The owner is very friendly and very detail oriented!They dont drill, so my nails still felt thick after removing first round of dip.

We went a few weeks ago, one for a regular pedi, one for a regular gel manicure. On a Saturday, two people were working, which I felt was odd. We made an appointment, but upon arrival, I could tell both techs were just beginning with their clients. At the very least, they could have let us know and we could have come back. We waited 45 minutes. My pedi was underwhelming to say the least. Unremarkable. The paint job was also rough. As far as the gel manicure, the nails were not filed evenly.We asked that a couple be redone, but overall it was sloppy. Then, the gel seemed to be wearing away after less than a week! Not chipping or flaking, but fading and becoming see through. Unheard of for a good gel job! It supposed to last weeks! I feel bad because they were nice but it was a pretty bad experience. Sad because its a really nice place!

I feel bad because the owner is very nice and I’m sure most nail techs would do a good job here but my nails look truly awful. I got a dip manicure that is still all over the skin around my nails but somehow doesn’t even come close to my cuticles on half my nails so my 2 hour old manicure looks grown out already. There is a big lump right in the middle of the polish on one of my nails that is driving me crazy to the point of considering having my nails redone somewhere else tomorrow.I’ll give 2 stars because I’m never bold enough to confront someone about how unhappy I am about my nails in the moment.Truly disappointing.

Visited “polished salon” in Collierville their were about 15 nail stations and 15 pedi stations.. But only 4 or 5 people working on a Saturday morning. We had an appointment. Didn’t really need one they do not work by appointments obviously .. just your average nail salon .. slightly above average prices...Just being honest...
