I went to ecopliance just to check to see if they had any French door refrigerators and I met Mike and he was very professional and very helpful. They didnt have any at the colorado springs store that I wanted available so he looked online to their sister company in Denver Becker appliance witch the warehouse is in Denver also and he found exactly what I wanted for a VERY reasonable price. So I drove up to Denver so that I could look at in person today (friday) and they are delivering it on Wednesday in fountain. Great service great company. Great used appliances. Thank you so much 100%.

Terrible. They sell washers and dryers and break period. We bought 2 sets from them. They BOTH broke down in about 1 year. I done feel like they refurbish or check out any of the machines of if they are they only do the absolute bare minimal. Owner will not even call you back but has his secretary do his dirty work because he knows he seeks junk. Would not recommend.

I did not make a purchase today, I was basically in to shop for a break room refrigerator for my work and I was getting prices for my boss. We purchased a fridge on 4/3/2020 and had them delivered it. Purchasing the fridge is great, but the delivery crew was horrible. They had to take off my basement stairs door to get it to fit, which is fine. However they damaged the door frame, Ive taken pictures and provided the pictures to EcoPliance. I have yet to hear back from them on getting someone it to fix my door frame. I keep getting excuses as to why I havent gotten a call back to arrange the repairs. I would NOT do business with these guys again!

Had broken my stove and needed a new one. Mike helped me with the selection they had. I told him my price range and he gladly helped me with several options. He was very professional and had excellent customer service! I would heavily recommend this place if you need a replacement appliance!

Giving a 3 because of their Denver location. Springs, people are great and very professional, however, Denver is another issue. For warranty work, you need to call Denver. They have never answered the phone and they have a tech in the Springs once a week. This last time, was a Tuesday, (left message). She called and left a message that someone can be here on Tuesday. I called back the same day (left message). I wanted to confirm the appointment, 3 different times. She finally calls back on Friday and tells me it’s going to be another week and half because I hadn’t called back, REALLY! Maybe, if you start answering your damn phone instead of us leaving messages and waiting for you to call back, there won’t be any issues.

Terrible Terrible. Your washer and dryer will break right after your warranty ends. They do not take good care of the washers or dryers at the store. The literally buy them and sell them broken. Ive had both washer and dryer for 7 months both has broken on me a plethora of times. Its ridiculous. I know there used but dang bro really? I paid almost 800 for what i thought was some good digital display appliances and they both were duds. I highly recommend another used appliance store. Not to even mention the customer service was terrible. I think i spoke with a lisa at the denver store and she was just completely rude. If i could give negative stars i would. All around trash. The sales people at the Colorado Springs Store are great. The warranty department is not. They did a repair under warranty (May 2020) that failed 2 months later (July 2020). Despite it being THEIR repair they refuse stand behind their work and fix their own failed repair. Same error code in May 2020 and July 2020. They also refused to fix my LED panel in May 2020 because the washer still washed. And no one answers the phone when you call. You have to wait for them to get around to calling you.

Not allot going on the. Very very few presentable appliances. New shipment coming in soon hopefully better results.

This is quite literally the worst appliance store I have ever dealt with. I purchased a refrigerator and within a month it stop cooling. I called to have it service and was told it would be a week and a half before they would come look at it, all while my food was warming and spoiling. When I asked what I was supposed to do with my food while fridge wasn’t working and I was told “Put it in a cooler.” Needless to say I bought a new fridge from Lowe’s and returned the broken fridge only to be told I wasn’t going to get a full refund.I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy. Please save yourself to the hassle, the money, and just go somewhere else.

Edit:When I actually went to use the washing machine it would not work because it HAD THE WRONG DOOR!! This was verified by the companys own technician (who tracked his muddy boots through my new house). The door was from a different model, the problem is not that my washer did not work it in fact COULD not work. So how was this machine (as I had been told) tested at the store and once again when it was installed? I spoke with Mindy at the Denver office and after getting the run around I spoke with a manager and got a full refund. If you end up getting duped by these guys dont back down and get your money back. Hey Ecopliance let me do you a favor and I will post your canned response for you.Our technicians do follow a detailed checklist when refurbishing and cleaning our appliances. We take these issues very seriously and will investigate where the breakdown in our process may have occurred and address accordingly.Wouldnt believe it if I had not experienced it myself. Jeremiah was far more knowledgeable and service oriented than any box store appliance rep that I have ever dealt with. The delivery guys Mike and Donovan were equally awesome. These guys have a good selection of quality used appliances and stand behind their product and install work.

