When I decided to get brows and lashes tinted, I popped in to get information. Turns out I stayed and had them done! Very easy and fast. Very nice staff. I like the bundle options they offer. My next visit will be for lash lift and tinting.

Every time I come in I receive excellent service. They always listen to my needs prior to service and I always receive exactly what I asked for. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and like to keep them full and have never had any issues with them removing too much hair. Make sure you get a package deal! You won’t regret it!

I got my eyebrows threaded at Arch Brow - Colleyville TX 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately a couple days after the threading, my fiancé noticed reddish, purple dots around my eyebrows and forehead. I had also noticed my eyebrows were inching an awful lot. Ive had my eyebrows threaded several times in my life and this has never happened to me. Thankfully it showed up after my wedding. But I’ll now have to visit my Dr to figure out if it’s an allergic reaction or bruising. I’ve been worried and I had to share my experience.After seeing the response from the spa, and not being able to reply back, I needed to update my review to state that I can assure you it had nothing to do with my makeup products or application, as I personally did my makeup and used products that Ive used multiple times without any reaction.

Have gone two times and both times quick and awesome done very detailed work! Will always come here and the ladies are very sweet!

I dont have a natural arch shape but the ladies here have been fantastic & were able to create a slight arch that I was hoping to achieve. Highly recommend!

Terrible terrible terrible!! staff are very unfriendly and very rude to all customers. I get my eyebrows regularly done but ever since i’ve switched to arch brows, my eyebrows have scabs and bruises from threading. staff are very rushed and are not good at threading at all!!! don’t go here unless you want bloody scabby eyebrows and terrible customer service smh.

They do not take time to do brows correctly. Last time I went one of my eyebrows was completely uneven. The whole experience feels rushed and uncomfortable. When threading my eyebrows she pulled huge chunks out instead of doing gradually because she wanted to hurry. Will not being going back. I brow across the street is the way to go for sure.

The lady is very good at her job and does eyebrows very good. But over all her attitude is horrendous, she is very rude and has an attitude. Always complaining and saying things under her breath. She rolls her eyes A LOT
