Have been here before and have had great experiences. This time, everyone was very friendly again, however they neglected to apply the $18 off coupon I presented like three different times after saying they would :( Unfortunately I didnt check the invoice until after I had driven off. Their bay situation was also a little disorganized causing people who got there after me to be serviced first and they did not reset the light for me but that wasnt a huge deal. Usually a great experience but disappointed this time.

Didnt even bother to check a check engine light that was on. Had the nerve to say everything looks great and then walk me to the car where a HOSE WAS DISCONNECTED. Im not a mechanic but Stevie Wonder could have seen something was wrong. No offer to try and remedy the issue, just claims of it was like that when it got here -- well then you should have said that before doing anything else!!

Best oil change service and more. Customer service here is top notch. Can’t beat the price either. Where else can you go to get an oil change. Where they vacuum your car out, clean your windows and more as part of the service and price of the oil change. No extra charge, plus they do so much more. You need an oil change or just about anything else. I recommend this shop. This is the only shop I go to now for most of my auto solutions. Especially oil changes.

This was my second time to go to this Jiffy Lube. Last time was oil change, this time was A/C freon recharge. Both times service was excellent. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on with my car. Price was HALF of what dealership quoted for the same job. Will definitely be going back.

I got awesome sevice..got 4 new tires on my ban in under 1 hour...and thay were busy..

The team is nice and treated me well but did not ask me if I wanted the full multipoint inspection and possible selling of other services. That was fine but when they pulled the cabin air filter that was filled with leaves they let stuff fall down into the fan without cleaning it and now I have a noise in the fan. I corrected this problem personally but then found they had also torn the little rubber pads on the stops and did not reconnect the damper. None of these are that big a deal but it was like $35 for swapping the filter and I did at least that much work myself to correct mistakes.

I recently got an oil change and they put the wrong mileage for the car. It was off by 20,000 miles. Thankfully I realized that the sticker saying when I’m supposed to be back was incorrect. When I brought the vehicle back in the manager ty said he couldn’t help me out and wouldn’t take responsibility but that if I wanted to I could pay for another oil change. Go somewhere else to change your oil.

Customer service was a 10/10!! I went in for an oil change and was in and out within 30min. I really appreciated that they walked me out to my car and showed me the full oil level before I left. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and cleaned my windshield. They went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be returning :)

Very very nice service, Brian (or Bryan Im not sure) was super helpful and didnt make me feel dumb for how little care Ive taken of my car. Brought my own oil, which I do recommend since its way cheaper that way, and they checked my check engine light as well. Overall very nice and respectful.

I went there thinking I was going to get a great oil change so I didnt mind paying $5 for radiator fluid or almost $80 for the service which i normally dont do. Topping off fluids and washing the outside of my windows was included with my service. My windows were dirty and I didnt have washer fluid so I made it a point to ask and make sure it was done. I asked 2 people twice and it never happened! My windows werent cleaned either. I asked if they put the washer fluid in and they said yes! If they arent going to do something then dont offer it! I did the survey in hopes someone would call or email me because they cared but they dont! I would never take my car there again nor would I have them do extra work like brakes or anything because the work wouldnt be up to par!

I showed up at 9:30 in the morning to get two tires mounted and balanced and it took them almost 3 hours to do so

Been there twice for service. Both times I have had minor issues that display a lack of attention to detail and make me cautious of having future work completed there. This latest time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The minor issues include failing to reset the oil life monitor in the vehicle, failing to check/adjust tire pressures, and forgetting to return the wheel lock key. The first two items were noted on the service invoice as completed. The first and third item were fixed immediately when I brought it to their attention. I didnt notice the tire pressures were incorrect until I had driven away. In this instance they were all minor issues and easily corrected on the spot but it is concerning to me that I had to double-check things that were marked as completed.

The employees were polite and professional and the facilities were clean. Top notch!!

Contacted by management previous issue resolved in professional manner.The other services, oil change and tire rotation, were fine with no issues. Staff was friendly and mentioned the typical up sell items like air filter and radiator fluid. Nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are on the higher side of things however, this is due in part to it being a franchise rather than a small business.

Been here a couple of times. I was sceptical at first, as with most mechanics, but they seem to be honest. Had work done on a couple of vehicles, and done as expected. They didnt know what was wrong with the third, and instead of guessing or charging me for something I didnt need. They told me they didnt know what was going on, and didnt even charge a diagnostic. Ill be back.

