These guys here are the only ones Ill do business with for car tires. A year or so ago my wife needed two tires on her car. The price they gave me was so good that I just bought all four. Fast forward a year and a different car. She had a tire that I couldnt find the leak. I took it to them, they found it, plugged and patched it and sent me on my way. Free of charge. This kind of service is how you gain loyal customers. I send everyone I know here for tire service.

Consistently great service. I’ve brought my cars here for years, but recently brought my Class C RV in for six new tires. Everything went perfectly including putting my valve extensions for the dualies in the back back on. Everyone here has a great attitude, friendly and with a great work ethic. Can’t ask for more.

I have used Discount Tire a couple of times and each time their customer service is amazing! From the time you call the store and get a friendly greeting, and knowledgeable information from the staff, till the time you finish your business in person, in a better than timely manner. Each staff member, not just one but all, are courteous, helpful, and friendly. They acknowledge each person as soon as they enter the store. I dropped off a tire to have the one I bought from them put on the rim I brought in. The store was very busy and I was told about an hour wait, we told them we would go shopping and they said they would call us when the work was completed. We got a phone call 15 minutes later saying it was ready. Talk about service!!! Theses guys are on it!! I highly recommend them for all tire services you may need.

I was pleased with the service. Reggie was friendly to me. The shop was busy with many people and I didnt have any appointment. I ended up with 4 new tires within an hour and half. I definitely will go there again.

They only do tires, but they do tires really, really well. Ive dealt with them for replacement tires before but today was different. My wife picked up a road hazard at work yesterday. We swapped vehicles for today and I took the car to Discount Tire for a patch or replacement. When all was said and done they patched the tire, FOR FREE, aaaaand said that my wife should come by once a month to have all the tires checked for further debris.10/10 will go back again.

Great as usual. I got their and walked in and told them I needed a couple tires changed and they took my info. Then I unloaded my wheels and tires and was done in about 40 minutes, other customers were already ahead of me. Will always get my tires changed here.

Went to discount tire Friday 12/11 and realized that my driver side front front rim center cap has been cracked Saturday morning. Went back to discount tire 12/12 and they said they’ll order me and new one on 12/14. But today on 12/13 I realized that my passenger rear is also cracked and I’ll have to wait until Monday to tell them they might as well order two center caps for my wheels.

Pleasant staff, very courteous. Pricing was great and service was awesome. Overall in and out in 45 minutes with an appointment set. Will definitely be coming back for my next set of tires on my other vehicles. Also they offer military discount to both active and retired service members at the one I went to so thats a plus as well.

Got in quick, got out fast. Stopped by to get a tire plugged. It was FREE, I did not even buy my tires there. I will be needing tires soon, Im going here. They treated me like a paying customer. I tried the online tire thing TWICE, both times it was a pain in the butt. Dont save $50 buying online tires, it will cost you later, I know.

Great service despite a tiny misunderstanding per the website that says order tires online, make an appointment, and drive right up to the bay when you arrive. That part is not true. But you can stay in the car while you get your tires changed. I strongly advise against this if loud noise causes you anxiety. Anyhow, the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He confirmed my appt, came out and got some info from my car and let me know I was next. They got me in, changed my tires and I was done in less than an hour.

2 years ago I bout a set of 4 premium tires from the Williamsburg location, since then, I have been in to three different locations for repairs and am wowed by the service at every visit. The warranty is well worth the $15 per tire cost.

In the middle of traveling from florida to new york, had a flat and had to a get a new tire and they were able to squeeze us in right at close to get us a new tire and get us where we need to be. 10 mins and we were on the road. fast and friendly team, great experience!

I recently drove my truck and trailer from Florida to Nee York. On interstate 95 I got a low pressure tire warning. I had a very annoying slow leak that for the life of me, I couldnt find. They got me straight for now and also know what long term steps may need to be taken on my actual wheel. My low air signal came on this morning in my work van, I took it to Discount Tires in Colonial Heights, they immediately checked and put air in all my tires. The representative stated if something was wrong with the tire they would fix it free, it had a medium size screw in it, and ofcourse they forced it for free, if you have tire problems take your vehicle to them, they will take great care of you.

I called ahead to make sure that the tires I wanted were in stock. I was able to get 2 the same day with the assurance that there would be more available on Wednesday. Sean was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the product and services. I arrived early for my 1:45 appointment, but they were late getting my car. I was assured work would be completed by 3pm and they beat that goal. Over all I wouldrecommend them and I will be back for another tire.

Discount tire was once again amazing. I Brought my vehicle in to get a tire repaired and found out the I needed a new tire. I have the road hazard but they didnt have the replacement tire in stock. Since my spare was not trustworthy the gave me a loaner tire until my new one comes in.

Ive always had my tires replaced at a local mom and pop, but moved here to VA and needed new tires asap. Discount Tire employees were above and beyond with customer service, despite being very busy. I was also in and out relatively quick, by ordering my tires and making an appointment online ahead of time.

During this time with Covid 19 its difficult to do things but everyone at Discount Tire in Colonial Heights VA knows how to still give the best customer service.From the time I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by Mike who was very professional, asked questions and was able to fit me in to there very busy day.The gentlemen who worked on the vehicles were also very professional and also treated everyone with respect. When I notice a tire bleeding air I think “awesome I get to go say hello to Tripp”. They work like it matters. It does, quite a lot. The business side of things is wonderful, most of the time I go get work done I don’t pay anything. Because of this is will exclusively buy new tires from them, because of all the favors I owe them. The personal side of it is just as positive. Tripp does all my vehicles and is quick, reliable and always with a large smile as he saves my family from a flat tire on an interstate at night in the rain. I will never use a different company and recommend you trust your safety, time and check books to these fellows and ladies.

Truck tire got a hole on the way to a job. Brought it here to get it patched in the last hour of business. They offered to patch it for free. After they deemed the tire unsafe, they offered a used, similar tire (also free) so we could get the truck back on the road & home. There only concern was getting us the help we needed & we will be getting a new set of tires from them soon.

Pulled in for tire pressure check. They are always thorough. My tire pressure light didnt turn off, so he used an app to turn it off.

I came in to have my tire inspected for a nail/screw in my tire. Almost as soon as I got out of my vehicle, I was greeted by Cameron m, who was exceptional! From the moment he said hello, I knew he was ready to take care of our problem with complete satisfaction. He was polite, very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and even showed us where we were with the tread on our current tires! He set us up as a new customer to have our tire inspected and let us know the estimated time, which was very accurate! With all that, he never lost the smile and cheerful personality. The young lady who came from the garage to give me an update and then bring me my vehicle was extremely personable and sweet as well. I am so glad I came to Discount Tire! Thank you! 5 stars are not enough for this place-specifically the Colonial Heights location!! They are PHENOMENAL! This was my first time and it certainly won’t be the last. I was in and out, on a SATURDAY! They literally showed me the issue with my tire and gave me choices for repair. They are ALL patient, customer friendly, and kind. I told them they are like the tire shop version of chick-fil- a lol ! They’re great though!

Honestly the most professional tire store I’ve visited, and I am responsible for a lot of tires in my life. Didn’t knick the wheel and even put color matching wheel balancing weights (to hide on a black wheel). No wheel glue leftover from the old weights. Will be my first stop going forward. Thank you again
