Dr. Slater and her assistant were great. The dental hygienist however was condescending and refused to explain what was going on with me. I was thoroughly confused and asked her to explain what was going on with my gums. She refused to give me a straight answer, threw terms at me without explaining what they meant, and just reinforced my fears. She made me feel stupid for asking simple questions.

Mackenzie just whitened my teeth, and they look great. They whitened about 2.5 levels. She was very careful and thorough, so I had no sensitivity problems. Thank you, Mackenzie!

Low efficient. Everytime I have been there, I need to wait at least a hour( with appointments). They will force u to schedule next appointment in their clinic without asking your willing. Terrible place, never go!If I am just a special case, I guess probably I am Asian. 🙂

Weve been coming to this office for almost a year now, and weve always had a great experience. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. My kids see Dr. Slater, and they love her. I appreciate how she explains what shes doing to so they understand whats going on. Every member of the staff is awesome, and our wait times have always been short.

First time in to look at wisdom teeth. Dr. Snyder made an assessment on the issue. We came up with a plan together. During her exam she observed a cavity on an unrelated tooth. Her and the staff were like a racecar pit crew. Few minutes later they were setting up for a filling. She did a great job, patient,and used her tools and numbing to a high degree of efficiency. All the staff made me very comfortable.Not having to come back in for a simple filling was great!5*s check them out!

Great Place I broke a tooth and they were able to get me in the next day (I wasnt in pain). The X-rays taken by Sandra were clear as Dr. Reynolds went over them tooth by tooth to see what needed to be done. After that they went over the costs and the cleaning was painless. Overall Great first experience would recommended it to anyone!Thanks Guys!

I was a new patient at this location and I loved it! The environment was welcoming and the staff was very nice and energetic. I had a female doctor but I can’t remember her name. She was super knowledgeable and is the only dentist that has been able to alleviate my tooth discomfort that I’ve had for a few years. Love love love this office!

I went to College Station Dental this morning assuming that I had a cavity and possibly needed a root canal. I was pleased to find out that I didn’t need either! Everyone who works there was professional and polite. The dentist was awesome, he explained everything in a calm manner and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.

First visit and it went great. Everyone was super nice and very professional. Dr Slater was great. I’m terrified of dentists and she put me at ease and answered all of my questions in detail. Her assistant was also very helpful. I walked out with a treatment plan, my next appointment scheduled and feeling confident about it all getting done right. Best dental practice Ive ever had the pleasure of going to. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists are so nice. I came in about a year ago and needed some extensive work done and was very worried about dental pain. Throughout the year I have had cleanings, fillings, and extractions and have never felt discomfort during any procedures. None of the staff have ever seemed judgmental or rude. Wait times have never been long, even after Covid. My appointments have been long, but that has been due to the amount of work I needed. Dr. Reynolds and his staff have always made me feel comfortable.

I was very pleased with Dr. Slater and her assistant whose name I didn’t get. Tiana, who did my X-rays and McKenzie, the hygienist both were outstanding. I was disappointed when my dentist of 12 years retired but am please to know I’ve found a new dental home!

Everyone was real nice dealing with me, even when there was a little mix up and i had to get refunded, reception was very sweet about it. The technicians, hygienist and dentist were real kind and answered any and all questions i had with patience and enthusiasm. The only issue i had was they switched the screen above the dental chair to show my xrays but after they were done they didnt switch back to the movie and i didnt get to watch anything during my dental cleaning :( though im sure they would have if i asked but i was too shy for that.

Everyone is so nice, funny and friendly. I think my daughter was in more pain laughing than in pain from her procedure. Would recommend to anyone wanting dental work in a clear and relaxed environment

I had a good experience with the dental work done for my daughter, and was very pleased with the results. However, I would NOT recommend College Dental and Orthodontist, because their billing department was the most unhelpful with insurance claims. They are unwilling to work with insurance companies with difficult claims cases. I had paid my copay upfront, and when the insurance denied the rest of the claim, they refused to resubmit the claim and work with the insurance. Instead, they accused me of fraud and I had to handle the resubmission by myself. I was forced to pay the rest of the bill or I would not get all the paperwork, Xrays and charts. The last Orthodontist that I went to was patient and helpful. They worked with the insurance company and the insurance company paid for the treatment.

Kind and fast. My kid doesn’t get nervous about going to the dentist anymore.

I have not had a lot of dental work done. I had my first cavity filled at this location. The staff was very sweet and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable through the process. I did not experience any pain or discomfort. By far one of the best dentist visits I have ever had.

The staff was great with my kids! They work to get patients in quickly and are so friendly. Very pleased.