Management contacted to me to try to solve a problem that occurred when they were working on my car, they are very sincere about getting it fixed. Definitely recommend

I take all three of my vehicles here and they are so professional. I bought a 2012 Malibu and had them check EVERYTHING. It runs great and they kept me in the loop on everything and would call me before they did any chargeable work. Justin even kept in contact with me on his day off to ensure I was satisfied. Best place to take your car I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on William D. Finch.

Sorry to do this, but I have visited twice and both were bad. First visit, they misdiagnosed my truck’s problem and wanted to charge me $400 for something that wasn’t broken (fortunately I knew what was wrong and didn’t fall for it). Second trip, I had been stranded due to a coolant issue and went in to have them take a look; they ignored my coolant issue and simply changed my oil (despite the fact that I asked several times what they found wrong with coolant / radiator); a few days later I had the problem again due to it not being addressed when I went in.

My husband to get his truck inspected and he was told his third brake light was out and it was $10 to change it and must be done in order to get inspection so he complied but did notice when he pulled in the they were changing another trucks third brake light. My son went to get his truck inspected two days later and he too was informed his third brake light was out. My son said he was almost 99% certain his brake light wasn’t out but they said they would Change it for $5. My son pulls a race trailer on a regular basis and that third brake light reflects on the trailer and he would know if it was out. I was pretty sure they are trying to get more revenue out of people by changing brake light that are functioning! It is was to suspicious and I doubt a coincidence! Beware!

The best customer service and most efficient car service I have ever received! Ive taken my Jeep here for oil changes, bulb replacements, and state inspections, and each time Ive been theyve started working on my car immediately. Definitely my go-to place for any service needed for my car.

I normally would do most of the work myself but the service here is awesome. They are a full maintenance service department. If they cant get a part for your vehicle and you can order it. Let them put it on for you. They offer filtered water and coffee while you wait and if you dont want to wait and you are hungry just go next door and enjoy a good meal. They team is very knowledgeable and will not make stuff up that will drive you crazy. Try them once and they may become your personal mechanic as well.

I had warranty work done on vehicle but had to return three times to have same problem fixed. A fourth trip was needed but I was tired of lies and poor workmanship. I shouldnt have to protest for expensive warranty work to be done.Instead, I choose another mechanic to fix original problem despite paying again. Parts were installed incorrectly three times. Will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. Cutting my losses. Absolutely no stars!

Went in for an oil change and was told it would take 20 to 25 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes, I finally got out of there! They were training someone so it took a little longer than usual but they didnt tell me until after an hour had passed. When I left, I noticed my windows were spotted and had streaks. The miles they entered for my next mile change were 100,000 miles off of what my car has on it. This was also incorrect on my receipt so that any Jiffy Lube that goes to top off my oil in the next 3,000 miles may not. Also, they didnt vacuum my back seat floor (nor my husbands when he took his car in). They pride themselves on being quick, and doing extra things like cleaning the windows and backseats, but they failed in all of those categories. Next time, Ill save myself $30 and just go to Walmart with the same quality of service. I called and let them know I was displeased to which I was offered a $15 off coupon. Their website already has a $12 off coupon, so really not much of a savings when I doubt the quality would be any better next time.Also, I see that Jiffy Lube has responded below (they responded within half an hour of my review), but they have not responded in the six days that have passed since I emailed them.

Its a Jiffy-Lube, I should have known better...Went in for a vehicle inspection on my pickup. Why? Because this store is convenient to my house. Anyway, sat around for over 40 minutes while multiple employees looked to be milling around outside with very little to do.Im sure they werent qualified to do the inspections.Anyhow, after the 40+ minute wait I get told that the truck doesnt have stock headlights and they cant pass it.Ok, its a used truck, it very well might have the wrong headlights in it.My issue here is why did it take over 40 minutes for them to tell me that when it *should* have been obvious to anyone qualified to perform the inspection immediately? Ridiculous waste of my time.Also, a little honesty about how busy/backed up they were at the time that I got there would have been great too. Id have certainly not waited that long if whoever I spoke to at first had said that inspections are running about 40 minutes right nowThis kind of behavior shows a fundamental disrespect to customers and total disregard for wasting their time.A 30 second glance from whomever did the inspection was apparently all that was needed to determine that the lights were a problem, so say so right then so that maybe I can get the issue fixed and still get the truck inspected today.I wont be back, and neither will anyone who I can influence to spend their money elsewhere.

