We were recently on a 16 day driving trip out west. As we were driving from Jackson Hole, WY to Salt Lake City, UT, a rock flew up from highway and chipped our windshield. We could tell that it was bad and would quickly start to break all the way across. I called Carrie Moore, our agent, and she directed us to call Safelite, one of the companies they use nationwide for windshield repair. The next morning, I called Safelite and spoke to a really nice lady who asked me a few questions including zip code of where we were staying in SLC. She located an office 5 minutes from where we were staying, gave us an appointment at our requested time, and then proceeded to tell us how much she loved working with Allstate. We arrived at the appointment and headed downtown for sightseeing! Safelite called to say the car was ready way before we were ready to return! Easiest fix ever! When they say, “You’re in good hands with Allstate”, they mean it!
