Normally when someone starts bleeding you stop cutting not try to file the same spot while the cuticle is actively bleeding and shouldnt the equipment be sanitized? ... and shouldnt you know how to paint and stay in the lines when you work at a nail salon? 95$$$ for a great foot spa but horrible paint job!

Very unprofessional! I needed to fix one of my nails and my nail technician pretty much ripped the acrylic off my nail causing me to bleed which ultimately caused my entire nail fall off! No apology given when it happened. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff!

I had the gentleman and he asked me how I wanted my nails and really showed care. And the prices are great!!! So great that it Almost makes you want to pay them more just for the great service !!!

The man did my nails very sloppy job and had a few cuts on my fingers. I went in to get my nails done for my anniversary and was very disappointed. It was a simple gel polish. The lady was very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service. Make sure you double check on pricing coz they overcharge you with out explanations and argue unreasonably to pay.

Honestly I would give it zero stars. The man was so rude and he didn’t even clean up my nail before he put the acrylics on. He cut my skin 2 times. Worst experience ever.

My manicure and pedicure were fine, but they are so loud I could not relax and the smell from acrylics was so strong,ventilation so poor. I left with a headache. Will not be returning. (fyi 25 for mani/pedi)
