This is not a good place to take your vehicle. The staff here will lie to you about your vehicle just to make money. I know that this is true because they tried to get me twice.

Set appointment for 10am arrived at 946am . Soon arrival was told that I would have to wait 1 hour 30 minutes just for them to check my in. Cancelled appointment to make sure to get my oil change for company vehicle which made this very inconvenient. Josh the person at the register was very rude and Im apologetic did not feel like a important customer or that they wanted my business whatsoever . Our business has been using ntb for the past 12 years we will take our business elsewhere after this experience.

I popped my tire and realized I did not have a spare or jack, but that did not discourage the wonderful staff at NTB from helping me. Allyson and another crewmember came to the Olive Garden where my car was and gave me a spare to limp over to the shop. Their work was done in a timely manner and I went from popped tire to spare tire to new tire all within approximately thirty minutes. I cannot thank the team there enough!

Above and beyond is all I can say for this location. Randall was an absolutely amazing worker, my vehicle was brought in right before close due to a roofers nail. He had a great humor and was very helpful and quick. His co worker Garrett kept us engaged the whole time Randall was working on my car, I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be going back for my future car needs. I can not speak more highly of these two. They were such a pleasure!!

Took my truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated and to change out the two fuel filters on my diesel truck. I told them that there was a tire that was leaking and which one it was. Four hours later the truck was done. FOUR HOURS!! 3.5 hours of the truck actually being worked on. They said that they couldn’t find where it was leaking from and said here you go. Mind you that the tires were originally purchased from the same location. Complete waste of time. The mechanic seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. NTB has lost my business for good.

My tires were half the price of the Lithia Dealership. The service was done in about an hour and a half. The lady that works up front is so personable!!! I love talking to her everytime I go in. She explains everything they offer and what all they have done to your vehicle. Im on a budget so she helps me rationalize what I need done now and what they can do later. The best place to have work done on your vehicle. The prices are in front of you and you dont feel like they are trying to take advantage of you because you are a woman. The mechanics come up to help and speak with you face to face. I really like the shop. Its tucked away so you have to turn in by the hotel or you will miss it but definitely worth it!

Couldnt help me out with a bent wheel, but were very kind and helped me find a place not too far off that could! They were the reason I got home on time for Thanksgiving, and Allison (I believe that was her name) was very kind and considerate

Go to another tire or repair shop!! Ive only been living in town for a little over a year, and initially went to NTB because of an oil change coupon and the national brand reputation. After today, I will never be back. I have had 2 oil changes there before, and while both took longer than average (1.5 - 2 hours), I didnt notice an issue. Today, I go in to have them investigate a separate car problem and they magically come up with $2000 in repairs! They not only tried to up sell me, but the manager and tech also were very condescending when explaining what they thought was wrong. Needless to say, I packed up and took my car to another non-chain shop for a second opinion. Turns out, all I really needed was a brake job (~$350) and the other repairs NTB was trying to sell me on were completely unnecessary. The new mechanic was shocked at the amount of repair work estimated by NTB, and was convinced they didnt really look at my car. Moral of the story - go somewhere else. Using NTB is a waste of your precious time and money. Even if you need tires, just go to a Discount Tire instead.

Went in for front end shake asked to have tires rotated and balanced. They kept it half a day said they couldn’t rotate tires two warn would need new set. They would be happy to sell me new tires and fix my problem. I kindly thanked them and left. I went to a small town tire shop asked them to look at my tires and they said I had at least another 5000 miles and that the wear indicator did now show I needed new tires. They rotated and balanced them and I ah s been driving on them for about 6 months now and they still are doing just fine. And the front end shake I had is gone. Clearly the staff at NTB have been trained to up charge and sell sell sell tires. But problem is if you don’t do right by a customer they won’t come back like me and they will post a negative review.