UPDATE: Just got my permanent crown on today, and it is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. I am blown away. You’d never know it was a crown. Dr. Parker is beyond nice, courteous, and efficient. Loved her!Came here because of a broken tooth and we’d just moved to town. The entire staff were helpful, cheerful and did an AMAZING job. I can’t recommend Dr. Parker enough! No more pain and they were so courteous about my anxiousness being in a dental chair. On top of their amazing patient care, they were very fairly priced. Just so great. Couldn’t recommend them more.

This place is amazing! They saw me within an hour after breaking my permanent retainer! The process was quick and easy! The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming too which helped turned a stressful day into a great day! I’m switching over to College Station Dental and Orthodontics now for all my dental needs!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Ive had previous bad experiences with dental offices but the people here but me at ease. The office is bright and fun. All of the staff took the time to explain what they were doing and answer questions. They even went over the cost breakdown with me and explained it thoroughly. The best part is I dont have to wait weeks for an appointment, they work with my schedule.

I had my wisdom teeth out from here and the procedure was perfect. The facilities are brand new, the doctors are well trained, and the staff is very attentive. I even was squeezed in without an appointment when I was worried that I may have dry socket (I was totally wrong btw). I highly recommend this dental office for any work you may need done.

It is unfortunate that I have to mess up their perfect score with a horrible review, but here it is..I have to give this place 1 star which is not ultimately the professionals mistakes, however, the office managing skills are poor. The office manager insulted my intelligence by haggling my primary and secondary insurance with me as if my companies and I are not transparent with each other. I have literally received 4 different estimates from them. I would have never imagined that I would be hustled at a dentist office as if I am purchasing a used car. There were questions that were asked to me about my insurance companies in which I was able to answer, unfortunately, the office manager did not think that I was able to get rapid responses as I did. It was like she had a new hurdle for me to jump every time the questions ruled in my favor.Carrie Andrews also did not want to take accountability for mistakes that were made on her behalf. I was sent emails with her signature on them with each of the estimates that I got and she denied that it was her. She claimed that someone else had access to her email and did not want to honor the estimate that was initially sent with my insurance companies on there.My overall experience has been ruined. I will not be coming to this place again.***Next day update***Hoping to come to an agreement and better review, I forwarded this email to the office with an attention to Dr. Parker in the subject line. There was a reply from the Office Manager stating that my concerns would be forwarded to the regional manager, regardless of my wishes. I called today to confirm that Dr. Parker was aware of my concerns and I was told that I would get a call back. An hour passed, and I received a call saying that Dr. Parker has refused to talk with me and my concerns will be handled by a third party. I wanted to speak with Dr. Parker because based on Carries explanation of the numerous of estimates she sent me, the last one had another tooth extraction added that wasnt on the initial estimates, and I wanted Dr. Parker to explain why it was added especially without explanation and coincidently during the price haggling I mentioned above.With all the great reviews, something did not feel right about this place. VERY UNFORTUNATE.

Noisy, no sense of privacy, misdiagnosed my problem and depleted my insurance coverage so that I had to pay out of my own pocket to solve the problem. Left the jaw opener in mouth while caring for another patient/having lunch for nearly an hour, and when tech came back and was told that I was in pain, response was a giggle and that she was sorry. Has all the bells and whistles to run a patient mill, but look elsewhere if you seek quality care.update: Root canal started hurting a few weeks after the work was done and got worse over time, but unfortunately, dont have dental insurance anymore .Cant say Im surprised the craft itself was lacking considering abovementioned signs....

Came in for a routine 6 month cleaning and checkup the office is new and nice, and the staff and dentist are super nice. A few cavities were found on my X-rays, but they were able to do all of my fillings in less than an hour same day. Didnt need to schedule a second appointment or come back! Highly recommend for students and people with a busy schedule.

Complete disaster of an experience. Signed papers stating don’t be late, no shows, etc. I had an apt at 10 showed up 20 minutes early for paper work and was still waiting at 10:15. When I asked about waiting the lady at front deck was completely jump in and said if I wanted the appt to be on time I needed to schedule for 8:00am. She acting like my time was not important. I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this place. If ever asked about a place I can assure this place you I will recommend a place not to go.

I went in for a regular checkup and was told I had a cavity. My teeth felt fine upon arrival. While working the drill, the dentists hand slipped, running it across other teeth. Weeks later, I have pain in several teeth - including the one the dentist claims to have repaired.I arrived healthy and left with a problem. This dentist is incompetent.

This has to be the best dentist office Ive ever been to!I was in discomfort from an irritated wisdom tooth, and they fit me in at the soonest time. We did a quick consult, then surgery was set in the same week to remove it (along with 2 others). The staff stayed on hold for hours to work with my insurance and saved me over $1000.Everyone there was polite, professional, and did such a great job.Highly recommend this office!
