We just had our first visit with Cashion Dental. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was wonderful! Everyone was polite, professional, and welcoming.

We have been with Cashion Dental for over 10 years. He took care of my kiddos from about 3 years old and up and also my mother-in-law in her 80s. Cashion has a comfortable atmosphere: i feel like Im visiting relatives there. The staff is thoughtful. They each do their job well. And if I have an objection or concern they address me face to face with kindness. We have been through extractions, repairs, fillings, crowns, and lots of cleanings. Going to the dentist isnt something you look forward to, but here, they offer a staff and climate I do look forward to.

I absolutely love Cashion Dental. The staff is amazing. Superbly helpful with all my dental needs. I actually started coming here by scheduling an emergency root canal on a Wednesday. They have stayed my #1 Dentist since.

Dr. Cashion and the Staff{intake/hygienist} was professional, courteous and upfront, NO sugarcoating ANYTHING!! I felt relaxed even after the diagnosis!! Its never too late to take care of your oral health. The specialist network they have as well is very professional and I would recommend Dr. Cashion to ANYBODY who needs professional dental care!! NO INSURANCE....NO EXCUSE!! They have their own in-house insurance and discount plan as well and most of all {unlike 90% of other dentist}....they care about their clients and customers instead of just a Drill, Fill and Bill customer? Best dentist in town!Dr. Cashion - and his caring, professional staff - make every visit terrific. Dr. Cashion uses the latest technology, for example - lasers instead of drills. He can create and install a crown in one visit. His staff is up to speed on the ins and outs of insurance too. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Cashion and his staff are the best. I had a horrific experience with a crown at another dentist in College Station and was in pain with a poor fitting and loose temporary crown, contacted the other dentist and they wouldn’t see me to correct the issue for 6 days. I contacted Dr. Cashion’s offce and they set me with an appointment 3 hours after my initial call and a permanent crown on my tooth 2 hours later, pain free. Dr. Cashion and his staff not only restored my tooth but my faith in competent dentists in BCS.

Would absolutely NOT recommend to go here for Invisalign treatment. I ended up choosing Cashion Dental because they were a little cheaper than the other places in town to get Invisalign. This should have told me something, but being a college student at the time I was looking for a cheaper option as I did not think Invisalign treatment would differ much from one dentist office to the next. I was very wrong.I went into this treatment telling the dental assistants and Dr. Cashion that I had one year left in College Station and would be moving to the DFW area after that. They assured me this was no problem, and if I was still in treatment, Dr. Cashion knew people in the DFW area that he could transfer me to if necessary. I began treatment and they told me I had to change out my trays every two weeks, extending my treatment months longer than they originally told me. I was fine with this, as I was in a vulnerable stage in my life dealing with a lot of tooth and mouth pain. I was under the impression they were providing my Invisalign treatment as any other dental office would do.Flash forward to when I graduate, a little over one year later, and am still in treatment. This again did not bother me, as they mentioned it may take longer but I was grateful Dr. Cashion knew someone in the area I was moving to. I went in to his office to see what could be done about switching me to a new dentist, and that is where everything fell apart.They were very short with me in person and said that they would look into dental offices in DFW and get back with me. I waited for a few weeks after I moved out of College Station and heard nothing. When I got hold of them after the move, they informed me that I would need to find my own Invisalign provider, even though they supposedly knew some dentists well in the area, and did not help me at all throughout this process. Which I would not have expected them to do so, if they did not previously tell me that they would. Once I found a new Invisalign provider I called them to inform them of my previous Invisalign provider, and to get my payment and whatnot transferred to the new office, as I was told would be no problem. My new dentist called me saying that he spoke with Dr. Cashion and his team and they told him they would not be able to give him the remainder of my Invisalign treatment payment, again, even though at the beginning of my treatment I stressed that I would be moving out of town within the next year. After all of this nonsense, they ended up giving my new dentist part of my original payment, so that I did not need to pay any more money to this treatment, that I had already paid in FULL, before I even started the treatment. I still do not understand this, but it was so dramatic and ridiculous that I just let it go and continued my treatment under a new dentist that has been upfront and kind to me throughout the entire process. After having to order new trays and go through what was basically a whole new treatment from beginning to end, I am finally through with Invisalign after 2.5 years.I was lied to and the procedures were not made clear to me, and I am not sure if it was accidental or deceitful. But nothing here was handled properly, and they never reached out to me after this fiasco to explain anything so I can only assume the latter.Very disappointing experience.

A great dentist!

Pulled my tooth with it still being infected. He didnt know it had 5 roots and broke my took while being in my mouth and I felt all of it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back plus I couldnt get into another dentist on this day and my insurance was ending, but he took 2 minutes looking at my tooth and because I wanted it pulled and not filled, he gave me a name of another dentist to go to and that dentist wouldnt even take my insurance and I couldnt get in for 3 months. My husband and I havent been back here since.