Randall was professional and kind! Oil change was a great price and they checked my brakes and tires quickly and for free. Guy doing the work was great too, older gentleman with a name starting with “A”, can’t remember... They did seem a bit understaffed after five pm when I was there so that slowed things down a little, but still not bad. Will be back for the price and great service 😄

I went to NTB IN WACO ( not this store) about a month ago to have 4 new tires and alignment done on my car. This morning I took my car to the NTB in college station because one tire was going flat. I found out that not only did the other store not put my lugs back on right they also left the nut loose that use for the alignment. The manager in College Station is taking care of everything this morning for me free of charge. So not all stores are created equal and these guys went out of their way to help me this morning. They didnt have to fix what another store did but they did and got to it right away. My lesson in all of this is to stick to my hometown store. This is the car my 16yo son drives to work for me in Waco so I try to make sure its extra safe. Thanks to the guys in College Station for the great treatment today. I will now be doing all of my business here. Between my kids and myself I have 6 crash so glad to know that some places are still honest.

When I brought my Prius in I had shredded the rear left tire and everything was sitting in the back haphazardly from where a kind stranger had put my spare on for me. NTB was very friendly and helpful, and not only did they finish my car early, they also put the spare back where it goes and replaced all the parts in their storage spots for me. The price was reasonable, they didn’t replace the sensor (even though I signed off on replacing it) because it was undamaged, and they even laughed with me about how it happened in such a silly car. They didn’t try to up-sell me like some women have mentioned in their reviews.I will bring my car back next time.

Cant get over the great service offered by Kim and AJ here. Came in here with a ruined tire, they were very clear on what we needed and what it would cost. When we made a mistake with our spare holder, they went out of their way to help us. Thanks so much.

Do not trust this particular NTB. Sent my college student daughter there to have a leaking tire looked at/repaired because I thought it was under NTB warranty. Turned out warranty was on previous car she had owned and not applicable to her current car. They looked at tire and convinced me (over the phone) that the tire could not be repaired, and the rest of the tires were weathered and showed signs of dry rot and needed to be replaced also. I agreed to replace all 4 tires, which they did. What I had forgotten, and this is on me, is that I had recently replaced all 4 tires 7 months prior (I know, I know, that is on me). Two months after having the tires replaced at this NTB, I came across the Discount Tire receipt where I had replaced the tires 7 months before and my blood ran cold. I compared the mileage on the 2 receipts and they replaced “weathered and dry rotted” tires that had less than 6000 miles on them. I contacted the store manager and he was not helpful at all. I emailed him the receipt from the Discount as he was looking for a manufacture date. The receipt did not have a manufacture date on it so his position was Discount Tire installed old tires that had been laying in the warehouse too long. He stated that he would not condone this kind of fraud or tolerate it with his employees. He went on to lecture me about his honor and military service. Because of the timing involved, the tires they replaced were long disposed of with no way to prove that they took advantage of my daughter. The bottom line was that he was not going to help me or even question his employees. It turned out that I still had one of the tires as I had asked them to toss it in the back of the vehicle as a future spare. The tire I still had in my possession had a manufacture date in 2019, a couple months before they were installed. I was done dealing with the local store manager at that point as I felt he had no honesty or integrity. I contacted the corporate customer service department and we came to an equitable settlement that was part refund, part store gift certificate. I like my local NTB here in Houston but under no circumstance would I ever send my daughter back to the store in College Station.

Rude, rude, rude! Manager Kevin Hill should be replaced. He has no clue how to deal with customers or how to keep the promises of the company. Made an 8:30am appointment and didnt even get started till 9:20 am. When asking why it was taking so long Kevin proceeds to berate me telling me appointments dont mean you get seen first it means they will put in a bay when one becomes available. Meaning they take walk ins before appointments if they show up and then appointments have to wait. Bad experience all the way around! First and last time customer!

