This was the 2nd time Ive been to Happi Nails. Susy was the nail tech. This place is awesome! The quality of service is outstanding. I will be going back. Great way to pamper yourself.

The best way to keep customers so your shop is not empty is to treat them properly and have a set value. Now I know why even on a Saturday no one was there.

Giving two stars because the location is really clean and the women were friendly. Otherwise, if this was just on quality it would be a 1 star. I got my nails done there Friday, it is the following Monday and they are already chipping. I have never had gel nails that messed up so fast, I can usually get AT LEAST a week out of them so I would not recommend coming here for shellac or gel, really bad quality and definitely wasnt worth the $40 I paid.

My 11 yr daughter came to get polish on hands and toes with her aunt yesterday. She had 2 nails with acrylic overlay that they just painted over and sent her in her way. So of course I bring her back because that’s clearly unacceptable. The manager says oh she didn’t ask for it to be socked off. I say out loud aren’t you the suppose to be the professional? Why wouldn’t you ask or recommend or suggest that? Besides most professional salons automatically know to do their best work no matter who the client is not take advantage of a child and paint over acrylic that either needs to be refilled or taken off. Then their watered down thin polish is already chipping off not even 24 hours later and of course they say we’re not responsible. She won’t be back and I never come here. I never liked their work..I recommend you don’t either.

I don’t usually review but my mom and I got pedicures this morning. The paint on my toes is very sloppy, paint all around my nail, and has no shine. A few hours later and my feet don’t even feel soft. The technician was rough, rude and did not seem to have any idea what she was doing. I would pick another one of the numerous nail salons around town and not waste my money here.

I went to Happi Nails today for a manicure and a pedicure. This is the place that I go to when I want a manicure and/or pedicure. My daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday in September. I decided to use the gift certificate today. I had the services done and presented the gift certificate. I was told that I couldnt use the gift certificate because it had expired. I told them I was not aware that the gift certificate had an expiration date. So they had already been paid for the devices and expected to be paid again today for the services. What I would have expected then to do is honor the gift certificate and now that I was aware that they expire, I would be sure not to let that happen again. But they would not honor the gift certificate. I paid for the services but will never return to their establishment again.

Did an excellent job. However, if you have a group (which we did), and you call ahead to let them know youre coming (which we did), they should tell you if they wont have enough people there to do everyones nails (4 stars). 3 of the 6 of us had to wait 40 minutes. Will go there again, but wont bring a group. (However, they really did do an excellent job.)

When I go I usually go to the same tech because she is patient and understands my need for my feet and she does my nails the way I like. The one time o did use another tech it was not a good experience.

They are rude and slow.

Le is the best. She is kind and very precise. Great attitude and a fun conversationalist. Moments of quiet are there too if you arent much for chit chat. Im picky about my pedis. See her for sure!

Went it for one simple nail repair which ended up taking over an hour.! The nail tech rushed through and constantly messed up the Polish. She had polish all on the sides of my finger and got mad when i brought it to her attention!! Then she said she would fix it for a 3rd time but after already wasting an hour o didnt have the time. She still to make me pay but i told her she didnt do her job. She told me to just leave and never come back +I told her I would never return. Service, quality of work, and customer service was awful!!! Dont waste your time or money here!!!

I drive from midtown to get my nails done here. Very clean, usually quiet, usually little or no wait. Excellent selection of gel colors

I came here for my birthday to get a pedicure and acrylic. The nail tech I had did not listen to how I wanted my nails done at all. Everytime I told her I wanted something done a certain way like my heels scrubbed a little more to my cuticles needing to be cut, she would say “oh no you don’t need that”. I’m spending my money and they are my feet/nails. If I want it done a certain way I don’t need anyone telling me otherwise. I got a second tech that did my acrylic and my nails are too bulky and not filled in all the way so there is a obvious gap between my nail bed and the acrylic !!!! They also charge extra for just about everything which is very annoying.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and every time has been wonderful. You may have to wait a bit but theyll let you wait in a massage chair. 👍🏻

Decent pedicures but horrible acrylics. My nails ended up looking rushed, uneven, and sloppy. Very unhappy.

They did a great job on my pedicure and i will be going back. The wait time was almost an hour but it was worth waiting. Kathy did my pedicure.

I went in top of the morning. I was the first client there however 3 people still got serviced before me. ALL of the technicians were extremely rude. I figured a nail shop in the middle of Collierville would be an awesome experience but it was the worst. My nails were hideous. I still had to find another nail salon to soak off this NEW set and receive another one. I will never return!!!

Horrible! Over-priced! Sloppy work! There is one very sweet 19 year old working there - not sure of the quality of her work... My mani and pedi look awful - I just paid too much for work my 8 year old could have done better and will need to go elsewhere on Monday to have my nails done again!

I showed up the last hour minutes before closing. I asked if they had time for a mani-pedi. They said they did. The lady on my nails was nice and did a good job. The lady on my feet seemed rushed and was asking why I came so late. I couldnt enjoy my pedi.

After having gone to several nail shops and feeling dissatisfied, I decided to try Happi Nails. I was pleasantly surprised at how great I was made to feel. I got a mani-pedi and eye-brow arch. They were professional and curteous. I told the nice lady whom I believe was the owner, I will be back! That was my first time, so we will see what the future holds!

The young girl that works there is terrible - very inexperienced, sloppy, rude, and disrespectful. It appears she had an appointment when she started on my pedi so she rushed thru my pedi in 10 mins tops, put on my polish and top coat I was in and out her chair in 15 mins. Needless to say I had polish on my skin. Then she yells at the lady in front in Vietnamese and says someone else will do your fill - I refused. Explained this to the owner (guy) he said I can get someone else to do it for you - after Ive waited 50mins for the rest of my party to finish their mani/pedis. No thanks. You ppl have wasted enough of my time today. He took $10 off. 😒 never ever again. ✌🏾️

Horrible service. I waited for over an hour and a half. As soon as the lady sat down to start on mine, another customer complained and the nail tech left me and started working on someone else’s and told me to wait even longer, even though I was there first. I will not be returning.

Run from this place unprofessional and slow.they treat black woman horrible.If you are in the collierville area go to Mary queen nails or elite nails.

Awesome Staff!!!!! Lisa is great with my schedule & nails. I wont go anywhere else!!!! I am always satisfied when I leave there!!!!!

Terrible Lisa the manager she rushed through my nails I came in for a fill in it was pink n white ombré fill in and she did a horrible job I was very upset about it. She just rushed through my nails like she didnt give a damn
