I was last minute doing my taxes but they made everything easy. I literally had to nothing but bring my W-2s. They handled everything and got me a great refund!

My experience in your office was positive and Emma couldnt have been more professional. I most certainly will see her this time next year. It was great working with someone who likes her job and who enjoys math. Not my forte, but one she fully covers.

The person that served me was very knowledgeable of.tax preparation as well as laws. She had a fabulous personality. This was my second year going to her, yet, it seem as if I have wen in her presence many times.

I was confident in my preparer. She was detailed in her review of my return and answered all my questions. This is my second year using Jackson Hewitt and my second year with this preparer at the WalMart location in Collierville. I have been very pleased with both experiences.

While in the store I stopped by the Jackson Hewitt kiosk and spoke to Ms. Emma about tax questions that have been confusing me for some time. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. In the future, I plan to have my taxes completed at at Jackson Hewitt by Ms. Emma.