Had to get my car towed over there right as they opened. Kevin and his team helped me out a TON and were very thorough. They took me out into the garage and showed me what was wrong with my car and explained what work I would need. No BS. I asked them to do whatever they had to do get me on the road again, and they did with no hassle. I had a bad experience at a different NTB, but this one was awesome. They also had some awesome hot chocolate in the waiting room :)

Was last here in 2017, when I got a new set of tires. Writing a review now because I just took my car in for maintenance up in Ft. Collins, CO, where two different shops confirmed that the tires on my car were manufactured in 2013. NTB had put 4-year-old tires on my car, all of which have now--three years later--developed dry rot and need to be replaced. I dont know what the shelf of tires is supposed to be in TX (factoring in humidity, heat, etc), but up here its considered to be 5 years, from what both the local repair shop and Discount Tire told me. Both shops were pretty shocked when I told them Id bought the tires in 2017, including the one that diagnosed the issue and referred me to Discount Tire for new ones (so I know they werent trying to upsell me). When I called NTB today, the receptionist was dismissive and asked me how often Id had them rotated as if it were my fault. If you dare to get new tires here, make sure you know how to check the manufacturers date on the tire wall. At least in 2017, NTB didnt have much inventory turnover apparently.

Ive come here multiple times for an oil change; the staff is always friendly and theyre quick when it comes to getting things done. Last time I was there, they topped off my wiper fluid free of charge. Thanks again, you guys are great!!

I was in a desperate situation on a road trip when one of my tires went completely flat and I was still 3 hours from home. After putting the donut tire on I couldn’t find a store near me that had my tire in stock. I finally found this store (an hour from my location) and they had my tire! I wasn’t able to get there until after they were closing and the service manager, Randall, said he would wait for me. He was truly a life saver!!!

Kimberly outstanding employee. Very friendly helpful and professional. She listens to the customer and she repeats how and what you want. Thank you for being the person you are. Only took about 30 minutes to get two tires on.

Kim is simply the most understanding and reasonable associate Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend coming to NTB just for her. She makes the experience better by having open communication, fair pricing, and owning up to her, or her technicians, mistakes. The only reason I didnt give this review 5 stars is due to my objective obligation. I was misquoted on labor. Though Kim was reasonable by charging me the same price of the original quote, it did cause me an inconvenience in regard to time. However, they were fair with providing me a ride back to NTB and making sure that it was all painless. Im not sure that my experience would have been good a part from Kim. Thank goodness she was there!

I went to get an oil change for my vehicle. Not a bad experience, but couldve been better. There were hardly any customers, and guy took his time. Waited longer than expected. Pricing is a little on the expensive side.

We actually live in Katy, tx but our kids go to school down here and The team here really cares about the safety of their customers and will show you exactly whats wrong visually. Sure its not cheap but anything with automotive isnt going to be an eventually its going to break. Just glad they are here to take care of my kids! Thank you Kevin and team.

My son took his car to get a tail light changed. Well after it was done they had messed up the whole right back light. I ended up spending over $400.00 dollars to get the whole kit fixed.....they need to better train their techs and take responsibility for what they mess up!!!!! will never go back to them EVER

Shame on me. This place has fooled me for the last time. First off, I spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change. About a month later, I was informed by a different mechanic that my oil was leaking out. Turns out that NTB had replaced my car with the wrong drain plug. Since it took forever, the manager gave me a $15 off coupon for “next time.”Thus, I returned. The next time, I was told I needed a different kind of oil. I had to pull up my old receipt to prove that I knew what kind of oil was used the previous time.I ordered 4 tires prior to a road trip, and the delivery date was the day before my installation appointment. Sure enough, I got a call that the tires wouldn’t be in on time. I was also told that I needed a new belt, as mine was “cracking.” Took my car for a second opinion and it turned out that it wasn’t true. I didn’t need the the belt or the shocks I allegedly needed so badly.Last, I paid almost $700 for new tires and waited 3 hours for tires to be installed. There was only one other vehicle in the bay. I only went here again because no one else in town had a set of 4 tires in stock the same day.Shame on me for allowing myself to be fooled.

Place had decent tires at decent prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building itself is outdated and could use a cleaning up, but hey its a tire store. The thing that matters most is that they do good work.

I love this NTB I have always had a great experience and great service. Gotta love a place where you walk in the door and they recognize you! As a girl you often get told you need work you dont, and Ive never felt mislead by the guys here. I drove over 2 hours yesterday from Austin to get a second opinion on work I was told I needed to correct the alignment on my vehicle, and I was extremely pleased with the service and had the alignment fixed here. Will continue to come to College Station for them to work on my vehicle when I can!