Purchased a front load washer from Becker Appliance. Washer was delivered for an additional $50 fee. Washer was installed, delivery driver left, and within 20 minutes my laundry room was flooded with water, the back of the washer had a major leak! I called the company and they said my contract requires a 15% stocking fee to return the washer! After telling them thats ridiculous, I asked for a manager. The manager (Tom) waived the fee and said he had 3 more washers of the same model he could deliver on Saturday (4 days later). He said he would personally test all three, deliver the best one, and remove the faulty washer.Saturday rolled around and the delivery never arrived? I called Tom and asked why my washer wasnt delivered as promised, he said, oh, sorry, it didnt get on the truck. I reminded him of our conversation and he replied, oh yeah, none of the 3 washers were any good. He assured me some other washers were coming in and hed have a great one delivered on Tuesday. I told him I was leaving town on Tuesday and needed it delivered at 11:00 before I left town. Tom said he would have his guys there at 10:45.11:05 Tuesday and no delivery? I called Tom again and asked what was going on? He forgot about our 10:45 agreement. He asked what he could do to correct the situation? He said the delivery would be there in an hour. I laughed and said get my washer to my house now, I reminded him of our agreement and I was leaving town! He said he would contact the delivery driver and I would be the next stop, he said about 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I received a call from the delivery driver saying they would arrive in 20 minutes! I asked him if Tom had communicated to him they were supposed to be to my house at 10:45 and he said no!The delivery driver removed the faulty washer, installed the new one, and said, given what happened to me last time, he wanted to test the washer...he turned the washer on and it immediately began dumping water into my laundry room! He pulled the hood and noticed two parts completely missing! One of the parts left an open hose in the washer, the result of water all over my floor.Becker Appliance says they test all their machines before delivery...it would appear to me they recycle machines without ever testing them? How can two washers arrive at my house and dump water into my laundry room if they were tested before delivery?Stay away from this company...far away!

I went to Appliance Factory on Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs and was treated like dirt. I was distraught when I met Mike. He was wonderful. Not only did he give me an excellent product, he was sympathetic to my emotional state (recently lost my husband to cancer). I recommend everyone shop here. Dont waste your time going anywhere else, ever!!

I was looking to replace my refrigerator. I didnt need something new, so Eco Appliance peaked my interest. From the moment I walked through the door, I have had a pleasant experience. The staff was very knowledge. I have a very narrow space for my fridge to fit, and they knew right away what stock on hand would fit. I felt no pressure to buy and was told I could leave my information for when new stock arrived that would fit my needs. The movers were on time and quickly hauled away my old fridge. It has been about a month since I purchased my fridge and I have had no problems with it.

I found Tom to be very honest. He did not sell me anything that was not going to work. I needed a washer that was going to be able to do heavy duty dog stuff. Tom made sure I got what I needed. This machine works great. I will go back and buy from again.Very honest people and reasonable!! A big thank you Tom.

But the pre-owned were rather old (10 years).I am thinking of going back when we need a new washer and dryer.They do have a good delivery price and free haul away, but haul away should be free since they might just fix the fridge and resell it :-)

Within 2 months of buying a front loading Samsung washer and dryer the dryer needed a new hearing unit. Now 7 months later the washer is unrepairable and Im now faced with the expense of buying a new washer.....which will not be from Eco Appliance. It is unfortunate that I continued with my original purchase knowing I live outside the service area (even though I live closer than some areas within their service area) and repairs are at my own expense. At this point Id have been better off buying brand new appliances.

They want to replace the whole refrigerator for me, but I am not willing to inconvenience my tenant anymore then they are already being inconvenienced. All I wanted was the glass replaced (which they said is too old and cant be replaced by them or the place they buy from. But I went to the same place where they buy from and bought the glass, it will be 4 business days for me to get the glass for the shelf. My money I spent. Not theirs. He said he will give me my money back for the glass.... heres hoping....) as well as the shelf that was broke(that they dont carry, too old, so still looking). But what is sad is that it took my review of them for any real effort to help me out. I appreciate that he got in contact with me. But to be blamed by the other person who 1st contacted me, that I damaged it and its my fault for not having it delivered by them, (they dont deliver that far) but I will not leave this store or any store without taking photos or plugging it in. Lesson learned.April 3, 2019Buy beware!1 star.So I really did not look inside. My fault. Told the guys what measurement I needed. And he Never opened the refrigerator. But here is their response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this store.A glass being broken would not be covered under warranty typically. If we ran into the issue of an emergency and the unit stopped cooling, we would swap it out with a replacement. (I cant do this because my Tenant will be out a refrigerator for 1 week to do this) That is why the warranty is provided. (But my refrigerator is too old that I bought) We are offering you a swap and yes you will have to bring the unit in as you were explained upon purchase. (It could not be delivered because where I needed it was out of their delivery area) in the future please ensure you inspect an item in and out before purchasing to prevent future inconvenience. (I will not buy in the future from them, explaining to me that they sell really old stuff) I am not sure how it would have left our warehouse without a glass. Or a shelf hanging half off. This may have happened in the transit as we did not deliver. But we are willing to give you a replacement unit at this point. If you are refusing a replacement you can wait until we receive another unit same size make and model and we will deliver parts once available.I am being told also its really old. Why would someone buy something really old?Dont buy it and bring it home yourself.I wont recommend buying anything from them. Their warranty will not cover old stuff even if they said it would. Buyer beware!Update....I did get a check for the glass I purchased that they said they could not get. But still missing shelf. Still no call to say they are still looking for not. We purchased a beautiful French Door refrigerator from this store last week and had it delivered to our home on Thursday. The sales team in the store was awesome. The delivery team (Dom & Kana) were just as impressive. We are now enjoying our purchase which saved us more than half of what a like kind refrigerator would cost new (and it came with a warranty). Outstanding customer service!!! I bought a refrigerator a couple weeks ago!!! I must say Im very happy with our purchase!!! I really like how the refrigerators were on and very clean, and AFFORDABLE!!! I cant forget about the movers also, they were fantastic and the moving belt they used was just awesome.

