I love iRepair because they are a locally owned company, who excels at customer service and product repair and knowledge.Today was my second visit which only confirmed my praise even more. No one likes to spend money on their phone, but I do enjoy knowing my phone is fixed correctly.

I stopped by the store late in the afternoon to get a quote on repairing the broken screen on my iphone. I was told by the gentleman that the electricity had been out most of the day but that he was willing to commit to fixing my phone before closing if I could come back later and possibly wait a few minutes for him to finish. I came back at the requested time, waited about 15 minutes and left with my repaired phone and a new case. It was great to be accommodated on what was (obviously) a busy, hectic day at the store. Also, I was given options for replacement screens at different price points, which I had never received before when having my phone repaired at other shops. I appreciated the knowledgeable, quick service and the care shown by this shop.

Great customer service. I showed up during lunch time when the electricity was out in that area. The owner/representative was standing outside and helped me on the spot. I had a broken screen and he gave me all my options. He took my phone and said he would try to get it done by the end of the day depending on when the electricity came back on. I called and he said he would be done about 5:15pm. I showed up and they were respectful, kind and prompt.I cant express enough that their service was spectacular. After the electricity was out for 3 hours in that area, he still got my phone done by the end of my work day. They offered a discounted price on a screen protector to ensure I didnt have this same problem again. Thank you again.

Within an hour the gentleman had replaced the cracked glass on my sons Iphone 11. He offered choices for the replacement and discovered the inside wiring needed adjusting which he did too. Very polite and courteous. It was so easy we will always bring our devices to this location for repair. I am very happy IRepair being so close to home.

Cracked screens, broken charge ports, or other general tech repair calls for experts with the know how to fix without bricking your device. They know what they are doing!

I took them my 2015 Samsung with shattered nonworking screen at 1:00 PM Monday and even though they had to order the part I picked it up in less than 24 hrs on Tuesday -- way-way less than the cost of a new same-phone across the street at AT&T! These folks are fast, great at repairs and friendly. I gladly recommend them!

I went in to have my iphone8 screen repaired and they were super quick and courteous. I had my phone back in about an hour and a half and it was clean, clear, and looked like a whole new phone! The owner is local and theyre locally owned and operated in Collierville. Super nice and even offered the discount on the screen protection and case on a new phone if I go back within the month! They had a great selection of cases in the store too! I will definitely go back for a new case and if I need any other repairs.

I am extremely satisfied with irepair! They are afforadable, honest and quick! The screen on my iPhone 11 went out. I still had warranty on it. However, when I went to get it repaired with Apple, they wanted to keep my phone for 5-7 days and came up with excuses on why it’s not under warranty. I took my phone to irepair and he had my screen replaced in 1 hour! It’s as good as new! I will continue to do business with irepair! Highly highly highly recommend them!

Once again, I needed my phone fixed! This time it was not the screen but I could only hear if I put someone on speaker phone. Not even sure it could be fixed. Came in to get a iPhone 7 Plus screen taken care of.said it would be about an hour or so.and it would be about 130 for the screen replacement.also got a tempered glass screen for the new screen.i came back screen looked okay and good at first but it only took about one or two days for the screen to get cracks on it and at first I thought It was the tempered glass but no it was actually the screen that had JUST BEEN REPLACED.eventually my phone completely got blacked out due to this and i had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and an even cheaper(75).You would think that they would do there job right and get better supplies to work with.honestly nice guest service but terrible at there job.i would never recommend this place.

I visited iRepair today after my daughter shattered her iPad screen. The people here were very courteous, professional and did a superb job with the repair. I highly recommend this business!!

I have gone here a few times for repair and were satisfied with the service, but the last time we went was an absolute disaster. First off my daughter bought a 90 day warranty that still had 15 days left on it. We were told the warranty covered any damage that might happen. She cracked her screen again and they rejected her warranty. She was understandably upset. One of the employees and owner got incredibly rude with her after they got her phone. Then to top it off they charged the debit card twice. So my wife calls to try to straighten the double charge out and they get rude with her talking over her on the phone. The wife finally had enough told them to have a wonderful and blessed day and hung up. Five minutes later the owner calls back to speak with the wife, I got the phone tried to reason with him so he starts going off accusing my daughter of slamming her phone on the counter, I mean come on how many teenagers do you know that treats there precious phones like that. What happened to polite customer service. I was told by the owner that it had been a long day and everyone was tired. Oh! Well that makes everything better.