Every time I come to NTB the wait is exceptionally long, and that has been true for 3 different locations. So I avoid going unless I have to... BUT these last 2 trips have convinced me to never return. I had a lug nut that was stripped and I was unable to perform the rotation myself. I stopped in for a request for them to simply use their tools to remove the lug not... thats it, simply remove it. I understand it was an extremely busy day for them since they told me it was a 3 hour wait. Every time I go it is a long wait - it is time to hire and employ more staff. Then today, I came in with belts showing on a tire, I asked them to perform a tire rotation at the same time since they would have the car in the bay. I come home to find the new tire in the same place as the one that needed to be rotated and because of a missing center piece on the wheel I realized they had not rotated the tires. I worked at a tire shop for 3 years, and the way I have been treated since I first purchased the tires through today... I will never return to NTB.

Took my car in for tire rotation (free when you buy tires there). I forgot my paperwork but were able to find my record with my phone number, no problem. Out in 30 min, faster than Discount Tire! These guys were friendly, courteous, and did a great job. Waiting area is nice and clean. Thanks NTB!

They have a good tire special buy 3 get 1 free plus a $75 rebate. These guys know their tires vs other tire companies.

I had a $20 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for this store, and so I figured I would take in my 02 Honda Civic to get it serviced. They of course inspect the car to come up with reasons for additional service and repair. I expected this and told them that I would do some extra research and get a second opinion before pulling the trigger on a $1480 repair order. One of these repair suggestions was a new oxygen sensor on the fuel injection system that may or may not be causing a misfire in a piston. Again, more research and a 2nd opinion, please just change the oil and rotate the tires... After waiting in the shop for 2 hours twiddling my thumbs, I am told that they refuse to service my vehicle because the oxygen sensor is a liability issue. I am not a certified car mechanic, but I am pretty certain that a faulty oxygen sensor has nothing to do with whether or not oil can be changed, a new filter installed and tires rotated. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time. It wont happen again.

Purchased tires and balance from this dirty store and departed to California. The trip was irritating with steering wheel shake and vibration. Took it to a Big O in Anaheim, Calif and they confirmed a poor balance. They rebalanced all tires and the trip back to Texas was so much better and smooth. No more steering wheel shake and the ride was so much smoother. This store is hard to find. If you cannot find it, here is a clue. Drive through a hotel parking lot. It is hidden. The store was filthy. Windows had webs and years of dirt. Water damage around windows. Front door slammed, bounced open and slammed again. Totally neglected store and the staff is weak at best. Never again!

Called and ordered some tires and made an appointment to have them put on. The tires arrived on time and the store stuck to the price that I was quoted. The price was $200 less than their nearest competitor. Service was fantastic. Facilities were clean and hospitable. I would recommend this NTB in a heartbeat.

I had issues with my tires and the mileage rating. The guys at this center did a great job of helping me out and making it right. I will go back there again when I need tires or other services. They are under new management and doing all they can to get everything running smooth again.

The only thing i have to complain about is the wait time. i got there at 11:15 for my 11:30 oil change appointment, but had to end up waiting until 11:40 to even be talked to! there’s only one person working the lobby. when i finally checked in, they said it would be about an hour. an hour later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot! i had an appointment so they knew i was coming in. they told me they were sorry and finally got caught up on everything and then it would about another 30-40 min. i was finally out i of there in an hour and a half...something that should’ve taken 30 min. they even had an open bay the whole time i was there.other than the horrible wait and what seems to be understaffment, the customer service and attitudes the workers had were great and seemed very apologetic. No one tried to rip me off or sell me things i didn’t need after i said no (don’t all car places do that anyway?).

The slowest place in town. Takes at least an hour every time Im here for an oil change. The kicker is that I always make my appointments online and still manage to not be seen in a timely manner. Not to mention the people are always rude. Last time I will be coming here. Ill pay $15 more for quicker and nicer service.

