We used Fast Lane towing for a scrap job loading out a scrap locomotive. Larry was an awesome operator and very knowledgeable. Easy to work with, showed up early and stayed until everything was done and cleaned up, and did way more than expected. Equipment does not just look awesome but performed flawlessly. Would use them again if I ever have the need. Thank you guys was great working with you

They were completely rude to another customer and in turn made me never wanna use this service. To hang up repeatedly on a customer and not even give a chance to another person to speak with them is the most bizarre thing I ever heard of in a business. very unprofessional

They are wonderful my company uses them for wrecker services exclusively. They always come in a timely manner and are very friendly. Most importantly they are safe in everything they have done for us.

I got stranded with my semi along interstate 255. Called Fastlane and they were out promptly with a wrecker. Driver was friendly and had a wonderful cheerful demeanor about him! Only cost me $350. I was happy!

I wish i could give 0 stars to this dump of a tow yard first of all the receptionist was rude, unkind and impatient not willing to wait until we go get money to get the truck out of tow , which was something we were told different by the state troopers there would be no charge for the towing , $250 for tow $50 1hr of storage and $35 for admin fee ..then she went on to say if we if we were not back by a quarter to 5 they were closing the gate and another $50 dollar fee will be charged to get my truck out and when we ask how come its so high she say the state troopers is tge ones who set the fee , well when i called the state police they said the same thing about them setting the price. then they parked my truck down a hill in the most disgusting part of the lot look like where anybody can just walk up and steal it doors were unlocked they gave absolutely no break or understanding when it came to this situation..thank god my daughter can drive fast

Great people fast friendly service

My truck died on the highway and we had to leave it because my 3 month old was with us. The state troopers had Fast Lane tow my truck without contacting me then refused to let me get my babies diapers and formula out of it without paying the $250 towing fee. Basically extorting me so I could retrieve my belongings and babys food.

Had a flat tire today Friday, 1/11/2019, in o’fallon my roadside assistance contacted this company and let me know that the provider (towing service) would be there in 90 min. After 90 min went by I called this company to get a status because it is cold and going to be snowing pretty soon. The lady was nonchalant and not considerate of the wait I was enduring and actually canceled the towing! Stating she doesn’t care and then calls the insurance company saying the reason she canceled our emergency tow is due to one of her trucks having issues. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The owner is a liar and inconsiderate!

Horrible place and horrible people!!! Tried to get them to tow my moms truck they said they couldn’t hours later it was towed by them because we had no choice but to leave it on the side of the road till morning! They jacked the price up and tried to have me arrested. A big guy 10x my size got in my face yelling at me! Rude evil people!Update/ 5/24/2019Being that my kids and I have no clothes what makes it worse is that my uncle passed away last night and we have NOTHING TO WEAR TO THE FUNERAL. It sad how people that are supposed to run a business be so unprofessional and heartless. I won’t get paid in time to buy anything new, and my heart is broken yet again! I wish i could put negatives on stars because this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. 1ST ID LIKE TO POINT OUT TIM MIESTER THE ONLY 5 STAR POST THEY HAVE HE WORKS FOR THEM. So to start my terrible experience my sons grandmothers vehicle had been towed from the hwy by a state trooper and when we got to the tow yard the lady in the office was immediately rude with us . She then told us the fee was 345 dollars an I asked why an that that was an outrages amount on a vehicle that hadnt even been there an hr. Her an the tow truck guy that was also sitting in there started to tell me that was the price tge state troopers decide an not them. I called the state trooper an they said they have no part in wat ever the tow company makes us pay. The lady then begins to tell me all of their prices are listed on the wall an when i read it the tow said 250 dollars an when i said that she then started adding things on 50dollars for a day fee for sitting in their lot but it hadnt even been in the lot an hr she then added on something about an admin fee which put us at 345 dollars. An might i ad that i read in someone elses review that they were charged 250 dollars after the state trooper had them towed and another review of how the lady in the office lies. I had to run to the bank to get more money an the lady in the office said if i wasnt back by a quarter till 5 she wouldnt be able to help us when it was already 410 and the bank was 12 min away. And told us we would have to be charged another day because she had things to do .Needless to say we rushed to get there an made it back an when we walked down the hill to get the vehicle they had it parked in the junk yard mind u this is a brand new suv they had it parked in the middle of busted up cars that had broken pieces and glass all over the ground their was no fence around it with open fields an trees that anyone could walk right in there in the night . This place is the absolute worst i would never trust them to tow or take my vehicle to the auto care they have. They are rude people and lie. And im sorry to anyone that gets stuck dealing with these people.
