Did great work, but did not tell my warranty company any updates. It was very frustrating. I was on hold for 2 hours trying to resolve this issue.

I would give this company negative stars if possible. They handle delivery for Home Depot, Costco, and JCPenney appliances. In the last two years, we have been burned multiple times by this delivery company.2016: Bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot. Got a delivery date confirmed, and took the day off to wait for delivery. No one ever showed up or called on the delivery date. Finally called the delivery people, and they mixed something up without ever notifying me. They set a date for a few days later. The delivery people showed up. They took out my old dishwasher, and brought the new one into the house. Before they installed it, I noticed a massive dent on the side of the door. They apologized, and took the new dishwasher back out and set up a replacement. Unfortunately, they refused to put my old dishwasher back in since they had cut the cord. The replacement wouldnt show up for two weeks. So two weeks without a dishwasher during the holidays. Thankfully, there were no issues the third time. Home Depot refunded me half the purchase price of the dishwasher as a show of good will, which I appriciate.2017: Our fridge died right before Thanksgiving, and the parts required to repair it would take three weeks to arrive. We decided to purchase a new fridge through JCPenney instead. Delivery date was set, and the delivery drivers showed up on time. Unfortunately, there were dents in the doors and issues with the finish. The delivery driver offered a $75 damage credit, which I declined. They left with the fridge. I was given the number to Samsung to set up the replacement. Samsung told me that the delivery people should have offered to set the fridge up as a loaner, and Samsung would have come to repair the doors later. Samsung also offered $150 on top of this. I agreed. Samsung contacted the delivery company, and the delivery company refused to bring the fridge back, and would not set up any loaners. Samsung ordered a new fridge, which should hopefully arrive in 9 days. Who knows how long it will take to be delivered after it arrives, and what kind of condition it will be in. I called the main office for GE Appliance Service delivery, and was straight up called a liar by the woman in the office. She said that the driver had offered to leave the fridge as a loaner (he did not) and that they should have offered the $150 (they also did not). She was also extremely rude with her responses. She also offered no compensation, and said that I was out of luck for not having a fridge for over two weeks now. I wish I could pick a different delivery company for the new fridge that comes in, but unfortunately I am stuck with them. JCPenney was nice, however, and gave me $100 back when they had no obligation to do that. The appliance lady at JCPenney also stated how about 50% of customer have issues with this company. In summary, buy your appliances from anywhere else outside of Home Depot, Costco, and JCPenney if you dont want to deal with this awful company.