This was a horrifying experience.  The front desk woman was nice, but not logical/honest, which would have been vastly preferable. It was a Sunday and my tires had been installed by NTB, so after spending hours of Saturday stranded on the highway with a full blow out, I had to replace my spare on a Sunday, which is the one day I had set aside to MOVE to Houston before starting work the following morning.  I called before noon to ask about getting a tire replaced, and asking to make an appointment.  I was told I didnt need an appointment, and to just come on in.I arrived less than 20 min later and was 4th in line. After finishing up with the current customer, the guy in front of me was helped before the girl in front of him, because he HAD AN APPOINTMENT. As they were helping them, a rental car company came and dropped off 9 of their cars. I finally spoke with the desk, asked if I should come back, was told theyd get to me quick. 2 hrs later, I again asked if I could please schedule a time to return as I had a lot to get done.  I was told my car was next in. 90 minutes later, they pulled my car in. Thats right, 3.5 hours, watching the entire princess diaries (3?) with commercials, and being halfway through another movie, I was crawling out of my skin wanting to be home and working! Of course it was 90 more minutes getting the tire replaced and oil changed.  I watched as they flopped my undercarriage cover around quizzically, so made a note to check that when they brought it up - sure enough, installed with the intellect of a potato - lip overlapping from the bottom/backwards so the first rush of wind would have pulled the plastic straight off. Also noted that the aerodynamic cover for my spare was completely missing, and they claimed they hadnt seen it (I watched them remove and replace it when accessing my spare the day before).During the 5 hours I will never get back, I heard many customers get discounts for being so nice, or discounts for the long wait. I was nothing but nice (until after I paid and saw the work), and dont believe anyone waited longer than me, but received no discount.It is one thing for them to be busy.  I cant complain about that. All I requested & deserved was simple and direct honesty, which could have saved me infinitely.  I was pathetically in tears by the time I got home.  I literally threw clothes into trash bags because my plans for careful packing and safe traveling to Houston were stolen from me by the inability to say yes, can you come back in 3 hours, we are a bit behind and now have 9 rental cars ahead of you too. Better yet, dont brush me off trying to schedule an appointment in the first place! I have no concept of who those lies helped, and why they needed to mislead me instead of managing their day and communication better.Of course, having crappy work done after all that time was infuriating.  Items were checked on my invoice that were incorrect (no dash light on - I promise, the check engine light has been glowing brightly for a year, that crap was lit if they wanted to do their checklist correctly). I cant assess the tire install work or oil change, but everything visible was shoddy, so I certainly have concerns.

I have had two bad experiences with this particular location and as a woman who takes care of my own car, I have a real issue with being taken advantage of by mechanics. In both instances, I was told that I needed more than $2000 worth of extensive work done to my car. The time in March 2016 I was told that I needed 4 new tires because the tires on my car were coming apart. Come to find out, after I had purchased those 4 new tires and the additional life time alignment and tire rotation package which was pricey, I didnt need new tires after all. Too late for that instance but yesterday (1/10/17) I took this same car with the less than one year on the tires in for the tire rotation and alignment for free. To my shock I was told that I needed new tires because my front tires were bald (not true) and I needed struts, tie rods, shock absorbers, power steering fluid flush and maybe a new pump, a/c compressor wasnt working properly (just had a complete a/c check and recharge of coolant). The list didnt end there. The total for just the tires, struts, tie rods and shocks was $2014.28. You need to know that NOTHING that I had originally gone to the store to have done was even started. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND I INTEND TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY FEMALE FRIENDS. This is a shame to treat anyone with this disrespect.

I called a couple days ahead and made an appointment for replacing 4 tires. They didnt show me to have any appointment in the system when I showed up. There was one employee working in the front who was very scatter brained and didnt know how to work their computer/point of sale system well at all. Several customers were waiting behind me in line. The price he gave me for the four tires was different from what I had setup online. Of course it contained all the extra lifetime balancing and insurance that tire shops often try to force on you. Once I got rid of all of those, the price was reasonable and the tires were mounted and balanced fairly quick. The price was not bad, but the process of it all was not so good.

Deceiving. Shady. Will never get tires here again. I knew it was a bad decision from the start.

These guys are the real deal! Highly recommend Joe and kin, 2 of the best mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of coming across. I would know they both taught me most of what I now know. From tires to batterys, and everywhere in between these guys are legitimate.

