David Cope, the service technician came on time and professionally identified the failed motor. He was able to locate a replacement unit and within a couple of hours restored the heat to our home. We have had Meyer Mechanical service our heating system every year for 4 years. They send us a reminder in late September that its time to make an appointment. The office staff are professional, friendly, and explain costs. Appointments are easy to make. Jeremy (the HVAC professional) cleaned our furnace for this year. He was through, wore a mask and shoe covers. He explained and went over the maintenance he did and provided me with a read-out.of the carbon monoxide level . He cleans everything up. The HVAC professionals from Meyer Mechanical that have come to our home have been great! Meyers also offers a Service Agreement that saves you money. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

The technician was Justin he was awesome came out did the repair on my AC unit checked everything out change the filter on my humidifier wrapped everything up very courteous very professional I recommend them to anyone anytime awesome folks thank you

Meyer Mechanical gives you a call about 45-60 minutes before the technician arrives with a picture and their name as well. Justin identified himself, put his shoe protectors on and went to work on cleaning my furnace. When he was done he explained and showed me all the steps he had taken to make sure our furnace was safe and ready to go. Justin was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Meyer Mechanical.

Came out in October to do a tune up, charged us for one part that they installed incorrectly and shut the system down a week later. Came back out and fixed it. November the came out again and turns out they bent a tube had to fix that. Now having issues again, gave them a call, they told us no warranty, it will be time and a half, minimum 3 hours, but best he come out Monday cause it’s getting late.Not using them again.

Meyer Mechanical has been servicing our house for years. This Summer they installed a new A/C system and replaced a 26 year old furnace. The work, materials, and installation crew were great. It was completed quicker than expected, and there were no surprises whatsoever. Tom was the technician who was assigned to me. He called me before he came, and arrived in a very timely manner. He was professional and did an amazing job. We have a new to us house that came with an unknown heating system to us using a boiler. Justin was very patient with me when I peppered him with questions and offered loads of information helping me feel a bit more comfortable with this system.

If ever Ive had a question about a repair, Roger has taken the time to explain it. He has also offered options for fixes. Im an absentee building owner and rely on the integrity of a company. I get to the Springs area about once every 5 weeks and when I check on their work, its always done as they said. My suggestion to anyone who doesnt give their contractor a five star rating, talk to Roger over at Meyer Mechanical

Have had 2 service calls with Meyer Mechanical and both were taken care of the same day I placed the call which was wonderful. On my second service call I had an issue. I highly recommend Meyer Mechanical. I have been using them for over 13 years when my air conditioning was originally installed. They are always professional, knowledgeable and timely. Recdently, I came back from a trip on New Years Eve to No Heat! I called Meyer Mechanical and Roger came to my house immediately. I had heat restored in less than an hour. I was so worried that my children and I were going to have to sleep that night without heat. The outdoor temperature was in the low teens and the house temperature was 54 degrees. I was so relieved that Meyer Mechanical was able to help so quickly, especially on a holiday. I wouldnt use any other heating or air conditioning company.

We had an issue where the furnace did not work a second time in less than four years. We were angry but I must say Meyer Mechanical handled the issue very professionally. It seems there may have been a leak which shorted wires. The technician checked our furnace and performed maintenance and our furnace is now working at 100%. I will never use anyone else.

My humidifier wasnt working, and I called to have Meyer out.I was not told a price over the phone for checking the humidifier.I was not home when the service tech came by.The service tech calls to tell me I have a solenoid out that needs replacing and that my total to replace it would would be $556 and that I should just buy a new humidifier because it would only cost me about $20 more, $575. I had already problem-solved the issue before I had him out and noticed that water wasnt running past the solenoid, so I understood what the solenoid was, and I was shocked that such a small part would cost so much.I asked him, why is this costing so much? He then told me it costs $115 to have him out, and the part was expensive. I said Id call him back.I get home and look at the bill. Im charged $115 for the visit to my home: $85 to come out, an EPA fee of $25 (which turns out not to be a fee to the Envrionmental Protection Agency, but according the owner is a fee for upkeep on their trucks), which seems ludicrous, and Im charged a $5 fee for shop materials (which turns out to be a fee for booties and rags for techs after they service a house), which I dont think were used, especially the rags. The problem solve time was probably 5 minutes.I then go online to Amazon and I find the part for as low as $33 and I order it. I install it in 15 minutes.My estimate was $396 to install the solenoid. Thats is a crazy rip off. I was also estimated $45 to replace my filter, which I also bought online for $22, for a two-pack. Putting in a humidifier filter takes about 20 seconds.I understand the costs of business, but this out-there.Of course it makes sense for everyone to buy new humidifiers - because you all are charging so much to fix them. The metrics dont work, and your otherwise loyal customers are getting ripped off.I wrote the company to make this right. They discounted the EPA fee and shop materials fee, and otherwise justified all their actions.This isnt the only company that does crazy flat fee pricing in town. Some contractors are going to it, and it is insane. These guys make more money than doctors and lawyers per hour. 15 minutes for $350 ($396 - $46 for the part) is $1400/hr.
