I was very surprised how knowledgeable he was about my system. He was very through in doing my system check and cleaning. Mitchell did a great job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even cleaned the old furnace filter and put a new one in. (Something I hate to do). He reminded us about adding UVV lighting to our system and explained what it does, but did not push us to have it installed. We will definitely keep using Blue Stream in the future.

Blue Stream is the best ever. They are always prompt, courteous, and thorough with all they do. Blue Stream treats their customers as if they were a very important part of their family. They never try to sell you anything you dont need and they keep you well informed as to any upcoming needs you may face with your heating and/or ac unit.Being a club member with them is invaluable. Several years ago on an extremely warm May evening our ac was putting out warm air. I called Blue Stream at 9:00 p.m. and left a voicemail explaining our situation, and requesting they please put us on their schedule as soon as possible the following Monday. Before 10:00 p.m. Rob was at our home and had all taken care of within the hour. You just cant beat service like that.

UPDATE -We made the decision to purchase new furnace and air conditioner from Bluestream and they installed the new equipment on 6/25. The installers did a awesome job! They started at 9 AM and left when the job was actually done - cleaned up their work area, helped me reconfigure my existing Nest thermostat.Very happy with everything that BlueStream has done for our family. They have a customer for a very long time.Original review:A/C unit started making a rattling noise on Friday (5/29), I called Blue Stream and spoke with Toni, who immediately scheduled a technician to come out to our house. Toni was very friendly and told me that she would touch base with me later that day to let me know if the technician would be able to come by before end of day. Like clockwork, she called me back to let me know that the technician wouldnt be able to make it by and she scheduled me for Saturday (5/30). Todd was our Technician was on time super through, he was able to resolve the issue, but then also went over his write up with us and was there was no pressure. Later that afternoon I got a phone call from Toni and she scheduled an appointment for consultation on possibly replacing our air conditioner and furnace as the units are quite old.I cant really rate on Good Value, but I have to say that they only charged me for a diagnostics charge and Todd the technician was here for over an hour. Todd was very knowledgeable and through on his inspection.Great job and I am looking forward to continuing to work with Blue Stream.

Called Toni around 10am and told her our AC went out. She didnt know if they could work me in but got a call later that afternoon to tell me a tech is on their way out. John arrived shortly after and got started right away. Our AC had a couple different issues and John was determined to get it repaired. Professional and honest company!! I definitely will be using them again!!!

This has been an excellent company to work with. They are a smaller home-town company that personally works with you. We had to get a new furnace, water heater and a/c unit. Rob, their lead technician went over all my options and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary upgrades like other companies did while I was getting estimates. They were also cheaper than those companies on prices for equivalent items/services.Rob and his team of technicians were a pleasure to work with, and the employees in customer service were great with keeping me updated about appointments the whole way through. They also filled out all the warranty paperwork and gave us a nicely made, convenient package with all the warranty and instructions etc. in it.Rob also fixed a small gas leak on our water heater line in about five minutes while he was doing our initial walkthrough and estimate that a competitor said would be labor-intensive and would cost more to fix than just replacing the water heater! These are great people.GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They are no-pressure, and don’t try to get you unnecessary products or services. You can tell they’re an honest, small-town company that will be there with you all along the way. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any HVAC, plumbing needs.

It was obvious how concerned he was with completing the job with bitterly cold weather coming the next day. We are a large, young family and he made it his priority to get us taken care of. Blue Stream is fantastic!! Three years ago we were looking to replace our air conditioner and heater and John spent time with us and listened to the problems we had with our old system and what we wanted out of the new system. He took time to figure out exactly what we needed and presented a great package. The experience has been wonderful from the initial appointment to the present. Blue Stream is very knowledgeable and friendly putting the customer first. We have been very happy with our new system. They come out spring and fall and give the air conditioner and heater a check up. In the mean time our water heater went out and John was able to replace it very quickly. They have also fixed a faucet on the outside of the house. They are a one stop place to go for anything you need fixed around the house. I called with an emergency repair need for my ac. The operator was kind, the scheduler was considerate and offered to try to schedule someone for me asap. I was shocked when they were able to get someone to me at 7:00 p.m.!! John (service pro) was so kind, talked me through everything, and presented me with options. It was low pressure, and I was back up and running in an hour! Very fast and reasonable! Will definitely call them in the future!!

They were fantastic. I called on a Wednesday evening when our furnace went out. They worked with us and came out that evening. The person we spoke to on the phone was so helpful and nice. The repair man was polite, asked what was going on, and fixed it. He even took the time to show my husband how to fix it - if we had this problem again (because we have issues with our furnace every year for some reason.) I would recommend them to anyone!

Rob H was very professional along with his helper when they came to do an annual checkup on my furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly and did what they said they would do. You couldnt ask for a better company for your HVAC needs, i use them for regular system maintenance, last year John and Rob H helped me with a problem with my 18 year old furnace (thankfully finding the problem before they put on a new $600 gas valve which seemed like it was the issue but it really wasnt) and Rob C and Jeremy installed a new furnace this year, they do great work, are knowledgeable, courteous, clean up, call you back and actually show up when they say they will. Great hvac service and repair, this is just one experience, during the winter last year it was a Saturday night and my furnace went out, I called bluestream and they walked me through a process to get my furnace working without having them come out but unfortunately it was something that was beyond my repairing. the part that was bad had to be ordered and as soon as they got it they was right out here to fix it to get us heat again.This company is not like the others they go above and beyond the Call of Duty and their prices are extremely reasonable.They also have financing available for those that dont have the cash to pay right now.