Had a great service from Austin when getting an oil change and tire rotation. It took longer than those 15 minute shops, but thats because these guys will inspect your car during the process. When it comes to my car, I appreciate that attention to detail.They also went above and beyond by upgrading my filter for free since they didnt have the part on hand - it just a $6 upgrade, but its the kind of customer service gesture that will keep me coming back to them.

I didnt even get a chance to see if they are any good. I called and talked to some girl named Kimberly, she told me she was with a customer and would call me right back. I gave her my name and number and guess what, no call. Called back about 30 minutes later and she had packed up and gone home for the day. When I finally got home I called again to try and make an appointment and was again put on hold. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally hung up. No wonder they have a 3 star rating (barely)...

Havent turned back since the first time I got tires here! Always go back and the staff are always happy to assist.

No one goes into NTB in a good mood because no one likes to spend money on car repairs so take the lack of stars people give this place with a grain of salt. The guy who helped me, Jermaine, was knowledgeable and courteous. He even gave me a military discount after noting my Marine Corps sticker on the back windshield. A true professional.

NTB helped me so much. As a college student they knew that I didnt have the budget to afford anything extravagant. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on a new set of tires, with alignment included. They have certainly earned my business in the future and I appreciate it a lot. I definitely recommend going to them for any of your car problems.

Terrible service! Tire tech doesnt know what hes doing almost ruined my wheels because he couldnt get the tire off. After being there 2 hours told them to stop and put my old tires back on. I will never go to NTB again. Theres a reason they run such good specials.you het what you lay for. Their customer service was non existent, store was filthy. Dont was your time go to Discount Tire.

We came in on a Sunday because our truck had a bolt and nut through the tire after a game day weekend. This had happened to me before and although it looks like a lot of damage, totally patchable. They said the tire was unpatchable because it was in the side wall of the tire. (The same statement we heard them tell other customers also waiting.) However, it wasn’t close to the side, but nearly center of the tire. We told them to put the spare on and that we wouldn’t be purchasing a new tire. We took the tire to discount tire the next day, where they FIXED the tire. Now either NTB was too lazy to patch the tire and just wanted to put a brand new tire on, or it’s a scam and they’re just trying to sell new tires to customers who don’t need them. Whichever it is, don’t take your vehicle there for tire repairs unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. Go to discount tire where they actually do a good and honest job.

Twice I have bought tires from this place and it would have only been once if it was not for the fact they were the only ones that had the tires I needed on hand. The price isnt horrible here but the service and management are completely ridiculous they will try and weasel their way into your pocket but when it comes to doing their job they wont even do what they are supposed to. Recently went in to get my tires rotated all they did was move the front to the back and the back to the front they didnt bother to re balance or even put them on a balance machine to check them and there was literally none in there the day I went In so its not like they were busy by any means then to top it off when I checked the pressure on the tires myself they were all completely off so they didnt even bother to check that I would just save the headache and go to discount. I would call and bring it up to management but all they will do is give you the run around and put it off on you highly reccomend you stay away.

Took my car in for an oil change and they noticed my steering linkages were worn and about to break. They stayed within my budget and were able to fix every thing. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them for any automotive services, big or small.

I got service here new tires and alignment. They called me to tell me I needed alot of work done to my truck I told them to get the alignment as close as possible and I would make repairs later they said OK I called a few hours later to see how close they got it and they said We did do not alignment I told you we could not do alignment because repairs that are needed I told them then why did you tell me OK instead of that in the first place. When someone says try and you respond OK that means you will try he didnt understand why I was mad.