Sold me a new out of the box fridge. When it arrived to the house at some point it had been damaged before arriving. Called them and they said they would give me money off, and that he believed it was damaged when I bought it. I told him there wasn’t any when I agreed to buy the fridge. After this all they have done is kept dodging calls and haven’t made the deal right.If you are buying an appliance here take pictures before you leave the shop if they are delivering it to your home. They have no accountability and will keep lying to you so you stop calling.

I have had a good experience with this company. Some items needed to be repaired but they did so in a timely fashion and were happy to make things right and were apologetic for the mistake. That is all a person can ask for. I bought a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher from them at reasonable prices. I would recommend them to others for either personal use at your home or for a rental or a flip home.

Im skeptical when it comes to used appliances but this place had lots of options and I love the 6 month warranty. My first washer had issues within the first 3 months but they quickly replaced it. Within a month or two of the new washer it got off balance and they quickly fixed it.I feel bad that others have had terrible experiences but from what I see they do their best to take care of their customers. The guy who fixed my 2nd washer was very nice & quick.

Friendly service BUT be absolutely sure you know what you need to get. I was sold something that was not even asked if thats what i needed and at day of delivery it was told and asked if others could be brought in its place. Nothing fit and of course again make sure you know exactly what your getting because under no circumstances will they forfeit the waive of the restock fee. Not a happy uncustomer devices brought and not delivered.

I purchased a washer and dryer here that looked nice but has given me issues since I got them. The dryer specifically has a belt that falls off and has broken three times in the last year and a half Ive owned it. Ecopliance is asking for an additional $200 to fix the issue this time

Left 3 messages with the owners and never once got a return call. Finally after weeks of run around I got a refund and that only after they threatened to withhold a stocking fee... Bought a fridge here about a month ago. Since it was used, I also purchased the extended warranty. The fridge worked fine, however , the ice maker wasnt functioning. I contacted Mike who scheduled a repair person to come by and look at it.After the first repair, it still wasnt functioning. The repair person came out a second time and indicated we needed to replace he ice maker. When a replacement ice maker was unavailable, Mike was true to his word and replaced the refrigerator. The replacement fridge was, newer, slightly larger, and working fine.Service was polite and responsive, and when a problem arose, it was taken care of. What more could I ask for..

The service was great, the delivery was prompt. When I purchased my laundry machines I was told they were cleaned and refurbished. Upon running an empty load after install I realized my washer would not drain. I decided to have a look at the drain system and realized it was clogged with about four cups of old sand. Seems dishonest to tell the customer that the machines are clean when they obviously hadnt been serviced at all.

...but your NOT improving. bought units from you 3 years ago. multiple issues and service calls. washer was taken back to the shop then returned with someone elses pedestal but they were adamant it was ours. never removed they claimed. Interesting since the one that was returned was missing the dent and flat white spray paint to attempt to cover it up. I came back today to share this review because in todays mail I got an offer from Whirlpool for an extended warranty on my dryer (complete w/ model and s/n). We bought used appliances from a used store and after their in-store warranty ran out they sold our name, contact info and property info to outside companies. needing to buy a dryer for my rental. guess who I wont be calling.

The sales team Brandy & Anthony are extremely knowledgeable, and their customer services is second to none.I am especially impressed with how the company has lived up to their warranty guarantee after having a refrigerator malfunction in one of my rental properties earlier in the year. They sent a technician out within 24hrs to change out a part, but unfortunately the problem continued. John the owner of the company was kind enough to replace the refrigerator with one of equal value free of charge. We were in a pinch because our 2nd fridge went out. Ecopliance was able to set us up with a refrigerator that was a couple years old but still very modern technology. We paid $450 for a refrigerator selling $2500 new and $800 used everywhere else. They were very personable and accommodating. I will definitely send any friends needing appliances to Echopliance.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The refrigerator we were sold stopped working the first week. We called and scheduled service appointments three times because they didnt show up the first two times. I had a non working fridge for three months and all they had to tell me was to wait until they got one that was comparable in model and size. Wait with a fridge that spoiled our food, and didnt make ice in the middle of the Colorado summer. I finally decided I couldnt just keep waiting around for them. I went in and asked for a refund. They CHARGE you 15% restocking fee even though they were the ones who sold you the faulty fridge. So, on top of throwing away money on spoiled foods, you have to give this despicable company money for a fridge that never worked. Just be careful, spend a little bit extra and make sure you are getting a good working product somewhere else.

