Great service! Repair of iPhone 11 screen was done in less than an hour at a price nobody in Collierville could match.

I damaged a component while trying to replace the screen on my iPhone requiring a microscopic solder repair. There are several mail-in services but I found this shop locally and decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. They had me fixed within the hour while I was having lunch. Top noctch service and quality repair for reasonable price.

Went to a different shop in Collierville to get my iPad fixed on Saturday at about 2, they told me it wouldn’t be ready till Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning and was gonna charge me about $200. Luckily I found Phone Kings. I got there at about 2:45, he told me he would have it ready in a couple of hours. He had it ready an hour later and it cost me about half the price of the other place. Great job Phone Kings.

I will not go anywhere else for phone repairs. These guys were half the price than the competitors down the road. I had my screen repaired in about 30 minutes and he was able to fix another issue which a competitor told me was not repairable.

Very impressed with Phone Kings. Kevin assisted me with a broken camera on my iPhone. Other repair stores informed me the repairs were not possible, but Phone Kings saved the day.They assisted me by researching the issue, quoting the repairs necessary, special ordering the parts, updating me on their whereabouts, and performed the repairs in-house. This was a few months ago, and my phone and camera are working perfectly.

UPDATED REVIEW..I went to the collierville location, last week on friday to get my screen fixed, the man there also offered me a screen protector and case. on monday i started to experience some complications with my screen and i took it in the following tuesday, so he could take a look at it. he replaced my screen again, no problems no turn arounds & it was just as fast as the first time & i am very satisfied now, he also gave me another screen protector. i do recommend going to phone kings.

I needed specialized repair service for my iPhone. I was referred to Phone Kings by a different shop in the Memphis area. Specifically, I needed someone that could perform micro soldering on the logic board to repair my phone. Micro soldering is graduate level repair work. Anyway, Sam took my phone and performed the required repair in just a couple hours and for a very reasonable price. I was very satisfied with my experience and give them a strong positive recommendation.

This is definitely the place to go if your phone or game system is damaged. I brought in my Nintendo switch for damaged charge port. He repaired it then we found the display would go to television when docked. After a few days with them, I got the call it was ready to go and I am very happy to have it back.

I took my lightning struck fried ps4 to these guys and they fixed it with no problems at all. I was amazed it could be done for such a great price. It took just less than a week to get back to me even with them having to order parts. They are fast, friendly, nice guys that keep you posted with the progress of your repair. They were able to put the new chip on the same day I brought it in. I am happy to report my 1x is working perfectly now. They were fast and efficient. I had a bad experience with this place. The only good thing I had was my screen wasn’t cracked anymore BUT my sensory / camera was still messed up. I wasted $70 .. i had to come back a second time because my phone started back glitching. He also told me that my phone wasn’t able to close all the way because it was dropped too many times and my camera will no longer be the same and it’s not fixable .. but Thanks to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) in Olive Branch that my phone is working perfectly including the camera and sensory which is working like never before.