Gave has a number and 1 things to say this and this was wrong when.. I’ve been going to the same mechanic since I was a kid.. so took it to my mechanic he said everything that’s on this list they gave you.. TO FIX is not even broken.. i trust my mechanic because his being doing mechanic work since the early 70s..smh......Kids work there so I won’t trust a kid telling how to fix my own CAR

Wish I could give it zero star. Three and a half hours to get 4 new tires on a Sunday with only one person in line in front of me with a single trailer tire. When job was finally finished the tech threw the keys on the counter and walked off while the girl at the counter was still talking. Also told me that my brakes were bad and that I needed an alignment. Just had the truck aligned and new brake pads last week. Took my old tires with me and was charged$12.00 for disposal fee. Girl behind the counter said its for the new tires. WTH??This is my second set of tires from NTB, the last time I bought with a promotion where an alignment was supposed to be included. Unfortunately their machine was broken and and by the time I got back for the alignment my time had run out. Overall... Very poor service

Ok, disclaimer... there was a rough patch at this location.However, there was a major over haul of management at NTB. I have personally done business at this location over the past 8 years. I can honestly say that they new management and technicians working there are both competent and take pride in their job.I recently purchased new tires and had my breaks done, and from the time I walked in till I drove away I was taken care of very well. I did not have to worry about them trying to BS me into buying things Id only need.Also very Veteran friendly!Give them a shot.

Extremely frustrating experience. Set an appointment up a week in advance with everything paid in full. Called before arriving to my appointment. Twenty minutes after arriving Im told that the tires on my order slip were never ordered and I can reschedule for the following week. My tires were to the point I shouldnt have been driving on them so waiting till the following week was unacceptable. I had to arrange a ride for nothing and remove a car seat base and all before finding out that I wouldnt be serviced at my scheduled appt. Then I left and finally they were cooperative and they upgraded with no extra charge to some tires they had in stock. So I had to go back and drop the car off the same day and catch a Lyft home.

Had great service for getting tires rotated. I was in and out quickly, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I will return.

Price was great...but skip the add-on sales tricks. Was told my wiper blades needed replacing when they were under 1 month old, also told I needed an alignment - which was also false. If they recommend repairs - GET A SECOND OPINION!

Altho not the easiest place to find, its sign crowded by trees and shrubs that they arent allowed to touch, it sits to the North of the Ramada, theyve the best price for a LOF, $19.99 with coupon. The service takes quite awhile like nearly 2 hours if ya come in the afternoon. But thankfully theyve a waiting area thats comfortable and faces East, so its cool in summer and decent in winter as they keep the heat pumping. Their WiFi isnt any good, FYI. And the help us very pleasant and friendly. Their no name brand oil does the job for my 16+ year old jalopy (thats why so inexpensive for the LOF), so it may not be the suggested deal for some out there

Very disappointing to find out that road hazard protection I paid for was not applied to the 2nd set of tires I bought. They tried to tell me I did not purchase the coverage which I KNOW I did. I ALWAYS PURCHASE THE COVERAGE! I just dont know whos pocket it went into.Apparently I am not the only person to experience this.DO NOT BUY your tires there! KH will do this double invoice trick, and get away with it until you need to replace the tire, then he tells you you declined the coverage. FALSEI am preparing for a trip. I wanted he oil changed, and tires rotated. Rotating the tires and fixing flats was part of the Road Hazard coverage, so I thought, until recently.NTB also said I had a bad battery. Cold weather dont you know.NO problems with it until I went there. They killed that too, while padding the bill. No problems until 2/1/2019. I had to go buy new battery, before I went home. When they brought the car up, turned off the key, I could not get it to start. So they had to jump it. THANK YOU NTB, I wont be back. Cant afford you.

Got one tire replaced but they tried to put spare back under car and the tire hoist was broken... Im out $85 to buy part and then install.... Was told these thing break all the time, right!!! High employee and management turn over not like it was 5 years ago... Progress not sure... Lol

I had a tire blow out and these guys helped me out QUICK on a busy Sunday. I highly recommend them. I have had trouble with other places in the area & these guys were straight up.