Yes, some of the negative reviews was true. I bought the refrigerator 3 months ago and was not working properly after they delivered. The sales person was very nice and knowlegeable. However the service part was very hassle and they replaced the part of course. However, my problem was when they said, they tested it before they put it on the shelf and when they deliver it, it doesnt work, its a lie. You need to stand behind your word, otherwise people will not continue with your business.

At this point Ecopliance has stuck with it and repaired a rather difficult appliance that took multiple trips to resolve. Their customer is satisfied and it was all covered under the warranty.

This place is amazing!!! Lets talk pricing... theyre selection is priced at about half (if not less then half) then buying new. However considering they go through all inventory top to bottom and disinfect everything, youre basically getting new anyhow. The ppl that work here are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. Theyll even show you how to work your new appliances there. They also laid them up for you if you dont live in COSprings. If you do, they deliever!!! All that being said this is my experience with Ecopliance;I walked in after having done research on line. I had a very specific washer and dryer set in mind that I wanted. Front loader that are HE and Engery efficient. They had PLENTY to choose from! I wash shown how to use them, as well as little tips on how to keep them running properly. Shout out to Jeremiah for answering all my silly questions! Youre a cool guy! After getting the run down, I picked my set, paid, and they loaded them into my truck for me. (I live in teller) as i was in my way home the washer fell from the bad of my truck and smashed into bits on the side of the highway! I was heart broken!! I called the store as soon as could and Jeremiah gave me the number for their customer service. I called and a wonderful lady (ms.Mindy) took my call, listened to what had happened and said she would speak to a manager and call me back. This morning Ms. Mindy called and said they would would allow me to perchance another washer ar a very discounted price! I was saved!!! Im so extremely happy with my new washer and dryer! They run amazing!! Thank you so much to Jeremiah and Mindy for all your help! I will be returning to yall in the future.

Our initial experience with them was great. However that is not the case when dealing with their service department. Of course this is what happens when you buy used products its a piece of junk that doesnt work and have to make multiple calls about it. Since I was given a 6 month warranty on it I figured that we wouldnt have that many issues.The guy that comes out says he needs to order a part for the washer. I dont hear back from over for two weeks so I call them and apparently he forgot about us. So I make an appointment to have them come out to repair and it happens to land on the day we got all that snow. Now I work at a dental office and we plan ahead we print out our appointments for the following day in case we cant make it to work and know who to call. So of course they dont show up and they dont call. I call the next day and leave a message and I get no call back. A week later I call again and oh she forgot to call me back. She schedules the guy to come out between 1-5 and at 4:50 I call to make sure hes still coming. She says hes running behind and itll be around 6. I tell her no well need to reschedule. How are you just going to show up an hour late and not call? I tell her that we need to make an appt that Im not going to waste my time again waiting for them. She said no that this is reason they have time slots in case their running late. Again that makes no sense. Yes time slots of 1-5 not 1-???? just show up. Im so upset its been two months now that I have not been able to use the laundry soap dispenser. I finally just tell her that Ill pick up the part and pay someone else fix it.Buyers beware!!! You get what you pay for! Crap products with crap service!! Should have known better.

Came here several times before actually purchasing a washer/dryer set- these guys did an awesome job and well be back next time were looking for appliances. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in regards to well priced refurbished appliances.

I love the idea of this place but the appliances are beat up and pricey for the condition. But again, I love the idea.

Stay FAR away from this company!! We purchased a fridge from them and it didnt work AND thats just the beginning!!I can accept the fact that they scratched the door on the way in. I can accept the fact that the delivery guys were cussing while they were at my house. I can even accept that they didnt check to make sure the fridge was empty before they took it.The fridge was completely useless, and thats not the worst of it. The delivery guys didnt cap off the water supply (our old frige had an icemaker, the new on didnt). The water supply dripped for a day before we noticed (since there was a fridge blocking our view). The water seeped under the linoleum, through the walls, and into my daughters room downstairs, causing the ceiling to peel off. We had to call a water mitigation company to dry things out.When I called Becker about the problem they said theyre not licensed to adjust our water and they claim no responsibility.Our insurance is going to subjugate against them. NEVER buy from them! Worst experience ever.