While having rear brake pads replaced, my repair shop provided a $1,995.64 estimate (including tax) for replacing the rack and pinion unit and power steering pump. I was told these were leaking, and the car would not pass its next inspection. That was a surprise, given that my 2007 Lexus RX-350 had only 54,000 miles. After some research, I discovered that changing power steering fluid approximately every three years is the broad consensus of many mechanics and car owners. Old fluid accumulates bits of dissolved rubber and becomes abrasive over time. I feel the repair shop should have changed the fluid as a matter of routine maintenance. The Jiffy Lube manager changed the power steering fluid and introduced approximately 8 ounces of Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak, which I brought with me. I used this product in my Volvo about 4 years ago, and power steering fluid has never leaked since.. The price for Jiffy Lube’s service was only $81.39, including tax. So when someone asks if you want your power steering fluid replaced, you know the answer. ;o)

Sloppy work. Used this location for two oil changes on two different vehicles within a few weeks of one another. Both vehicles smelled of burning oil afterwards. Upon looking we noticed oil everywhere underneath. I assume they changed the oil and just did a poor job of keeping things clean. Wont use them again.

Ive been through a couple of shops in town and I honestly dont think it would have 10 percent out of 100 compared to Jiffy lube in college station. I recommend that you drop by and see what a true customer value and services this business gives their customers. Now a days Its really hard and very rare to find a shop that values the safety for you and your family and other drivers. Believe me when I say that you are going to have a WOW experience at a fair price.

If I could give less than one star I would. Normally I do my own oil changes but had to use someone else because of back surgery. NEVER JIFFY LUBE again. I had to use a pair of pliers to take the oil fill cap off. They used the wrong size filter (the one for the smaller motor) and tightened it down so much we had to take the skid plate off and use a large pair of channel locks to take it off. Then they tightened and stripped the drain plug so that we couldnt get it loose with a 2 foot breaker bar or an impact wrench. I am now taking the car to the dealership to have them change the oil because we are out of ideas to do it and we dont want to damage the oil pan. Do not take your car here. You would think a place that specializes in oil changes would know how to do them. Go anywhere else or dont yourself.

It was $45 for JUST an oil change with their cheapest oil. However, everyone was extremely nice and polite, and the job was done in 15 minutes. Of course they did try to upsell me but were nice about my refusal and didnt try telling me my car had 2 months to live. The receipt said that they vacuumed my car (I couldnt really tell; the floor looked the same as when I dropped it off) and they did forget to reset the Maintenance light. Overall a pretty decent experience.

Their customer service was great, I went for an oil change and they showed me all of the oil options at their different price rates, and suggested a tire rotation but weren’t pushy about it at all. Everyone I talked to was very nice and polite. They also look over your car and tell you areas to keep an eye on, along with what they charge for those services, but they don’t try to sell it to you. I’d definitely go back to this location in the future.

Could not get waited on. My husband needed tire balanced, but employee/manager made him wait while waiting on customers walking up. Then took phone call, followed by talking to workers in bay. My husband walked off and employee or manager never noticed. We ate at Freddys next door and my husband went back. Again, stood there a few minutes, employees working in bays repeatedly told someone that customer was waiting, employee/manager stood in back of shop talking to someone at a machine. Once again, hubby was never acknowledged, but this time he was noticed yet still no one serviced his truck.

They got me in as soon as they could. One guy was always watching for new people that came in. Everyone seemed to have a nice routine of getting cars in and out smoothly. Guys doing the changes seemed to get frustrated but it also seemed other staff were there to motivate em (little pat on the back lol). They told me everything wrong they found in the General inspection. They didn’t pressure me into getting anything besides my oil change and I felt they were very honest.

