Makyla was great! Going in for my first wax I was so nervous but she did her job so professionally and with ease. She kept me informed with everything that she was doing and really explained to me the aftercare that I would need, specific for my body. Ive already scheduled my next appointment with her even before leaving because from the front desk until the end, I had a great experience overall. 10/10 would recommend Makyla and European Wax Center at Colleyville.

Awesome experience! From the receptionist, Angie, to my waxing specialist Victoria, I felt welcomed immediately. Angie went over some retail items with me and thoroughly explained the benefits of their use. I went home with a product Im excited to try. Victoria was very informative and compassionate during my service and did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and included. The end result looks great and i cant wait to wear my bikini! I had an overall really positive experience and cant wait to return!

Victoria at the Colleyville store is an excellent technician. However the front desk attendant needs a lot more training. Also I do not recommend the Southlake Texas European waxing center. The technician at that location rushed through the work I was having done and was a waste of my time and money.

First time Brazilian, ears, nose, brows and butt. Very professional and personable. Tiffany made my first experience great and comfortable.

I have sensitive skin and I was terrified of the pain but thank goodness for Tiffany and Khadija. They are experts at helping with any pain you may feel.Everyone there is so sweet, helpful, and polite and will answer any questions you have.

Went in for first visit at this location. Saw Molly for a full Brazilian which I have not had done in months. She was professional, quick, and made the process as painless as possible. The front desk receptionists were professional and super friendly as well. I could not be more pleased with my visit and would highly recommend Molly to anyone. She made me right at ease and was more professional than most, I would definitely go back for a follow up wax with her again.

Molly was my aesthetician. She is amazing! Detailed, knowledgeable helpful. Getting waxed is never fun but she made it as enjoyable as possible. I just went in for my very first appointment. I arrived at 9:00 am for a 9:15 appointment, and sat until 9:20 when I was advised that they were short a waxer and I could either wait until 10 or so, or reschedule my appointment. Awful first impressions, will not go back.
