There is a reason Viviano Heating & Air is so highly rated. Last month, I had the misfortune of my A/C going out in the heat of summer - on a WEEKEND. I called Viviano and someone was out there within the hour; they promptly fixed my A/C and all was good in the world... until today when it stopped working again! It turns out, that I now had a completely different cut in my wire. I called Viviano again, and Don came out (also within the hour,) and completely changed out the wire free of charge as someone had been out here prior for a similar issue. Although it was a different cut and a service call was still made - I so appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism of VIviano. (I would have gladly paid for the time and the fact it was a different cut than last time, but the kindness I do not take for granted!) I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them for any of my future heating and a/c needs. They are the real deal!

I highly recommend this company! We needed to get a new AC and opted to get a new furnace also. KYLE was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options available - and very patient in answering all of my questions. I really enjoyed his personality and sense of humor, and he made a stressful time more easy to deal with. They were able to get our installation scheduled very quickly, but since our AC had completely quit working in the middle of several 90+ degree days, they set up a couple of portable units so the house could stay bearable. Im very happy with choosing Viviano - and I will continue to recommend them to anyone whos in need of HVAC services.

Best AC service Ive had to date!! My AC unit stopped kicking on overnight. I had a feeling I wouldnt be able to get anyone to come out on a Sunday. However, my parents recommended Vivianos. I called and the lady that took my info and sent out for a technician was very nice! Within 5 minutes Gonzalo(my tech) called me. He was at my house within the hour. My capacitor was bad -- he had it fixed quickly and price was fair. Will use Vivianos for future servicing!

The owner, Don, came out to my home today, was very attentive and concise with every question and concern my wife and I had about our aging heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand the basic cleaning and maintenance that a system craves for prolonged use. Viviano replaced the evap coil in a complete unit that they installed in 2016. Was completed under warranty repair and overall I am pleased with the service. Where a star was lost was due to the price. I was charged half the cost of what the entire install was 5 years ago for a warranty repair. I understand however costs and labor go up but I just feel the value could be better. Again, however, I am generally pleased with the repair and the technician was prompt and efficient with the being work done.

Very pleased with this company overall. Another company (plumbing/electric/HVAC) tried to say we needed an entirely new $12,000 system and Viviano came out same day and found the leak the other company couldn’t and fixed it next day for about $1100 (which included the needed part the other company said could not be found and a full system Freon recharge.) We had our unit installed 12 years ago by Viviano and are back with them for life. We only went with the other company for a while because we had plumbing issues and thought we would be better off with a company that did more services. We were so wrong.

I called with a frozen AC refrigerant line at 8pm on a Sunday night, and the technician was here by Monday morning at 10. They were extremely professional and helpful. The issue ended up being a clogged filter, but the technician made sure it wasnt anything else more serious and only charged us a diagnostic fee for the service.Well continue to call Viviano in the future.

Called 6 different 24 hour services to help fix our AC late last night, Around 9pm. I was assured there would be a call back and a tech out that night! I valled back after an hour of no call back. Assured again someone would be out. No call, no show. Got a call at 8am next morning asking if I wanted to make an appointment. To me thats not 24 hour service. Thats 24 hour phone service but not technician service.

If I could give them 20 stars, I would.Despite the enormous challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has created in getting the necessary parts for HVAC repairs, Don, Becky and the whole Viviano team went above and beyond to get our system rolling again ahead of dangerous heat coming our way.Throughout the process, the Viviano was working the phones with their colleagues at Trane to try and expedite parts arrival. They kept me updated regularly on status. Once the part we needed arrived, Don came to our home after hours to install it, just so we could enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, in disassembling our air conditioner, he discovered additional issues that he felt warranted the replacement of our entire AC unit as part of Trane’s warranty.The most incredible part is that, again, despite pandemic supply chain issues, Don was back at our home within less than 12 hours with a brand-new system that he was able to make happen. As I write this, our home is dramatically cooler, safer, and more comfortable thanks to everyone at Viviano.I am blown away by the integrity and customer service of Vivano and would enthusiastically recommend them if you need service, an entire system, or anything in between.

Actually, Goensalo fixed a questionable install. The lady I spoke with on the phone knew what questions to ask, diagnosed the issue, instructed me on a temporary fix and sent the right person to really fix it.

My wife and I have relied on Viviano for multiple service calls on what is a really old heating and cooling unit in our home. Recently our AC went out and it required some parts to be shipped in order to repair it. I was having furnace issues a few weeks ago. Furnace would short cycle and then it wouldnt work at all. I called Viviano HVAC at night. They sent out a man the next morning. He diagnosed the problem (crack in heat exchanger) and ordered the parts. I was quoted a 3 week turnaround but they were able to get the parts and had it fixed in less than a week. I might add that them fixing my furnace kept me and my wife from dying of CO poisoning. Very pleased with this company.

We have a maintenance contract with them and any time we have had issues they have made sure to work us into their schedule. Great group to work with!

