If I could give zero stars I would. Delores did our tax return. We paid $524 to have our taxes prepared and we did half the work. Nothing was mailed out on our behalf, we had to do this on our time. The IRS has no information regarding our return filed months ago. We’ve received letters in the mail from Virginia treasury stating things were wrong and we went in to speak with Delores who gave us paperwork and told us to mail it back to them. We paid YOU for the services. And now we’re unable to get in touch with anyone.

The only person answering the phone for 3 of their locations is extremely difficult to understand. I gave up in the end. And feel like a POS because of it, save yourself the trouble just go in or go somewhere else.

U dont get your money in 24hrs or 48hrs more 30days and less money.I advise people to go to Ms Mitch Taxes more money and quicker action 2 to 3 weeks you will have your money And 1400 more than H&R Block

There was no indication of costs prior to having all the work done. Not even an estimate. That was very shady and an awful business practice. I will take the time to figure out my own taxes next year.

They are very unprofessional. They refuse to right any wrongs. This office has incorrectly filed my taxes twice and refuse to help me with anything. I havent received a refund in two years because of their incompetence. I will not be returning them for future service.
