I got myself in a jam and they got me out of it quickly and at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience with Mclanahan Towing the driver was friendly and it took no time to get my car home and the price was very wasnt expensive.

The driver Herb, did an excellent job getting my tractor trailer unstuck from the mud at a job site. He was onsite quickly. He then went above and beyond to bring me fuel since I was already low, and all of my fuel drained to the passenger tank from the extreme angle of being stuck in the mud. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Paper on the window clearly saying $30 gate fee yet got charged $100, because of “fuel costs” and other bs “fees”

Had to be pulled out of a ditch down the back roads, was a very simple sideways pull out and had asked for a lot. Couldnt pay it on the spot and called later to be told it was going to be even more. Then argued with after asking a simple question about negotiating on the price, retorting with whos the professional and you know much the truck is worth, gas, ect.. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone take business elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! This place is a joke a and very unprofessional. They did extensive damage to my vehicle while towing and refused to acknowledge or do anything and was very rude to me when I called about the situation they told me im not doing anything about it and hung up on me I WILL SAY AGAIN Do Not Use This company!!!

Couldnt tow my vehicle without keys , yet it managed to get towed by other company without keys

Wasn’t sure exactly where I was on the highway and tried to explain to the man on the phone the best that I could. He ripped me apart and yelled at me until I figured something out. I told him I would call someone else because I didn’t want to get berated while I was just trying to explain. He told me good because he didn’t want to deal with someone like me.

They came quickly, and loaded up the truck out of the middle of the intersection and dropped it off without a hitch. Would recommend

Extremely rude on the phone and would not work with me to find a resolution for getting the unit I needed towed actually towed. I understand having a bad day but you dont take that out on a customer. If I wasnt required to work with them I would go elsewhere for towing services.

My semi truck developed an engine problem, and this company was recommended by the dealer. Even though I was a fair distance away, they arrived in a good time, with good equipment and professional service. Very friendly, reasonable rate. Hope I dont need them again, lol, but I certainly would call them and use them again!

My husband called them for a tow today and they flat out refused. Thier words Im not interested in the job. So dont waste your time with this company. I called B & K towing, and they came out immediately and did an excellent job.

Got a good price on a tow but my equipment (semi truck ) got damaged. I wasnt in town when truck was dropped off so I didnt catch it till later that night. They just left it with steering wheel tied up, line to air bags undone. Called owner , send text messages to no avail. Tow was cheap but its gona cost more to repair my truck. BBB next.

Called them for a tow today he quoted me a higher price then I had it towed for more then twice the distance. When I asked if their was any chance he could do it cheaper he hung up. Wasnt sure if I got disconnected so I called back. I said yeah this is mike with the truck. He then proceeded to cuss me out and tell me he dont hand out deals. I said its only a few miles and I had it towed all the way from work (23 miles) for cheaper then you quoted me for. He then cussed me out some more, so I said alright have a good day and hung up. Called a different tow company afterwards got a friendly quote for about half the price. The high price is whatever but to hang up and cuss out a potential customer for asking a simple question is crazy. This guy doesnt deserve anyones business.

Very rude over the phone when I asked if I could get an abandoned car away from my property they interrupted before I could finish my sentence to say theyre not interested.

Called to ask for towing information and the employee said “not interested” and hung up immediately.

Office staff was VERY rude to my driver. I would not call this company.

Called to have a vehicle towed and the gentleman on the phone was VERY rude. He quoted me a price and then said, “ same as it was last night” .. this was my first time ever contacting this company... Taking my business elsewhere!!
