This is a truly top shelf auto repair shop. I was in an accident while driving through to Missouri and had damage to the right wheel. I limped into the shop and was greeted promptly. After i explained my situation Kyle and Brian said they would get right on it. They saw that the tie rod was bent. They sent their courier right away to the Ford dealer and brought back a tie rod. They installed the tie rod while I waited and aligned it as best they could. I made it back to Missouri without incident. My truck drove just fine. I cant thank them enough for their expert service and understanding. I highly recommend this shop for any and all repairs, without hesitation. Well done, guys!

Along the way to Denver our cooling system failed on the Toyota sequoia. The issue was with radiator cap. They were so busy, but took the car because we are traveling. Replaced the cap, pressurized the radiator, filled the coolant, tested the car all in in about about an hour. Charged only $ 18. Very generous and skillful staff. We were so impressed. A service we never experienced back in Dallas. Thanks to the staff of Elite Auto Service .

Went in for a general inspection before going on a long road trip. They provided fast and professional service at an extremely reasonable rate! Ive had to get repairs a few times on my old car. Each time Ive taken my car in they are very cooperative and informative. I consult other mechanics on the same issues and elite is always giving me the same opinion. Ive taken multiple vehicles I own to this shop and they have always done me right. Ive never had to take anything back to get it fixed again, they get it right the first time and they are very fair on their pricing. Their customer service is what really stands out though. They do a great job of communicating, they are honest, and offer many options to fit your needs. The mechanics all seem very knowledgeable and have always been more than happy to answer all my questions. I really cant say enough about what a great place this is. It is so hard to find a good honest repair shop with fair prices. I can’t say enough GREAT things about the Elite team. Before reaching out to them I shopped around a couple places to no avail, it was a nightmare. Then a co-worker referred to Elite, and the name says it all!!! From the first phone call to setup the diagnostic I saw a HUGE difference in customer service. They were PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. They got me in right away, and had the problem diagnosed just as quick. After the issue was identified they gave me options as far as types of parts go, and saved me nearly $1,100.00. I’m still blown away that they were willing to shop around for me to find the best price. Every aspect of the process felt FAIR and HONEST. Not only did the fix my complex problem they restored my faith in humanity. This is definitely my go to place for now on, hands down.

Elite Auto Service (EAS) can handle just about anything you can throw at them and if they cant then they know someone that can! They can beat any competitors price and not to mention their friendly and knowledgeable staff who some of which are certified mechanics with actual degrees unlike 80% of the rest of the local shops who hire just about anyone who can hold a wrench.

I have NEVER had a good experience with a shop until NOW. The team was incredibly friendly and answered all of my dumb questions- thanks to Christy (spelling?) who huge help. They were able to get me in and diagnosis my check engine light in the same day. Kyle gave me a ride home so I could get back to work while they worked on my vehicle and even picked me back up at my place so I could get my car back. Bill washed my car before returning it to me and set me up with glass replacement at a great price when I return for the needed repairs next week (we had to wait for a part to arrive). I have lived in the springs since 1998 and CANNOT believe it took me this long to find this very amazing mechanic. Thanks team for all your help, great service and great pricing. I wont go anywhere else. (Note: this visit was during the COVID-19 crisis and their positivity and helpfulness was utterly refreshing).

We had the best experience here. I called on Friday to make an appointment for my Honda because it had a coolant leak. Michael was nice enough to let me have the van towed down there for our appointment on Monday. He also worked on our van over the weekend so our van was done by Monday morning. Even though this fix was a small one, it was amazing to see how great the customer service was for us. HIGHLY recommend.

Took my vehicle in for brakes and an oil change and my vehicle was done in a timely manor and the friendly staff kept me updated through the whole process. Definitely will be going back again!

I had my Jeep towed to the shop on a Monday night after on a Sunday night it just decided not to start. Im kind of a girlie girl with a tomboy side. After going through the obvious reasons and calling my neighbors to come pick me up, they suggested Elite Auto since thats where they take their vehicles. I decided to go with the recommendation since my normal shop was booked. My Jeep Wrangler stumped them & they even had my after market alarm installer who is also top rated to come look at it suto makere it wasnt related to that. After process of elimination and a lot of man hours, were able to finally find the problem(s) and get it fixed. I take care of an elderly, disabled family friend and live in a rural area, so I need my car and also being in the middle of a move from a place covered in black mold, a leaking roof and a multitude of other problems, I didnt have a lot of money either. Today they called and said they had finally found the problem and it was ready to be picked up, I was elated & scared at the same time because of what I thought was going to be a pretty steep bill. I was surprised to say the least at the price they charged me. It was beyond reasonable and Bill was fantastic at explaining the problem to me. Thanks guys for taking care of my Jeep and me.... Im thinking about giving up my old shop and becoming an Elite Auto customer...... You guys went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again!