Called viviano when my boiler motor broke down in the midst of winter. Our ac was not cold and it was getting very hot outside. Called Viviano and they quickly found the problem, needed a new condenser coil. Main unit in my parents home was installed by Viviano when the house was built in 2006. This unit worked great for about 2 years and suddenly the heating stopped in December of 2008. I saw Vivianos phone number on my thermostat and called them up, they came and cleaned out a valve and all was well again for another year. Then a year later -- same issue they charged a service charge and suggested I sign up for the maintenance plan. We decided it seemed reasonable due to the problem being a small maintenance issue. After signing up for the maintenance plan the very same year according to them a blower fan went bad which would be covered under parts warranty but not labor -- fair enough. Well again it ran for one year and they came and said I had the SAME problem AGAIN! Blower fan goes out every year? Sounds fishy for a modern HVAC system. Unfortunately it had to be replaced or no heat. The technician claimed the blower fan had a faulty design. Why install a system with a faulty design in a new construction home? Why deal with customer call backs instead of replacing with a better part?Viviano did give a slight discount for the multiple call backs, after confronting them with the questions.Prior to having so many blower fans breaking, I had a second new unit installed in parents home circa 2009 by Viviano because they installed the original unit in the house. Anyhow the second unit lost its freon a year after install or at least thats what the technician told me. They reluctantly fixed it under warranty and said there shouldnt be any problems. It was working fine for another year. When I called they said there was a bad coil pack, parts would be under warranty but not the labor. I decided to call someone else out, since we had reached the tipping point on the blower fan issue from the main unit. The other company told me the tech that refilled the freon did not properly tighten the valve so it leaked out again, as well as stating the coil pack looked brand new with no damage.Recently I purchased my own home that was being serviced by Viviano and looking through the receipts of work performed left behind by the former owners is making my heart hurt, two families taken advantage of in the same neighborhood. ☹️Do you like being duped because their technicians think you dont know better? Call Viviano!

I had bids from other companies in the area - Viviano by FAR was the best value for my money. From start to finish we were so impressed with their personal attention for making sure we were completely satisfied and happy. I had a new air conditioner, electronic thermostat, and humidifier installed. I couldnt be happier with everything. Even after installation, they check to make sure we are happy. I forgot to mention that they even brought a portable AC unit to my house free of charge so that we would be comfortable until installation of the new AC. WOW! I would recommend Viviano to everyone. The technician was on time and prepared to service my system for the winter. He had the right size filter and humidifier for my unit. Cleaned the burners and checked for leaks. Performed a very thorough inspection.Very satisfied

Super friendly and kind receptionist. The tech who came out was a bit abrupt and tried to sell us a new system before even attempting to diagnose the problem. Once we insisted he looked at it he was able to fix it in just a couple minutes. Overall very happy with the experience, just a little disappointed in the sales push and the rude/unnecessary comments made about his coworkers.

Of course the hottest day of the year/ this week AC stops cooling properly. That night we had tech scheduled to come to house but storms would not allow the outside work to be performed safely due to lighting. He said he could come back by 6:30 am next morning. He was on time and called consistently to keep us updated on his arrival. Great experience.

I refused to use the company that installed our system because I know how they scam. This was the only company that would even come look at monster system. They tried everything to get it running and for the cheapest price. But the way our system is set up they couldnt bypass it. They were polite, explained everything in detailed and tried to do all they could. Even made it happen with what they had instead of having to order something else.

He informed me that everything was in good working order and presented me with our new maintenance agreement. No pressure. What a relief.The service that we previously had always presented me with an expensive list of additional items that they recommended, but was not necessary or needed at the time. Viviano installed a new furnace and air conditioner exactly one year ago to the day. I got a message from the Nest app saying there was no power to the thermostat. The Viviano tech came out and said the problem was with the thermostat. He did not charge me for the service call even though they did not install the thermostat. Amazing because I fully expected to be charged for a service call. This is service beyond compare. I have and will continue to recommend Viviano to my friends and family.

I like that the service personnel take the time to put on their booties before coming in my home. I have used Viviano Heating and Air Conditioning for 2 going on 3 years. I am extremely pleased with their service because they explain everything in detail so that a lay person can understand the reason something may need to be replaced . Also they are very upfront with the cost. Another thing I really like is the service men wear the protective foot coverings when coming into the house and they are prepared when they come into the house . I had been told a couple of years ago that my AC was leaking freon. Mr Vivano himself came for the service call. He did the diagnostic and there was not a freon leak. Me system did not need a charge at all. His honesty saved me big time. I will never use any other heating/cooling service except Viviano again! Viviano is the MAN!

Don is an amazing person and business owner! I have a baseball training building (24’X60’) in my backyard and I was needing to add a heating and cooling unit. I had called at least seven other contractors who showed very little interest in helping me to install this unit. Don on the other hand really cared about my need and did whatever it took to help me solve my issue!!! Once I accepted the contract he started the work within four days. But he really proved himself as a caring business owner when on the last of the project I asked him if he could protect the heating grates from baseballs that would be screaming at over 100 mph in my building. He had one of his teammates specially design a protective grid made from angle iron and rebar to prevent the balls from damaging any of his newly installed grated!!!! Don is an amazing person and a great business owner and I would recommend him to anyone who is needing any kind of heating or cooling! Thanks for all your help Don!!!
