I have been with them since 2009 and it has been the best, when my first insurance policy became not such a good fit they helped me change it to a better one. Then now in the process of selling and buying they have been amazing and even got me some great deals on my bundles! They are all professional, prompt and great people! All questions answered and options given with regard to what is best for me and my family.

This agency was very responsive in helping us secure homeowners insurance and vehicle coverage a few years ago when State Farm cancelled us unexpectedly. We had State Farm for 20+years for the house and 30+years for vehicles so we were needing someone to help us secure something quick.....Brock and Poole was able to do that for us and get us covered via Nationwide. We also recently had a total loss on one of our vehicles and Nationwide was very helpful in getting it resolved quickly.

Wonderful ExperienceFirst I ran into Jason Poole at a Collierville Community event. Then a little while later he and his business partner Rob Brock showed up at our office to make a presentation. At this point, since my insurance was about to be renewed anyway, I figured it wouldnt hurt to have them review my insurances and see if they can beat it. I was actually kind of happy with my previous insurance, but it never hurts to have a review done every few years. Either way, I am SO glad I had those two review my insurance. Between Auto and Home I am saving about $1000/year now with the same or actually somewhat better coverage. The good thing about Brock and Poole Insurance Agency is that they are not tied to just one provider. They are a broker and can get you whatever fits your need best instead of having to sell just one companys policies to whomever walks in the door.In short, it wont hurt to give them a call. And you might potentially be able to save some money as well.2020 Update: Years later Im still happy with them. Just got a call letting me know my rates are going down even more. Cant complain about an insurance broker being on top of things and helping you keep your rates as low as possible while still being personable and available when necessary.
