My experiences with State Farm over 44 years are too numerous to include all here, so let me summarize by saying that State Farm is not only the best at customer service in the insurance industry, but of any industry where that matters. Helping when we needed it, providing the most cost-effective solutions, agents making themselves available at all hours, and directing us to legal services when that was the best solution. My whole family (sons and their families) are all with State Farm probably because of our most excellent experiences.

Many of us locally were impacted by the recent hail storm in Bryan. My vehicle was one of many damaged.I filed a claim that Thursday afternoon, was contacted by my agent Friday, by an adjuster Saturday, and literally had a check in my account the next week to have my vehicle repaired. I dont normally take the time to write a review, but Cole went above and beyond for my wife and I this weekend.I was able to reach Cole, while he was with family, on a Saturday to ask for assistance due to us having two blowouts after hitting a pothole on a county road. We were 45 miles from the closest town and were unable to reach a tire or wrecker service for the assistance we needed (on a weekend).Cole spent the next 3 hours on phone calls finding us a provider that would tow our vehicle for the necessary repairs. He even followed up on Sunday and Monday to ensure we made it home safely and to request any feedback on what could have been done better.These guys are the real deal and I am thankful to have Cole as my agent.

The employees are nice and try their best to help you. But the process and Campell himself I have no good word for them. Never informed me about my claims unless the other person called them first. Said they would fight for me, but never did. Seems like they just settle to get it out of their hair. Sad that you pay for insurance just for them to lay you off.
