs called, told me the car was perfect, and ready to be picked up. Twice I got a ride all the way down there, just to look at my car and be disgusted. The third time she called me the day before and told me some other part needed to be replaced and it wasnt ready.The first time, Mel told me the insurance company refused to cover the lower valance part of the bumper, so Foggs wouldnt replace that. A 3 min 46 second call to State Farm, and the agent told me that was a lie, they never received a request for the valance to be replaced. When I mentioned it was scratched, the agent approved the repair immediately. The second go around, the bumper had errors in tape lines, and 2 parts where the bumper had paint defects/scratches. I left the car there for a second time. This time the owner or manager stormed off cussing because he had to redo it again.Foggs called 1-2 weeks ago, told me the car would be ready in a day. A day goes by, and she calls and apologizes because now some other part has a scratch so she had to replace that too. 5 more days for them to replace that part, and its finally ready, or so they say. I show up to get it, and they BENT my fender (Which wasnt even damaged in the accident), just to match the body lines of the bumper, because they were too lazy to replace the bracket and clip for the bumper.All said and done, Foggs has had my car for 51 days to replace just the back bumper, and it STILL isnt done right, and now I have to take my car to another body shop. To ad insult to injury, Foggs drove my car for 1.7 miles, it had a dead battery when I picked it up, and a new TPMS fault when I picked it up.

I could not be happier with the results of Foggs Auto Body. I received my van back before my estimated completion date. Foggs was very accommodating with my busy schedule. The staff was very forthcoming with the amount of time needed. The outside looked like I had just drove it off the new car lot. I was more then pleased with the detail on the inside. Having 4 kids, my car has never been cleaner. They take much pride in their work. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Jacob in detail. You have made this busy mama happy !!!

It took a couple of days for rocker panel replacement on both sides. The results look good, the rust is gone and the repair blends in with the truck. Also, it cost less than I was expecting :D

They had my Toyota Tacoma for over 7 weeks just for hail damage. When I received it back there are tape lines from the blinding of paint and Poor workmanship in all areas of the repair. Was returned with scratches in areas that were not there prior to dropping it off. The inside was covered in shop dust and wasnt cleaned very well. Very dissatisfied with the over work and performance of the body shop will never take anything to them again or recommend anyone to the shop.

$1,200 seemed a little much for paint touch-up I could do with a pen, however, the owner is pretty great and enjoyable to talk with.
