I had a wonderful experience. My car was quickly fixed, even with figuring out what was covered under my warranty. Mike was extremely helpful and careful to explain exactly what was wrong with my car and what was being repaired. I will continue to get my car serviced here!

I drove from Dallas to College Station for a wedding on Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, along the way I got a large nail in my run flat tire. I was able to call BMW of College Station when I arrived shortly before closing and they schedule me to come in at 8am the next morning. The fixed the tire, took my payment over the phone so I could come pick my car up after a round of golf. Most professional, flexible BMW Service experience ever. I was so impressed, I would even consider buying my next BMW from this location which is a 3 hour drive from my home. Thanks to Robert and Jason for the help. 5+ Stars.

Came in for just tire replacement but in the back of my mind I wanted a brake flush since it was due, Jason an excellent advisor asked if I wanted to the flush done and of course I said yes. Had the dash cluster replaced and upon getting home I found the screws for the dash cluster in my cup holder. So I installed the screws myself. I guess I should have expected more after spending $2000 Jason had great customer service! But not sure if I will return?

I am so genuinely appreciative of all the services staff at BMW college station. I have had other cars and been in and out of their dealerships with issues, but the people that work here are so quick and efficient and helpful.I know it sounds like I’m laying it on thick, but I mean it. I won’t go into too much detail, but I’ve been in a bind before, and their services department went above and beyond for me. I can’t say enough nice things about Jason, as well as Mike and Jennifer.I also really appreciate their shuttle service. My job has strict hours and car issues make it difficult. I think getting to work is more stressful than car issues themselves and every time I’ve had an issue, Jennifer took care of me and got me to work on time. For that, I am super grateful.Again, I know I laid it on thick and it this sounds like I’m related to one of them lol, but this is unbiased. I mean every word. They made stressful situations so much better for me, and I want to give credit where it is due.

Highly disappointed in the customer service at the College Station BMW dealership service department after my son’s car came home with a host of new scratches on the roof.Basically I was called a liar when I was told that I obviously overlooked these scratches before I took it in to have work done on it.I promise you that these scratches weren’t there before. We would have never purchased this car for our son if it looked like it did when we got it back from the BMW service department!I can’t help but wonder if they would have treated me differently if this was a newer more expensive BMW instead of a 2008….or if my last name was Smith or Jones.

I had a tire go flat on the freeway. BMW assist arranged a tow to the nearest location which was college station. I could not have asked for a better service department. My service advisor was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. They had new tires put on my car within hours so I could get back on the road, safely. Thank you

Easy to get warranty work completed here, next day appointment scheduled, everyone was helpful and friendly. So much easier to deal with than any of the Houston area dealers.