Best mechanic in town. Theyve been in business for decades, and give an honest estimate and do good work. They even wash your car for you when they are done with it. For my most recent repair, they saved me $1080 by giving me good advice instead of insisting on replacing a part that could be repaired. A+++

Came here for the first time. I met Michelle at my work and she told me about Elite Auto Service. Came in for a routine oil change for my Cadillac, and was greeted with the best customer service Ive ever experienced from any body shop. Not even Cadillac can come close. Not only did they take me back home and picked me up when it was ready, but they also washed my car!!! It just snowed and my car was filthy. WOW!!! Talk about service! Employees are all very pleasant, from the drivers, to the front desk, to the mechanics. Wow! Bringing all of my cars here for maintenance from now on. Over the past 15 years I have taken several vehicles to Elite for a number of mechanical issues and/or maintenance. I have always received great service and quality repair. Most recently I had to get an engine replaced in my vehicle. As usual, top notch job and it was done quickly. Not always the cheapest, but I trust the work they do and they stick to their estimates. They dont come back with hidden and additional costs once the work is done.

Years later and im still coming and i can not speak highly enough of these people. I truly appreciate their time and patience.I have brought two vehicles myself here and have sent a few others this way as well. From the mechanics their service manager all the way to the gentlemen I believe is the owner excellent customer service and repairs. I hope you give them a chance.

We were on vacation and our headlights suddenly stopped working. Another service station in the area turned us away because we didnt have an appointment, believe it or not. Elite, on the other hand, fixed our car within two hours of stopping there, without an appointment of course. On top of that, one of the gentlemen offered to give us a ride to and from a nearby café to eat breakfast and wait for our car to be fixed. The price for the headlight fix was less than half of what I expected, especially since we did not have an appointment and it was an emergency fix of sorts - they could easily have jacked up the price since they knew we were from out of state and had no other option to fix our car, but they didnt. So, an easy five stars for Elite Auto Service.

Elite is awesome. I will never go to another shop again. They always fix my car right the first time and for some reason they dont fix it, you can take it back and everything is under warranty. Thanks for doing such a great job on my breaks! It was a fast and easy experience.

Excellent service! I came in needing brake pads and rotors, along with an oil change, for my older Dodge Stratus. I was on a very tight budget and their friendly staff was able to work the price down to keep it within my budget! They also took the time to let me look at the old and new parts, undercarriage of my car, and explained in detail to me everything they were doing and why! These guys went above and beyond to get me back on my feet! They also took me to work and dropped my car off to me when it was finished! 🙂 I’m very pleased with Elite Auto Services and would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy team. Horrible experience!!!! Took my daughter vehicle to them to rebuild the engine. They went over budget without talking to us, missed putting parts back in. Told us the engine was a 1995 when in fact it was a 1990. On the way home from picking it up the vehicle would not start after stopping for lunch. Elite would not help us, even though we had just picked up the vehicle just an hour before. Had to have another mechanic fix the issues that Elite did not fix, which cost more money, and have still been finding issues that Elite didnt catch 18 months later. We will never travel the two hours to use Elite again and will never recommend them to friends, family and co-workers.

A close relative of mine recommended Elite Auto Services several years ago. My only regret is wasting time on other places and not going here first. Best customer service and atmosphere I have experienced from any business.

Ive been using Elite Auto Service for 14 years. Elite earned my trust implicitly early on with honest accurate diagnostics and quality repairs. I recommend them to everyone. They treat every like family.

These people are either con artists or awful mechanics but I personally think its both. I took my wrx here after being hit pretty badly. When I got the car back for a test drive it made a weird noise and I gave it back. They fixed that noise and on the second drive another sound came about and it had little acceleration. They then said I blew a turbo and had low compression in my engine and I would need a new engine and turbo. About 16k in work. Immediately I knew something was up, I wanted a second opinion and after going to Import Auto technicians (GREAT guys) I found that my turbo was blown but the compression on the engine was fine. Elite Auto Service had put my timing belt on wrong and the engine was out of time. Absolute negligence and/or trying to squeeze every dollar out of my insurance company (who was reluctant to pay and I had to debate tremendously). AVOID this shop at all cost.

