Terrible service. My appointment was at 12:00 pm for a dip mani and pedi. I selected the color from the color bar and got my pedi done first.When the dip mani was being done , the color appeared extremely different from the one on my toes !I told the technician the color is different , he started making excuses.I had to leave to pick up my kids and paid for the service and told them Ill be back later to have this fixed.When I returned they kept me waiting for an hour !!!I went up and spoke to the lady , who was extremely unapologetic and kept telling me Ill have to wait for an hour even before they could help me get this whole color fixed !!!!!Such a waste of time and extremely pooor service for me as I was a regular here.This will be my last visit and there is no way I will cisit them again !

Terrible service ! Terrible Staff ! Terrible quality ! Dip colors for mani and pedi DONOT Match !The guys is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional ! Never returning back here ever again !Update : While I was waiting there getting their terrible job fixed, the owner walked up said she read the review and this was their last service ! Ha ha haI stated that already in my post that this would be the last service. Instead of apologising for their color mismatch , she has the audacity to walk up to me in the salon while other customers were watching to refuse service ! Woooow ! Hands down terrible service , safe yourself some self respect and do not show up here as one complaint for their wrong job and instead of apologising they will outright disrepect you !Disrespectful owner !

I got my nails done on Friday, paid for the shellac + tip. By Saturday two nails were chipped. See picture below for nails on Monday. I went to the salon and explained the situation. They told me it would be $12 to remove polish plus full price for new color. I will never visit this salon again. Shellac should at minimum last more than a weekend.

I got white tips. Very simple look. I got cut really bad, the lady doing my service didn’t really know what to do. She put drops of something in the area that was bleeding and burned like crazy. Didn’t offer to clean the blood or anything just put the drops. Which is a health code violation, they must have a blood spill plan/protocol. The quality of work was poor. :( I’m not happy at all and my finger hurts, it’s throbbing, hopefully not infected. I don’t recommend at all, the finished work wasn’t even worth going through all of this.I also added pictures of my nails. Non of the white tips connect to the edges of my finger nails.

Never stopped to go in cause nails aint my thing but it seemed like it was an alright place

My nail polish is chipping off my toes that I got done on Wednesday 05/22/21 they did my eyebrows and wasn’t gentle at all I have scratches from them plucking them to hard the pedicure was horrible and did not feel good and I have been going to them for a year now but they will no longer get my service AGAIN oh let’s not forget how rude the guy is that works there

I took my 3 year old daughter to get her first pedicure and she loved it. I also liked my pedicure and they seem to have a large menu of spa pedicures to choose from. I am excited to go back and get my next pedi.

Stay away from this place. Went one time when I didn’t have time to get to my regular nail spa. My polish began peeling off the day after I had nails done there. They refused to refund my money and were extremely rude. Definitely would not recommend.

I have been going to skyline nails for about 5months. I found a tech TAO that did my nails the way I liked. I made an appointment for 3-30 @11am for dip and two manicures. I arrived around 1055 and the receptionist says pic your color, I proceed to tell her she TAO picks my colors. They proceed to ell us to proceed to the first two chairs for the pedi. We sat in the chairs for 30 min and no one said anything to me regarding TAO running late or anything. I finally get up and say to her I had an 11 appt what is going on she didnt respond . I then ask to speak to the manager and said to him no one said anything to me to say if she is running late or she has a customer. I told him its unprofessional to be treated as such and that someone should have let me know what was going on especially since I had an appointment and nothing was said. Needless to say my review is to go at your own risk. Customer service needs improvement and communication is key when dealing with customers. The experience was BAD.

I have never had my dip crack the way it did when i had it done here. Started cracking after one week. Usually I can push 4 weeks with the dip when I have it done at Pure. This hardly lasted a full week without cracking and chipping.

The most amazing staff in the most beautiful establishment I’ve ever been in! My acrylics came out beautiful. I know where I’ll be going back to from now on!!