Do not come here to service your car! NTB wanted to change ALL my rotors and one of my calipers for $900!. (They also wanted to charge $70 to adjust my sway bar links, that literally took me 10 mins to do and a wrench, for god sake). The only thing that my car needed was a new caliper that was just $72 at AutoZone and I DIYd myself in an hour and a half. These type of shops want to take advantage of non-car people that know nothing about prices of parts and services. They offered the FRONT rotors for $190 and the back rotos for $170. I was laughing in my mind when they showed me this price because I looked up on some websites such as AmericanMuscle (which gives you PERFORMANCE parts) and Amazon for prices, and the whole 4 ROTOr+pads are around 200-250 dollars. Also it is good to take note that my rotors are just fine, they are not damaged or anything like that. TO CONCLUDED, DO NOT COME HERE TO FIX YOUR CAR. ✌️

Kevin Hill made a pebble in the road on a very busy day, turn around. He was not only professional but from this ladys perspective went above and beyond. I had to get to a kids gathering with gift bags. Had all my stuff in car when day was interrupted by battery needing replacing. Took stuff into NTB and put it all together while waiting. Mr. Hill even helped me cut into some very thick plastic wires to get toy prizes off of cardboard. Also, made things better with a factory discount on new battery. Highly recommend this location in College Station, Tx. THANK YOU!

Crooked, dishonest, and discourteous!I brought my car here for an oil change at my appointment time. My car sat in their shop for over two hours and nobody notified me that service could not be performed. They wouldnt change my oil because it was past NTBs due mileage (3000 miles), yet it was long before the manufacturers recommended due mileage (8000 miles). My father is a high-level certified automotive performance technician (in another city), so I know a lot about cars (but dont have equipment for doing my own oil change), and this NTB is TERRIBLE!Do not go waste your time, money, and patience with these inept liars!

Worst customer service ever. I went to the ntb in college station after having great customer service in Dallas and I had the worst service ever. I was coming in for one of my routine tire alignments that came with my 5 year warranty and spent a little under two hours sitting while my car did not move from when I got there. Other people, new customers, were helped while I sat there and was ignored service. As a customer I feel utterly offended. Many times while I waited I noticed many store employees talking and looking over at me and then walking away. I was finally helped after over two hours of sitting and waiting. Will never come back to this store

I WILL NEVER go there again! I went there for a tire rotation, they insisted on keeping it overnight. When i went to pick my truck up the next day my breaks were squeaking and my rotors were sanded down. Then they charged me for labor twice after taking 5 hours to do the job. The man at the front desk said made a comment about how my daddy was going to be paying for it anyway( i am a college student paying for college, i do not have money to be spending on rotors!). so rude! very disrespectful! unprofessional!

Pissed that I even have to give this place 1 star. When I first got there the sales associate was sitting down on his phone and didn’t even look up until 5 minutes later. His whole dimeanor was unpleasant. To top it off he has the nerve to ask what kind of tires I have on my vehicle as if I’m supposed to know. Isn’t that why you have a job at a tire place?!? We stand there awkwardly looking at my vehicle from inside when I finally ask “Well can you tell what they are by looking at them?” He then, very rude, says “No I can’t, but I guess I can go outside and see” SMH He comes back in and I ask him if we can upgrade the tire size and he was like “I’m not sure, let me go ask my coworkers” He comes back two minutes later and says “well they aren’t sure either” at this point I’m pretty much done. So here I am at discount tire buying me a set of 5 new tires! Thanks NTB you lost my business for good.

Check in was good. Service was slow and done wrong and then had to wait longer to get it fixed right. No Knowledge about tire placement on front wheel drive and rear wheel drive .

Purchased a new battery that went bad in under two years. Took it back and was still in the warranty period so they replaced it for free. Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Glad to see a company that stands by their products and takes care of the customer when there is a problem.

Every single time I have been to this NTB has been a horrible experience. Sometimes I’ll call ahead and ask if they have a lot of cars in right now (so that I can come in and get a quick oil change) and they’ll say no that they have nothing going on and it’ll be super fast. I get there no less than 10 minutes later and they say that they can’t do anything because they are swamped. Other times I have made an appointment and have ended up sitting there for over two hours....for an oil change. I would understand that time if they were busy, but most of the time you can look out the window and there are no cars in the back and all the workers are in the front office sitting and laughing doing nothing. They also will tell you complete and totall bull about your car to get you to spend more money there. If you do get any ‘advice’ from them go get a second opinion first because most of the time they are exaggerating dramatically. Overall, this is a horrible NTB and I would not recommend a single person go here.