Very impressed!!! Two years ago while on vacation our altenator went out, we chose a national chain to do the repair. They offered a two year 24000 mile warranty. We had one day left on the warranty when the battery light came on, we took it back to the national chain store here in town and was told we were 60 miles over the warranty, a little disappointed to say the most.We decided to chose a different option. After hearing good things from a friend we took our Jeep to Elite Auto Services the estimate was fair. (About $200 cheaper then the national chain) I asked them while they had it in to go ahead and change the belts while they had it apart. I received a call later in the day telling me there was no need to change the belt but they where willing to do so if I wanted them to while it was off. The repair was done in a few hours. When we went to pick it up the price qouted was a bit lower than I was told. (Never heard of this happening)Ive never delt with a more reputable mechanic. I will highly recommend them to anyone, very friendly and respectful. They now have another customer for life.

I took a 1991 camaro for a cooling system flush and replace the thermostat all that was done right was the theemostat.the cooling system according to them consist of just rhe radiator no overflow tank or engine $248 later all i got a drained and refilled radiator .your ofer to re- flush? If you would have flush it in the first place we would not be having this conversation.rust in the system say you i dont know what part of flush you dont understand for the next cutomer try FLUSHING the system with the $248 you may get a dictionary and look up the meaning of the word flush it might help you have a better understanding of what a flush is

Oh, but not before charging a good 30% more than most other operations - who at least do it right.I had no choice but to put down one star but personaly I give this jip joint zero.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite Auto! They have excellent prices and are very honest in their work. After having a terrible experience at Winslow BMW I am so happy to have found Elite Auto! They serviced both our Acura MDX and our BMW 330 and always do an awesome job! For the problem I had with the Acura the dealership quoted over $600 to fix it. Elite Auto did it for about $150. To diagnose the problem with my BMW engine Winslow BMW wanted to charge $130 and then whatever else it cost to fix it. Elite Auto fixed the whole problem for $119.

These guys are my go-to. Theyre upfront and do a good job, provide solid customer service, and I feel confident my vehicles taken care of.

I brought my truck to Elite Auto to fix an oil leak. They tell me its the lower crank case but the rear main is dripping a little. EEs words are maybe has 30k miles left on it I say okay fix the lower. Leaks. EE says the rear main is bad and the upper is bad too. Okay fix it, while they are in there I tell them to look at the entire engine to make sure the crank, bearings and everything else is good. EE says it passes with flying colors. It leaks. They say that since I put an engine in the car I probably bent the pan. Okay, put a new one on. Still leaks. At this point Im abut $2500 into it and they determine the head gaskets are going and thats causing the leak after finally deciding to UV dye the engine and that I should replace all the seals (including the ones they JUST did) for about $3k. I put a hold on the car for a bit since it runs at least but still leaks from the head gasket and I dont have the money to replace the seals. I bring it back about a year later because another shop tells me its STILL the PAN and EE graciously tells me that the bearings are going, the crank is bad and my rear main is leaking. It is at this time they tell me that their warranty is 6mo/6k miles so Im out of luck on the rear main. It was mighty impressive they were able to diagnose bad bearings/crank without even looking at the oil or dropping the pan. I guess 12k of highway miles is really tough on them and they were able to tell just by mileage. At this point they say I should drive it until the engine dies and then pay them $4500 to replace the engine.My lessons in this are:Elite Auto is in the business of getting large contracts where they can fix a bunch of fleet vehicles for months on end.Elite Auto will use a shotgun approach as many times as you pay them and they WILL eventually fix something.Elite Auto stands BEHIND their warranty not by it. So if you happen to run over the magical 6mo/6k mile period even though you cant afford to be pillaged by them over and over well tough luck even if they never FIX the actual problem.Adding more RTV to a gasket that doesnt need RTV is not a solution to a leaking pan.

Thought I was getting a deal but when I asked about the price for parts it was over 100 percent mark up they told me the parts was $260.00 a piece I called napa myself and the parts was $125.00 apiece so I will find somewhere else to do my business for now on or buy my parts my damn self