I have been here a few times, each time I was treated with respect and honesty. On my second trip somewhere along the way they misplaced my keys. They instantly took responsibility and the manager gave me a ride back to my house to get my other vehicle. After reviewing their camera system and looking throughout their shop they scheduled an appointment at ford for a replacement key to be made. Moral of the story they may have made a mistake but they didn’t try to get out of it they solved it quickly. Give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Very helpful!The longer version: I got my oil changed on a Friday at Kwik Kar in Dallas. On Sunday I was in College Station and noticed a big pool of oil under my car and virtually no oil left in my car. I was stressing out about getting back to Dallas, didnt know the area, and on a Sunday a lot of places are closed. Also pretty upset about spending $75+ on an oil change that was done wrong. Luckily I came to this Jiffy Lube and the manager, Justin, took a look at my car. It turns out that the filter they put on was too small for my car, it just swung around easily when he twisted it and allowed all the oil to leak out. If I had continued to drive, I would have done a lot of damage to the motor. All because Kwik Kar didnt do an oil change right. Justin explained everything to me, put in new oil, and put the correct filter on my car. He also did not even charge me for anything!! I was so thankful to not have to spend even more money to fix the other places mistake. Justin gave me his card and said I could call if I had any trouble getting my money back from Kwik Kar (which I have - they have told me different things about refunds each time I have called). Hes gone to great lengths to help and hasnt profited in any way from everything he has done for me. This is just a good place and they deserve your business. Bottom line: Go here, these are good people and you wont regret it! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went here for an oil change and inspection, waited for several minutes and was never approached, though multiple employees saw me, they were looking at each other like none of them wanted to do it. There was an hour till closing time and they had 3 cars in the bay so I’m guessing they hoped I would drive off, which I did after waiting. I’m not driving back and I’m not recommending them to anyone. The least they could have done is come up and said they don’t think they can get me done by closing time, the worst was to visually acknowledge several times that they see me, but never even approach or signal or say anything. They approached the man in front of me, and saw me, but still said nothing.

This shop was incredible. The service was extremely fast and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and stocked with waters and coffee. 5 out of 5 from me.

I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience at this Jiffy Lube today!! First off, the new facility is incredibly clean, stocked with coffee and waters, a tv and plenty of seating. But what really made my experience over-the-top great was Larry. He was VERY friendly, thorough in all his explanations and made it such a quick, easy visit, even for someone who doesnt know much about cars. He went over the top for all of his customers, walked them out to their cars, he even showed me how to read my oil stick. Another member of the staff informed me of an unrelated problem and was incredibly knowledgable and kind as well!I am not a resident of College Station, but if I was, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car maintenance!Give Larry a raise!!

On our way to Houston we heard a strange noise under the car. Drove into jiffy lube and were greeted by Donovan who was very professional and courteous. A little while later he explained that he heard the noise too on a test drive, what was causing it, and that he had fixed the problem at NO CHARGE. Thank you!

Brand new place, staff was friendly but did not get the service you normally get with a oil change!! Normally when you go to a oil change facility the price you pay includes topping off all of the fluids i.e. windshield wiper; radiator etc. etc.. Well, they didnt top off any of the fluids, they didnt check the transmission fluid level or anything!! The only thing they did extra was vacuum the floors for $44.99!! We asked about changing the transmission fluid and they wanted to charge us $179.00. We ended up taking the car to Wolf Creek Lube & Wash on Harvey. Way cheaper, better selection on oils and the oil change wouldve been cheaper too and it included a full service car wash!! Lesson learned, Wolf Creek on Harvey for everything from now on!!!

My co. has a contract for vehicle maintenance with Jiffy Lube. This location is very professional and gives a detailed explanation of the work performed. I would have given 5 stars had they not given me a $330.00 estimate to change the transmission fluid and replace the filter.

Took my car in for a tire rotation, took them over 3 hours to do the rotation and the manager justin storm was extremely rude and off putting. I was promised a free alignment for purchasing 4 tires and an alignment on my wifes vehicle and when i showed up they said they would do everything. After about 2 and a half hours of waiting i went into the shop to ask about it and was told they couldnt do my alignment for free and that i should have been told over an hour ago. Very poor service. Does not compare to other jiffy lubes at all. This store should be shut down or put under new ownership.

They stole an item off my vehicle,and had the nerve to call the police because I became upset . Never going there again

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I had a brake caliper lock up and it ruined the caliper and rotar. I go in and am quoted for 2 rotars, a brake caliper, two front brake pads, labor and the necessary fluids which totalled around $660. The technician says he will drop it down to $600. Me being price conscious I wanted an itemized invoice so I could call around and check prices. I tell the technician another store is willing to do the work for $540 he agrees to match their price and I okay the work to be done. About 30 minutes later I ask to retrieve my house keys from my vehicle which I forgot to grab and only then am I told the technician, DJ, did not have the authority to give me this discount. So I assume the invoice was going to go back to the original price of $660 which I was still not happy about but was okay with paying, wrong, the invoice had gone to over $880. So after being told they wouldnt honor the original price I requested they stop service on my truck and Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I asked the manager for the corporate number which he refused to give me because its independently owned and corporate doesnt control them. All around horrible experience and Im now sitting at another service provider having the service done for $540.

5 hours and still waiting. I’ll Never be back! Story after story of why it is taking so long.
